Today think of your life like one big obstacle course, like one big training field, where the Trainer, Love, is disguised as scary thoughts, needs, problems, and difficult people... It's disguised as your office, as everyone on your calls, today. God is disguised as your kids, as your partner, as your neighbor. Can you keep the felt-Faith? Can you remember that it's all Go(o)d? Can you feel and know Love, 24/7, no matter what? Even when what you want is not present? Can you feel Its Spiritual presence even in its material absence?
When I was in my old life, wanting to live on the beach, I wasn't imagining the ocean.
I was listening for Silence and feeling Love, trusting that this Love would take shape in a way that would further reinforce my ability to practice this Love.
That It would become the environment that I most needed.
That It would become the people that I most needed to help me cultivate This,
to give me the strength and the focus to train even harder.

This awareness is the way 'out' of ordinariness and into the extraordinary. Let's open the door, together.

Let's play a game where we pretend that you've had on a VR headset for DECADES and forgot, but today, you're remembering. You're remembering what you are beyond this VR body and its senses, which are all, including your sense of smell, taste, and touch, even your thoughts and emotions, a part of the virtual reality. The device you're reading this is on is VR. The little voice reading these words in your head... VR. The head itself... VR :)
Today, we'll feel into the space beyond the VR and be That. We'll wake up from the belief in being that ‘Avatar’ to being what's beyond it. And from that Loving space, aware of and AS the Formless, we’ll watch the form, your ‘Avatar’ live up to its true definition as 'the one who descends'.

They say sometimes the worst place you can be is in your head. In this short meditation, we get out of it, and into Love. We put our troubles in a box and then put our Full Attention on Silence, noticing that this Full attention IS Silence! This Full Attention is Presence. It is Love. And when we are being That, whatever trouble we placed in the box is solved. That it never was— only this Love is, and It meets every need. When we are feeling Love, aware of and AS It, we are the solution. We are the miracle. And then, with Full Attention, we watch It unfold in time.

What form does this inner Grace take?
First, It takes form as discernment.
Then, It takes form as your best life.
It sounds like Silence... the Silence you’re noticing now, as you’re reading these words, and hearing them inside. The sound of these words, your inner voice, can’t drown out the sound of Silence.

Ceaselessly acknowledging God by feeling Love, and knowing this Love as the source of 'the good that is already in your life', is the foundation for all abundance.
Today we practice remembering that this feeling of God, our Joy is the foreground of our experience, not the background. We eat joyfully, drive joyfully, breathe in Joy, walk in Joy... we do everything we normally do on a Sunday morning, but with conscious Joy. We do all of it as if we are existing and moving in and through a Joy bubble... feeling this same Joy within and without.
