What is Network Marketing? A conversation Jan 26, 2022

Network marketing, MLM, Multi-Level Marketing, Social Marketing, Social Retail, Social Selling, there are many names for Network Marketing - at the end of the day it’s a business model.
A business model, but more so a vehicle. A vehicle and an opportunity to create impact, purpose, time freedom, financial abundance, personal growth, whatever it is that you want, whatever it is you’re willing to work for. It is called NetWORK marketing, it involves work, it’s not Netgetrichquick marketing. The beautiful thing is, you have an opportunity to be paid for whatever you ARE willing to work for. You are quite literally paid your worth. Your value based on the impact you make. And you get to decide what that is. You get to decide what you’re willing to work for. No one is telling you how much your worth via a salary.
Network marketing is turnkey entrepreneurship. It allows you to start a business overnight, with low startup costs, often hundreds of dollars versus hundreds of thousands to start up a typical brick and mortar business. It enables you to work to make a profit right away. It also has a system for success in place and an “upline” of mentors to help guide you through a duplicatable system. The product, shipping, customer service, corporate side, that’s all done for you. You get to go be the entrepreneur.
But isn’t it a pyramid scheme? No it’s not. Pyramid schemes are illegal. They are when you invest money, with no exchange of product, and get paid back after other people invest after you. In network marketing, you only get paid on an exchange of actual product. On the flip side, you have the opportunity to leverage yourself and your impact beyond just your network by building a team. You will be paid based on the sales volume of yourself and your team.
Network marketing isn’t perfect, but it is an incredible way for anyone to start a business, focus on adding value to others, growing themselves, leveraging their impact and making money along the way.

You ARE Consistent. Here’s Why…. Jan 14, 2022

What do you consistently every day? Or most days of the week? Shower? Brush your teeth? Go to your job? Feed your children? Exercise?

You have the consistency muscle. Often times it’s not the consistency we lack, it’s the courage.

Here’s the catch, we’re consistent only in areas where we’ve attached pain to NOT being consistent in.

Let’s take going to a job for example. We’ll go to a job even if we don’t like it because we’ve attached enough pain to not going. If we don’t go we think we’ll get fired and we’ll lose our paycheck and this lose our security and our whole world will fall apart. So we keep consistently showing up, not because we want to, because we’ve attached enough pain to not going.

What if we attached pain to NOT going after our dreams? What if we used the consistency muscles we already have to build our businesses and our dream life? Sounds like a good idea to me.

Where are you procrastinating in your life? What are you ASSUMING you'll have tomorrow to do?

Procrastination is something we all do. Excellence takes action though. Excellence says I have to do it, I'll do it now.

It's easy to THINK about your business, its not as easy to WORK your business. Do whats easy and your life will be hard. Do whats hard and your life will be easy.

You’re Exactly Where You Need to Be Dec 29, 2021

In this episode Sandy reflects on how whatever stage you’re in is there to teach you lessons. Just BE. Embrace the chapter you’re in. Be okay with taking steps versus running.

This is her first solo episode in months since giving birth to her daughter; Cameron North. Sandy reflects on easing back into life with a newborn and how this season is teaching her to give herself grace!! Comparison/negative emotions may try to creep in when you slow down but know that's normal and feel free to create boundaries or shut out anything that doesn’t feel good (for her that was going dark on social media for a while). Go inward + let yourself feel all the feels.
