Allison and Ephraim found out their rent was going up 30%, and they discovered it was over $10,000 cheaper to break their lease and buy their first home with only ONE of their incomes, and pay on $50 more a month in a mortgage. It helped a lot that Ephraim’s dad was a Realtor and that really helped them set up a unicorn team.
