In this episode of Henry's Dashboard Dialogues, we bring you a conversation about the exciting events about to take place in South Central Kentucky. Glasgow is gearing up once again for the annual 'Entertain Glasgow' - a much-anticipated event that brings the city to life with music, food, and fun!
April Russell, our City Administrator doubling as the chairperson for the Entertain Glasgow Committee, gives us a sneak peek into the inaugural event of the series. This Friday night, the city will reverberate with the soulful music of 'Sundy Best', a renowned Kentucky band, with a local duo, 'Dad Bods', setting the stage beforehand.
The event will take place at Beaver Creek Park, lovingly known as Beaver Trail. Visitors can relish the comfort of paved paths leading to a newly constructed shelter that stands as a concert stage. Best of all, admission is free. Yes, you read it right! It's a free evening filled with fun, food & music.
This community event wouldn’t be possible without our generous sponsors. A big shout-out to the City of Glasgow, Renew by Optum, The Tree Company, Bailey & Gibson, MCS Lawn Care, Greg Harris Electric, TJ Regional Health, Botts Construction and Real Estate, Diamond Auto, Spantech, and Christian Family Radio.
The event promises to be a crowd-puller, with visitors from all over, particularly fans of 'Sundy Best'. Tune in to enjoy music and mirth at Beaver Creek Park on Friday, April 26th, food trucks available from 5 pm, and the music kicking off at 7 pm.
Join us for an unforgettable evening of fun, food, and fantastic music! See you there!
