How to Overcome the Fear of Investing in Yourself Jan 29, 2019
    Show notes

One of the most common reason we hear from potential clients who make the decision NOT to move forward in investing in themselves is because of a loved one.

This reasoning is so common, I can't help but roll my eyes. And I say this not to be insensitive, but to bring AWARENESS to a newfound perspective. The dreams we are being called to pursue are not there by accident…they are the taps from the deepest parts of ourselves to step in to our own greatness.

When we do this, the life-changing bi-product impacts the people we love the most, even those who are gripped by fear and voice their concerns when we are ready to take big leaps in our lives.

In this episode, I share what happened when my biggest dreams came true and how those results dramatically impacted my family in a life-altering way.

I also delve in to the ways I've built my belief in myself and learned how to create space to not only invest in myself, but to do so with excitement and joy (the complete opposite of fear).

If you are ready to make a big leap, yourself, and are struggling with resistance and, perhaps, are finding yourself blaming your beloveds for why you can't take the next step. This episode is for you.

Focus Friday: When Your Big Dreams Bring You to Your Knees Jan 25, 2019
    Show notes

In today's Focus Friday, I invite each of us to visualize our dreams and examine the resistance that's pulling us away from them.

It doesn't matter how much money we have or how many people follow us; it will never make us feel as worthy as our confidence in ourselves can. It is my hope that by the end of this episode, you will remember why it is that sweet dream of yours is in your heart to begin with, and you will be able to envision what is possible for you when it finally does (because it will) come to life.

    In This Episode:

    • The final stretch of my home improvement project [ 2:30 ]

    • Visualize our dreams + examine the resistance [ 4:20 ]

    • What brings us to our knees? Open the doorway… [ 8:00 ]

    Soul Shifting Quotes:

    • "Whatever resistance is coming up and meeting you in the midst of that dreaming, I want you to recognize how connected it all is."

    • "We are being invited to detach from all the extraneous external things that we have told ourselves a story about."

    • "Remembering why I want my dreams in the first place- It's always and forever about how the achievement is going to make me feel."

    • "Dreams are here to remind us of who we really are and make us feel more alive."

    • "If the dream is in you, it's for you."
