WWE WrestleMania 37 ultimate preview Apr 06, 2021
    Show notes

With just days until WrestleMania 37 -- WWE's biggest pay-per-view and a crucial show featuring the return of fans for the first time in more than a calendar year -- host Adam Silverstein and co-host Chris Vannini are here to break down the entire two-night, 14-match card. The guys open this WrestleMania 37 ultimate preview with an overview of the show and look at the go-home SmackDown, which features two Mania-level matches [8:35]. "The Silver King" and "Vintage" then break down the entire card [30:13], starting with Night 1 where the WWE title (Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre) and SmackDown women's title (Sasha Banks vs. Bianca Belair) are featured. The big debate for Night 2 centers around whether Roman Reigns, Edge or Daniel Bryan will leave the show with the universal title in one of the best-built and least-predictable main events in ages. WWE: Drew McIntyre, Bianca Belair stop by ahead of WrestleMania 37 Apr 05, 2021

They break down Belair's ascension, why representation is so important, her childhood role models and who between Belair and her husband, Montez Ford, is the better athlete. NXT, AEW: Final Stand & Deliver build, Inner Circle makes impactful return Apr 01, 2021
    Show notes

The penultimate Wednesday night seeing NXT and AEW go head-to-head was once again an important evening for both programs as NXT presented its go-home show for TakeOver: Stand & Deliver and AEW Dynamite featured two prominent returns along with the redebut of Inner Circle as a face faction. Host Adam Silverstein breaks it all down, starting with NXT's Prime Target offering on Adam Cole vs. Kyle O'Reilly, Io Shirai's attacks on Raquel Gonzalez, the main event battle royal and NXT episodes preceding TakeOvers often struggling to deliver [3:47]. "The Silver King" then moves to AEW where he praises the refreshed Inner Circle and the continuing saga with the Elite before being pleasantly surprised by Arcade Anarchy, the returns of Kris Statlander and Trent, and the hopeful end to the long feud [21:11]. Plus much more from NXT and AEW Dynamite. Follow Getting Over on Twitter @GettingOverCast.

WWE: Daniel Bryan joins WrestleMania main event, Raw's struggles continue Mar 30, 2021
    Show notes

SmackDown and Raw remain on opposite trajectories entering the biggest week of WWE's calendar as the Road to WrestleMania 37 inches closer to its conclusion. Host Adam Silverstein and co-host Chris Vannini open with The Main Event where they juxtapose Daniel Bryan's addition into the universal championship match and the strong SmackDown storytelling behind it [2:30] with messy top-level booking on Raw as Bobby Lashley has split from the Hurt Business ahead of his clash with Drew McIntyre for the WWE championship [17:42]. "The Silver King" and "Vintage" continue that look at the divergent quality of the brands by discussing the builds of Sasha Banks-Bianca Belair and Asuka-Rhea Ripley [37:20] before moving on to Riddle's comedic botch, Logan Paul's insertion into Kevin Owens-Sami Zayn and the tag team title pictures on both shows. NXT, AEW: Strong booking for TakeOver Stand & Deliver, The Elite melodrama Mar 25, 2021
    Show notes

NXT delivered one of the most impactful television shows in its history as it solidified the vast majority of its TakeOver: Stand & Deliver card, which looks to be its most ambitious effort yet. Host Adam Silverstein opens by diving into the Adam Cole vs. Kyle O'Reilly feud and his hope for an additional stipulation being added to their match [3:38]. Also from NXT, "The Silver King" looks at multiple title announcements from William Regal that will prove exciting as well as multiple problems with LA Knight and an early look at the entire TakeOver: Stand & Deliver show. Up next, Adam talks AEW Dynamite with a focus on the melodrama surrounding The Elite, a great opening match with Kenny Omega and why he may be the face in the feud with the Young Bucks [33:48]. Also from AEW, a tremendous promo from Britt Baker, too much Tony Schiavone and using Sting as a ratings ploy. Follow Getting Over on Twitter @GettingOverCast.
