It has been a constant evolution starting with owning a house at just 22 years of age. Early on, trying to see a house around other realtors' schedules simply did not work. Most (if not all) realtors out there simply did not cut it. Therefore, Matt became his own PA agent while still working full-time at Boeing and attending Villanova University for his MBA. The plan then was simply to get into houses as soon as possible. This worked better than expected and Matt was about to leave his Boeing engineering job and became a full-time agent. From there, Matt grew his team and expanded his operation into the state of DE. In several years, Matt grew the business organically through referrals and slowly made a name for himself as "The agent that treats every purchase as an investment". A real estate transaction is all about negotiations. The Matt Lenza Team time and time again proved themselves as a team that truly cares about saving you money.

Mike makes people passive income; more than they could ever make with a job alone. It's what he does. Mike came into this from the business world, primarily the fragrance and beauty sector. He oversaw finance and operations of the company that launched Michael Jordan Cologne. Later, he built an Internet company that sold to Estee Lauder in New York. Numbers don't lie and a good spreadsheet is a work of art. Mike is a third-generation real estate investor and a second-generation real estate broker. It's in his blood. It's what he does. In 2002, Mike was investing in his own properties while working as Chief Operating Officer for a real estate company. During that time, they grew the number of units under management from 400 to over 2,000. Mike went on to launch Strategic Growth Real Estate as a platform to extend the valuable experiences he'd gained as an investor and property manager to people suffocating under the stress of underutilized ownership. Mike aims to create new standards in Green Living. He has already set a few records and he is eager to set a few more. Mike has an extraordinary team. Together they accomplish the amazing. It's what they do.
