CLL #875 (feat. Brian McKnight) – 02/04/1999 – Thursday Night Show Source – Lost Tape (2017) with Kevin Tape (2016) and Tobydog Tape (2009) Patches

This is a 100% Complete brand new merging of all 3 known sources, the 2 newest and best have never been shared before online. the show is now 100% complete. Brian is making what seems to be his radio show debut but Adam and Drew comment on how nice it was seeing him again, which could just be them referencing the MTV show, as He for sure guested on MTV Loveline which aired on April 16th 1998 and this seems to be from before Adam “robbed him of a homer” during one of the Celebrity All-Star or MTV rock and jock baseball games where that took place.

This is a nearly 100% complete brand new recovery, this episode has been missing for 18 years and this is the only know copy to exist. This is Shaun’s 2nd of only two known appearances on the show, he was previously on CLL #609 from January of 1998. This episode is only missing less than roughly 30 seconds on the last break of the first hour.

From Wiki: Shaun Palmer (born November 14, 1968) is an American professional snowboarder, skier, mountain biker, and motocross rider. “Palm Daddy” is known as one of the forefathers of extreme sports.

CLL #873 (feat. Karen Malina White) – 02/02/1999 – Tuesday Night Show Source – Kevin Tape (2016)

This is a 99% complete brand new recording for an episode that’s been missing for over 18 years, only missing a few seconds from the tape flip and the closing break. This is Karen’s only known appearance on Classic Loveline and it seems as though she never appeared on the MTV show.

From Wiki: Karen Malina White (born July 7, 1965) is an American film and television actress. White is best known for her roles as Kaneesha Carter, in the 1989 drama film Lean on Me, as Charmaine Brown during the two final seasons on The Cosby Show (1990–92) and

CLL #872 (feat. David Arquette) – 02/01/1999 – Monday Night Show Source – Kevin Tape (2016) with Tobydog Tape (2009) Patches

This is a 100% Complete brand new merging of the only two known sources, both from Arizona oddly enough. David is making his 3rd known appearance on CLL, he previously was on CLL #348 from January 1997 with Minnie Driver, he then returned on CLL #572 from December 1997. He has only 2 more appearances on the show and a surprise cameo coming up in 1999 that I won’t spoil. He also has two appearances on MTV Loveline, they aired on January 17th 1997 and December 8th 1997, mirroring his radio show appearances on Loveline from the same year.

From Wiki: David Arquette (born September 8, 1971[2]) is an American actor, film director, producer, screenwriter, fashion

CLL #870 (feat. Dr. Drew Solo) – 01/28/1999 – Thursday Night Show Source – Kevin Tape (2016) with Tobydog Tape (2009) Patches

This is a 100% Complete brand new merging of the only two known sources, both from Arizona oddly enough. Adam is in Miami for the 1999 Superbowl, taping a piece for ‘The Man Show’ Season 1 and Dr. Drew is far too gleeful to be rolling calls by himself, Drew does a masterful job and it does make for a very different show, a nice change of pace but not something I would want instead of ‘The Love Between The Two Hosts’ this episode is akin to 2006 LoveLine and the modern Dr. Drew Podcast, both very very good!

CLL #869 (feat. Eliel Swinton and Ron Lester) – 01/27/1999 – Wednesday Night Show Source – Kevin Tape (2016) with Tobydog Tape (2009) Patches

This is a 100% Complete brand new merging of the only two known sources, both from Arizona oddly enough. Eliel Swinton and Ron are both making their CLL debut, Eliel never returns to the show and Ron returns for two more infamous visits, first on CLL #1459 solo from May 2nd 2001 and then again on CLL #1260 with the cast of ‘Not Another Teen Movie’ for his final visit on December 13th 2001. They both prove to be enthusiastic guests and are a lot of fun, great episode that I first recovered 8 years ago.

From Wiki: Ron Lester (August 4, 1970 – June 17, 2016) was an American actor. He was best

CLL #868 (feat. Joe Rogan) – 01/26/1999 – Tuesday Night Show Source – Kevin Tape (2016) with Tobydog Tape (2009) Patches

This is a 100% Complete brand new merging of the only two known sources, both from Arizona oddly enough. Joe seems to be making his first known appearance, though he does say “it’s always fun” implying he has an appearance predating this one, perhaps on radio, perhaps on MTV? He has 3 more appearances, returning to the show in 2000, 2001 and his final booking in 2002, perhaps due to the double guest scheduling/mistake that found him paired with a cast member from ‘Survivor’ and he has one known appearance on MTV Loveline from March 7th 2000. Joe is promoting the final season of ‘Newsradio’ and this seems to be from before he started smoking and advocating for

Show notes

CLL #867 (feat. Diane Farr) 01/25/1999 – Monday Night Show Source – Kevin Tape (2016) with Tobydog Tape (2009) Patches

This is a 100% Complete brand new merging of the only two known sources, the episode is now complete with several minutes of content restored, Diane is making her 2nd appearance on CLL, her first visit was back on CLL #745 from August 6th 1998. That episode was remastered and shared previously in this feed and can still be downloaded from the website. Originally supposed to be just Diane and Dr. Drew, Adam ends up joining them after his debut on the ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’ with clips sprinkled throughout thanks to Engineer Mike, make sure to stay tuned through the closing G.I.O. Podcast theme for a bonus. Great Episode, Great Guest!

CLL #865 (feat. The Love Between The Two Hosts) 01/21/1999 – Thursday Night Show Source – Kevin Tape (2016)

This is an almost 100% complete recording of a long lost episode, missing for over 18 years. Rob Schneider no-showed due to a last minute Hawaiian vacation with Adam Sandler, instead we get a solid no guest show full of on and off mic snacking, Adam references “The New and Improved LoveLine” several times and who knows what else happens, lets listen and find out together.
