WHO IS ROBERT?
A successful white-collar professional by day working as a project manager for a large multi-national health care equipment company, Robert is an openly gay man living in Buffalo, NY. Robert’s first diagnosis, chronic clinical depression, came when he was 16, even though he had been battling depression since the age of nine when he had his first episode of self-harm ideology. As he was coming out, his depression morphed into bipolar depression disorder, which went untreated and undiagnosed until he was 44. The untreated mania manifested as an anonymous sex addiction that lasted over 20 years, enduring through the height of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Only after finally addressing his sex addiction with his therapist did his bipolar disorder come to light, and his treatment with pharmacology help him end his addiction. With the help of ongoing therapy and careful medication management, Robert has evolved to lead a relatively quiet life in his forties, where he enjoys boating, gardening, and volunteering in the community with various organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association. He also has a cat named Bacchus and a French bulldog named Lily.
Through his many years of therapy, he learned to forgive others and accept his family and friends for who they are. Now he has turned the focus inward, forgiving himself for the reckless decisions through all those years and finally accepting himself as he is: a successful, healthy, HIV-negative gay man living with bipolar depression.

Born in Tehran, Niosha began dancing at 5. Her love of dance was natural and innate. In 1992, she founded Niosha Dance Academy and began to teach children and adults the styles of Persian dance that she loved so much.
Under her leadership, Niosha Dance Academy has received commendations from the Mayor of Los Gatos and The American Cancer Society for her support and fundraising efforts towards cancer research.
Niosha has been recognized by The World Affairs Council, The Society of Iranian Professionals, The Persian Center, and numerous organizations for her contributions towards preserving Iranian culture and heritage- not just in the US, but beyond.
Niosha is happily married and a mother to sons Fardeen, Afsheen, and Rameen. With the support of her wonderful husband Fardad Jay Jamali, she’s brought traditional and contemporary Persian dance and culture to the forefront of communities locally and abroad.

I'm a certified nutrition and mindset coach, wife, and mama of a 5- and 3-year-old.
I help women who work out break away from tracking precise calories/macros to listen to their intuitive hunger cues. I teach them how to use a combination of both external and internal guideline to increase their consistency and food peace, decrease cravings, while achieving their goals. Mindset and emotional regulation are a big part of my coaching process and the missing pieces from many traditional nutrition and fitness programs. These two pieces are what create permanent and sustainable change.
