WHO IS FELICE?
I remember watching my mother die slowly when I was 11. I knew that only God could save her from HIV and so I prayed. And prayed. Yet, despite my prayers, my mother died, and immediately after I turned away from God.
It took only 12 more months for murder and sicknesses to destroy all the family members that I had left. I was now an orphan.
I was in a unique position to ask and answer these powerful questions. So, I did. I became obsessed with relationships and used my experience and expertise to dive deep into the most important aspect of any relationship: Communication, from the Latin word meaning “to share”.
Today, I’m on a mission to help spouses achieve unity in their marriage so that they can build community inside and out. And I’m not stopping until we start raising ourselves and our children with the unbreakable bond between two loving people.

WHO IS HEIDI?
Heidi Alldredge: wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend, caregiver, realtor, motivational speaker, teacher, hot chocolate bomb maker, and podcaster! (Heidi is still deciding what she wants to be when she grows up!)
Heidi has been married since 1992 to Christopher, the love of her life. She has 3 children (age ranging from 21 to 28—two of her children are married now) And has hosted 6 foreign exchange students -whom she now claims as her own children.
She loves spending Friday nights (or any other time) with her grandbabies. Other hours of the day she is recording great inspiring interviews for her LemonAid Stand Podcast, shopping for bargains, traveling with her family, lunch dates with friends, serving and helping others, going to concerts, and writing-either in her journal, notes to friends, or her own motivational speeches!

WHO IS STEVE?
Steve Grew up in Sayville NY on the east end of Long Island. He Attended Fordham University where he earned a BA in History and an MAT in Social Studies. At Fordham, he played football and was a team captain, 2 time all patriot league and an honorable mention All American. After college, he began teaching social studies and coaching track and field at Eastchester High school NY for the past 25 years. He also was the head football coach at Sleepy Hollow NY for 14 years. He currently lives in Weston Connecticut where he lives with his wife Amee, Daughter Emma, son Peter and dog Queenie. Steve Joined the Weston High school football coaching staff in 2019 which allowed him to coach his son and they were blessed to win a state title that same year. He published his first book, How to beat Stalin, Hitler and the Southern State parkway in 2021. Steve had dedicated his life to teaching, coaching and public speaking to pay back all the wonderful people who helped him survive his youth.

In this segment, Sandy Phillips Kirkham discusses how she was able to overcome the trauma of being abused by her youth pastor at age 16 and how after 27 years of silence she finally found her voice. She shares the healing process and what that looked like in the face of pain and anger.

WHO IS SANDY?
Sandy and her husband enjoy life with their two grown children, two granddaughters and two well-behaved dogs. They reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. After experiencing clergy sexual abuse at age 16 by her youth pastor and remaining silent for 27 years, she now uses her voice to advocate for victims and changes in the church. She has spoken before the Ohio Senate and a Maryland court.
She serves on the board of COCA -Council on Child Abuse, is a spokesperson the Hope of Survivors Ministry. She tells her story in her book “Let Me Prey Upon You”
