    Welcome to Getting Better: Stories of Mental Health. Licensed therapists Micheline Maalouf and Nadia Addesi are here to talk about and destigmatize mental health. We know how frustrating, scary and hard it is to deal with mental health, and to openly speak about it is even tougher. On this podcast, we’re here to lift a little weight off of your shoulders and speak to special guests about their experiences with mental health. People like Rebel Wilson, Chris Bosh, Meghan Trainor, Ian Somerhalder, and more. Dealing with mental health is a long journey of acceptance. And we’ll be here with you along the way!
