THREE PREMIERES IN ONE WEEK?! LET’S GOOOOO!!!

It’s premiere week on Bravo, and we’ve officially ushered in the new era of Housewives. We’ve got Salt Lake City, Potomac, Miami, and Beverly Hills are airing at the same time (no more New York and Atlanta, but they’ll be back soon enough). I kick off discussing why I never go to BravoCon, but then I talk about Bravo for a solid hour: Sutton and her Kenneth Cole cat sweaters on RHOBH, my sweet precious Guerdy on RHOM, Robyn Dixon fighting for her life on RHOP, and Phaedra Parks on Married to Medicine!

House of Villains is my RELIGION, Basketball Wives is BACK, and TINSLEY IS GETTING MARRIED! [Plus... My Mary Cosby Hot Take!] Oct 16, 2023

Show notes

MY FAVORITE REALITY TV WATCHES THIS WEEK WERE NOT BRAVO SHOWS!

Don’t worry, Bravo fans! I, of course, discuss some of the Bravo happenings this week. But I’ll be honest: I found myself way more giddy talking about “House of Villains” on E! and “Basketball Wives” on VH1! I haven’t watched the Orlando-based spinoff yet (mama told me not to!), but Evelyn is back with Jackie, Brooke, and Jennifer (and some newbies) in Los Angeles, and I am HERE FOR IT! ALSO: TINSLEY IS GETTING MARRIED! AAHHHH!

Loki Season 2 Episode 2 is Here! They Finally Found McSylvie! [Plus: Gen V Episode 4 Chat] Oct 13, 2023

Show notes

LOKI IS CONFUSING BUT I’M ENTERTAINED, CHILE…

I love having so much superhero content on a weekly basis! Gen V is pretty straight forward, always a spoof of our favorite superheroes in modern media, but always FRESH! And I look forward to the new episodes each week! Loki is WAY more complicated with all of the time travel jargon that’s being used, but it’s still a good time! I’m ready for way more Ravonna and Kang though, but we’re slowly moving towards that! I break down Loki S2E2 and touch on episode 4 of Gen V at the end.

Now y’all know I love me some Green Eyed Bandits! To get y’all ready for the new season of the Real Housewives of Potomac, I’m re-releasing one of my FAVORITE interviews—where I talk to Robyn Dixon of the Real Housewives of Potomac and of the hit podcast Reasonably Shady! If you’ve never heard this interview before, then listen for the first time and relive season 7 with us! If you heard it one year ago when it was originally released, listen again to remind you of the dynamics of last season so that you’re ready for the everchanging friends in the DMV!

Loki Season 2 Is Here! Let's Talk About Time Slipping! [Episode 1 First Reaction + Recap] Oct 06, 2023

Show notes

THE NEW SEASON OF LOKI IS HERE, AND SO IS KE HUY QUAN!

This was a super solid premiere of Loki’s sophomore season! There was a lot to enjoy about it, but there was one somewhat major gripe I had with… similar to my issues with season one. Nothing that makes me not want to rewatch this episode 10 more times before episode 2 though. Also… Wunmi Mosaku is QUEEN!

Show notes

THE LAST EPISODE IN THE “GET READY WITH ME: LOKI SEASON 2” SERIES IS HERE!

I kick off the episode talking about GEN V! I love The Boys spinoff so much, and I just needed to rant about it for a second. Then I jump into the reason you’re here: breaking down episode five and six of season one of Loki! Most importantly, we connect this show to everything that’s happened in the MCU since this show premiered: Spiderman No Way Home, Ant Man and the Wasp Quantumania, Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, and more!

Show notes

POTOMAC IS ON THE WAY!! AND YOU’VE GOT HOT TAKES!!

Not only did Bravo drop the RHONY reboot reunion FASHIONS (or lack thereof…), we got POTOMAC TEASES! That’s right: Bravo gave us the official cast photo, the individual photos, and the amazing Potomac season 8 trailer! 8 HOUSEWIVES, WHAT?! I also talk Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and Real Housewives of Orange County (the finale has now aired, and the reunion is incoming). PLUS: I’m reading and responding to some of the hot takes you all submitted to me via Instagram!

GRWM: Loki Season 1 Episodes 3-4 REWATCH! [PLUS: A Mini Announcement!] Sep 29, 2023

Show notes

THE NEXT EPISODE IN THE “GET READY WITH ME: LOKI SEASON 2” SERIES IS HERE!

I’m enjoying this Loki rewatch a lot more than I thought I would! For those of you who remember listening to the original episode (linked down below), I had a hard time with the pacing in episode 3, but the series started to win me over again with episode 4. I’m finding that watching this show as a binge is much more enjoyable for me than in a week-to-week format. Regardless, here’s the new episode!
