There is Nothing This Love Cannot Do Aug 22, 2021

Today's Practice (inspired by ACIM, Ch 38):
1. Bring up a pressing or otherwise bothersome issue.
2. Feel into the following prompt, and replace the blank with your seeming issue.
"In the situation involving _________ , there is nothing that My Love, this Love, cannot do."
3. Allow the words to point you back to the Love, the Truth, inside. Feel this Love. This is the most important step. THE ONLY STEP. Trust in this Love with all of your heart. You trust It by FEELING It. You feel Love inside, and then trust that It will move you to say and do the right things. You trust that It will take the form of the solution. Your ability to feel It, is the miracle you've been waiting for. Feel It and don't stop feeling It.
4. Know that there is nothing that this Love cannot do.
5. Rest. Abide. Smile. Love's got you.

How I Get Through My Dark Nights Aug 21, 2021

First, I remember that it doesn't matter what the body is feeling or what the mind is thinking-- I Am Love and Love is unfolding where I Am. Then, I wait to feel this Love. And because I'm now feeling Love, I'm no longer matching the energy of the moment. I'm not generating a false or fake joy, but turning back toward the inner Light, the subtle Joy, the Love that IS. And I keep feeling the Light, holding this Love, through the situation, through the anxiety, through the worry... until it's seen that only the Light is real. The eyes see the appearance but I'm no longer judging by the appearance. I'm no longer fooled by it. I'm seeing it... but I'm feeling Love at the same time. And I know that Only Love is Here.
As you move through your dark nights, it's important to remember that you aren't seeking God. You aren't seeking the Light. You don't want Freedom or happiness or Love. YOU ARE THAT. You want them because of the false perception that you think you are separate from That, from God. Freedom is the essence of who you are. Relax, recognize, and stay feeling this Truth, inside. And this Truth becomes your outer circumstances.

My translation -- 'I', the awareness of the 'I' within you, makes everything new. You see with fresh eyes. You see with the eyes of Love.
Today's Practice:
Notice today which 'I' you are identified with. Are you being the body, or the Love that courses through the body? The personal ego, or the impersonal presence, "I AM"?
The "I Am", this true "I", is beyond concepts of sickness and health, beyond age, beyond sex, beyond all categories. When you know by FEELING yourself to be this "I", the body you thought you were appears whole, beautiful, and radiant. You can finally look at that body and love it, because you ARE Love.
