Show notes

So GI Joburg has been around for 10 years (by our reckoning at least!) and we wax nostalgic with the help of listener responses on the topic of their favourite GI Joburg memories!

But it's not all pure self indulgence. We chat RoboSkull Mk II, Super7 Ultimates wave 2, the return of Hooded Cobra Commander 788, and Steve's return to Transformers...

Episode 223: The Toys We Flipped On Nov 10, 2021

Show notes

*This is a re-upload! Not deja vu...*

So, you thought you were always a visor kinda guy, but now you're all about the googles... Or maybe the hood was your jam and now you want nothing to do with it in favour of the mirrorface. In this episode the boys discuss toys they always used to like but now have no time of day for; and toys they never gave a second glance before and now rock their world.

We're also cracking out our Xmas wishlist! Guess we'll be encouraging our loved ones to listen to this ep!

And on an (almost) unrelated matter, check out HCC788's excellent assembly video of a vintage Brawler here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulm6-geu6y0&t=1284s
