- Culture doesn’t work when you’re telling other people what the culture is. Culture works when the people on your team tell you what kind of client culture they want and have the ideas to make it better.
Hack: You can’t make decisions based on gut or higher feelings by looking at your bank account. You have to look at what the numbers are telling you, and that’s what serious entrepreneurs do.
