We're not talking just about diets and workouts. Anthony believes that we need to find what really motivates us to get and stay healthy, and I couldn't agree more.

And you know what motivates me? Being fit and energized for my kids and wife when I'm old and gray. Enjoy! In our conversation, you'll learn:

    • Workout, nutrition, and lifestyle routines for being strong, energized, and full of life as you age.
    • The biggest misconceptions men have around their health.
    • Strategies for helping your family embrace a healthier lifestyle.

Eric Farewell: From Backyard Hustle to Sky-High Success - FRD Member Spotlight Apr 07, 2023
    Show notes

Gentlemen, welcome to our new Member Spotlight Series where we'll be featuring members from the FRD brotherhood.

This will be a 7-part series where I'll be asking them about their lives as Dads and we'll talk about what their experiences have been like so far in our amazing group of family men with businesses, not businessmen with families.

I hope you'll check out these conversations with some badass members of our community each week. And don't be afraid to share these episodes with your friends and let us know your thoughts along the way!

For anyone that isn't already a Front Row Dads member, you can sign up right here: Join The Brotherhood!

Here's what you need to know about today's guest, Eric Farewell.

Eric Farewell is a lifelong entrepreneur who started working at 7, his first successful business at 13. He has been blessed by big name mentors since his teens and spent years speaking at internet marketing conferences and consulting for businesses and brands in industries as varying as gaming, and wellness.

In 2011 he launched a business in an impossibly small niche. Using a very specific blueprint they became the 500lb gorilla of the industry bringing in millions each year while building systems, and hiring the right people that have allowed it to continue to grow while he now works less than three hours a week.

Eric has spent the last 20 years in constant physical pain after breaking his back (twice) and emotional pain after losing his brother and countless friends but refuses to be a victim and chooses to focus his energy on his wife of 14 years and their three children. In his spare time he helps brands through periods of rapid growth in exchange for equity and has recently acquired an aircraft racing series.

The Farewell family has a weekly YouTube & TV series that has driven the majority of their businesses marketing strategy for over a decade. His true passion is in doing good for others and making the world a better place.

    Show notes

Imagine being married for eight years, and suddenly, it's all over. That's what happened to Andy Heller. Despite being a complete badass real estate investing consultant, Andy felt clueless during his divorce.

After the dust settled, Andy identified a gaping hole in the self-help space for men and women, leaving them stranded without the tools to go their separate ways and create the best possible outcomes for themselves and their kids.

That's how his new book, Take the High Road: Divorce with Compassion for Yourself and Your Family, was born, and I'm thrilled to share this conversation with you today.

This book is not a cookie-cutter self-help guide. It's the ultimate roadmap for navigating divorce with grace, protecting your assets (and sanity), and securing the best possible future for your loved ones.

    In our conversation, you'll learn:

    • How to tell whether you should pull the trigger and get a divorce.

    • How to tell if your marriage is beyond saving or just needs rekindling.
    • The often neglected strategy that saves 18% of marriages.

378: Shattering the Mask of Masculinity with Connor Beaton Mar 15, 2023
    Show notes

When society tells men to "man up" and "suck it up," their immediate response is often to bury their true emotions, only to fall into the trap of self-sabotage, anxiety, and depression.

But there is strength in vulnerability, and it takes a courageous heart to explore those insecurities and share them with the world.

It's my pleasure to share this conversation with Connor Beaton, the visionary behind ManTalks, an international organization focused on men's wellness, success, and fulfillment.

As an author and speaker who has shared the stage with Lewis Howes and Gary Vaynerchuk, Connor's unique insights cut through the noise of traditional masculinity, offering men worldwide a guiding light toward a more fulfilling life.

Connor inspires men to confront their weaknesses and embrace their emotions, shattering the ego-driven image of a "real man." In our conversation, you'll learn:

    • How to gain better control of your fears, anger, and self-doubts.
    • How to regulate your mind and body under stress and conflict.
    • Why young men need masculine role models more than ever.

Some of my favorite moments of the conversation:

    • Using your "dark side" as a beacon for finding meaning in life.
    • How the lack of fatherly masculine energy destroys young men.
    • Running away from fear and anger robs our loved ones of our masculine presence.
    • Facing insecurities instead of numbing them down with shallow distractions.
    • Why the best relationships help you grow through pain and trauma.
    • Do this the next time you feel the need to lash out!
