Brian flies solo on Games Galore 61 due to some technical issues with Harbo outta town. Thanks to Dave Cokin and Christopher Smith for being ready as guests, but it didn't work out. Nevertheless, Brian covered plenty of ground in college hoops and the NBA. He's on a nice run with college hoops and provides his plays for tonight. KIV helps us break down the NFL Playoffs, offers her take on her alma mater's (Kansas St.) new head football coach and how the Wildcats' hoops squad is looking after a big win at Oklahoma and a trip to the Elite Eight last season. G-Lou joins the program to help us break down all the latest UFC news, this Saturday's UFC on ESPN+ 1 card and he also has 3 positions he's recommending for Sunday's NFL action. Returning from a holiday hiatus, Games Galore 59 is back with plenty to cover and a trio of outstanding guests. After an intro segment, we bring on an old-school 1620 The Zone alum (Omaha!) in ESPN's Matt Schick, who provides college football takes on Alabama-Clemson, the future of Nebraska football under Scott Frost, potential destinations for Jalen Hurts and much more. Next, we go to Knoxville to bring on Tony Basilio, the sports radio titan of East Tennessee (via Philly!) for multiple decades. We re-visit last winter's debacle of a UT coaching search, his thoughts on Jeremy Pruitt, the legit-as-hell Final Four contender the Vols have in this year's basketball team and how his Eagles will fare Sunday in The Big East. Last but not least in the Guest Department, Jay Greeson of The Chattanooga Times Free Press (and co-host of Press Row on ESPN Chattanooga from 3-6 Eastern Monday-Friday). As always, Greeson brings it with lots of opinions on Auburn, the future of Gus Malzahn, Oscar Liar, the worst night of Nick Saban's career and MUCH, MUCH, MUCH more. C-Smith is extremely bullish on Vandy and Missouri, and he explains why. Also, he has several selections for Saturday's bowl card that has five games. We had hoped to get with our guy Jay Greeson to get his take on Oscar Liar, in addition to the dysfunction going down at his alma mater (Auburn!). Although Kentucky is still in the mix in the SEC East, the winner of the Florida-Georgia showdown Saturday in Jacksonville seems most likely to represent the division in Atlanta during the first weekend of December. Brian and Jason Floyd discuss this game and many other in what is a stacked college football card in Week 9.

VSIN's Matt Youmans (@mattyoumans247 on Twitter) is our featured guest and has plenty of opinions on action in the Big Ten, SEC and Pac-12. He also throws out his favorite play in Week 8 of the NFL that might catch a few gamblers by surprise. Jason Floyd co-hosts and produces, offering his insight on FSU and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Games Galore 53 gets started with Jason Floyd and Brian hitting on 'overs' galore for the Falcons and Buccaneers, in addition to the Saints' brutal scheduled over the next few weeks that could tighten up the NFC South race. They also review what we saw in the UFC 229 headliner and ponder the future of both McGregor & Khabib.

Jay Greeson of Press Row and the Chattanooga Times-Free Press, hits on what he saw at this alma mater this past Saturday when Auburn took an unfathomable defeat as a double-digit home favorite to the Vols, who had lost 11 consecutive SEC games previously. Greeson and Brian hit on the college hoops corruption case and what they think of Holier-than-Thou Coach K and his weak-ass remarks this week that Yahoo's Dan Wetzel smashed in a recent column. Hell, even the Boston Globe's spectacular journalism in its new series of analysis of the Aaron Hernandez Saga came up. And yes, of course we got to football with Jay hitting on his new favorite team -- for our purposes, of course -- Utah St. Jay's also bullish on Harbo's squad that wears maize and blue at Sparty this weekend.

Not many in the industry are as sharp as Brad Powers, and he certainly delivered during his segment. Brad gave out lots of picks and opinions, talked about Ohio St.'s testy trip to West Lafayette and gave his thoughts on the Gators, Alabama and even some MACtion.
