Grant's NBA: 2-21-23 NBA'S Hypocrisy! Feb 21, 2023

Show notes

Meyers Leonard is back in the NBA. He has signed a 10 day contract with the Bucks. Leonard was railroaded out of the league for uttering an antisemitic slur while playing a video game on the internet nearly 24 months ago. My rant deals with the double standards and hypocrisy of the NBA. This past summer the Warriors Draymond Green used a racial slur towards ESPN analyst and former player Kendrick Perkins. What punishment did Green receive from the NBA? None!

Grant's Rant: 2-17-23 NFL Star Indicted Feb 17, 2023

Show notes

No surprise here that Saints running back Alvin Kamara, Bengals CB Chris Lammons and two others were indicted by a grand jury for allegedly assaulting a man at a Las Vegas nightclub last February. All four were indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit battery and battery resulting in substantial bodily harm. As I said, not surprising. Show notes

Raise your hand if you had the Kings third in the West at the all-star break! 32-25 after an 0-4 start. I give the Kings a midterm grade of an A. Quite frankly I don't know how you could grade them lower than that...maybe an A-, but that's it!
