Daniel is also a judge on Food Network’s Kitchen Inferno. Making appearances on talk shows around the world, planning meals for 2 major international airlines and developing in-room dining for a 5-star hotel chain in Asia has cultivated an international fan base. Wendy Dio, one of the first female music managers in the testosterone-fueled world of heavy metal. She was one of the original founders of Los Angeles Women in Music, and began by managing her husband, Ronnie James Dio (called the “Pavarotti of Heavy Metal” by Jack Black) and went on to oversee the careers of multiple other artists. She is the President and Owner of Niji Management, Inc., a personal management company which she established 30 years ago, and the record label, Niji Entertainment Group, Inc., which to date has released fourteen albums. Ronnie, singer for Black Sabbath, and many more and Wendy met in 1974, married in 1978, and Wendy, reluctantly, became his manager. Ronnie was diagnosed with cancer in 2010 and passed away the same year. The Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund has raised more than $2 million since its inception in 2010, via annual events and direct donations from fans. Wendy continues to be involved In this charity and many others. Rainbow in the Dark: The autobiography that Ronnie wrote and Wendy helped usher through after his death is out now.

Amy is an Olympic gold medalist in numerous swim events and is in the International Swimming Hall of Fame and the US Olympic Hall of Fame. She has co-hosted a nationally syndicated sports radio show and been a sideline reporter. She also recently covered swim events for the Olympics for NBC. In 2014, Amy was in an ATV accident and severed her spinal chord. Her determination and optimism got her through a near death experience and today the competitive Amy still exists. She competes in cross fit events and trains like she did for the Olympic golds. Amy also is very involved in ADA rights, changing the laws and our consciousness of how to make life easier for people in wheelchairs. Amy says she is working for all those in her world. Amy is married to ex-Denver Bronco, Tom Rouen. Heather and Amy talk about it all in a candid and fun conversation.

Zeno Scott identifies as Afro Latinx and trans. Zeno transitioned from a female to a male and tells that journey as well as the journey to help individuals and communities gain understanding and take action on issues of race and gender. Heather has known Zeno’s family since he was young, and now she speaks with Zeno about all things that heighten understanding, give a historical perspective, offer various behaviors, ways to handle differences, privilege, how to give back, and our understanding of historical racism. Zeno encourages us all to ask questions, however silly they seem so that we all communicate and gain understanding of complex issues. His goal is for us all to come together and liberate one another.
