    Blaine Pascu is a community manager at Unity. He has been part of Unity when there was only 30 people in the San Francisco office and now has grown over 1000 employees in 3 short years. He drops some sage advice on how best to manage social networking and talks about democratizing game development. *Correction* When asked about the two assets that was made a part of Unity 2017 Blaine said Cinemachine and NGUI. Unity haven't acquired NGUI but have made both Cinemachine and Text Mesh Pro free for users.
