Mss Francois, MHRM, MBA, is a dynamic entertainer, speaker, producer, writer, author, and game-changing trendsetter that aims to inspire. She migrated from Trinidad and Tobago in her late teens to establish a new legacy for her life. She’s the host of The Mss Francois Show—a talk show that encompasses candid conversations with a variety of entertainment and uses humor to help others with their dysfunctional relationships.
The show was created out of the frustration and heartache over her failed romantic relationships. Many tune in to be engaged, empowered, and entertained, as it provides a well-needed distraction from the array of emotions that are experienced in different stages of a relationship. WHO IS JAKIA?
From an early age, Jakia Lindley dreamed of being a judge, an attorney, or somehow being a part of something bigger than herself. Always looking to
protect and serve her community, she eventually found her calling in the Air Force.
She joined the military in 2010 and is currently a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. Lindley studied criminal justice and psychology at the American
Military University before switching her focus to business management.
Known to her family and friends as “Kia” and, for a time, as “slim”, she grew up in a loving single-parent home with her two other siblings. Aside from writing, her passions in life are uplifting others, teaching as a Certified Master Resiliency Trainer and as a Certified Department of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate, fine food and wine, art, music, and last, but certainly not least, binge-watching her favorite shows.
Jakia Lindley was born in Memphis, Tennessee, raised in Canton, Ohio, and now resides with her husband and daughter in Hawaii, where she is currently learning to surf.

WHO IS RACHEL?
Rachel A. Shumway - 20 years ago, I got diagnosed with clinical depression.
15 years ago, I was told by my teachers that I was “unteachable.”
10 years ago, I married a narcissist. We moved to China shortly after that.
8 years ago, I experienced sexual trauma
7 years ago, I was officially diagnosed with an eating disorder.
4 years ago, I left my marriage and moved back to China to re-write my story and heal from trauma.
3 years ago, I became a life coach and launched my business right as COVID took off in China.
2 years ago, I surrendered to the healing process.
Last year, I recovered from my eating disorder. I moved back to the US. And now guide women on how to be more badass in every area of their lives.
Rachel is a self-proclaimed handstand queen, human design projector, empath, startup entrepreneur and explorer. She spends her time in CrossFit classes, and coaching her clients on entrepreneurship, personal finances, husbands, fitness, food, and mental health. Her philosophy: cut the bullshit, be direct and have unapologetic amounts of fun. At the core or her message, Rachel shares how saying no when something feels off is the best policy, emotions are a superpower, chocolate is a healing balm, and the biggest tragedy the world could encounter is a woman apologizing for being herself.

Depression, anxiety, 30 years of migraine headaches, and pain were Lois’ life until she learned the dangers of shameguilt (not shame and guilt.) She shares her 15 years’ experience as a ShameGuilt Educator, Counselor, Filmmaker and authored 3 books to offer health and spiritual maturity.
Lois entered the health field as a Nurse's Aide at 12 and continues today at 78. She is a trailblazer. Lois developed one of the first Kidney Hemodialysis centers in the USA. Today, she establishes shameguilt as an independent study.
Lois’ first film “Out of Discord Into Harmony” teaches us HOW to communicate with our emotions and inner critic. “IM Good Film” makes shameguilt visible to illustrate its trickery and how to kick it out.

She also created The Stealth Auntie Network, part of WWLoC, that pairs professional women with young women students who are entering, or about to enter, the workplace so that the next generation is prepared for professional development and promotion. Knowing firsthand the many faces of racism both personally and professionally, Sandra has spent 25 years teaching women of color, working with underserved communities, and spent 2 years in Kenya helping to develop a language interference program for students taking national exams in their third language, and assisted with establishing women's co-ops empowering local women to have economic autonomy.
