As expected with Dennis on the show, you are in for another hilarious and slightly inappropriate episode. Rachel and Dennis discuss everything from their level of education and the education they hope Luna will have to vegan food and all the delicious things they are trying in Bogota and when they plan to have their next baby (although they disagree on it). Vulnerability Will Change Your Life Mar 15, 2019
    Show notes

In this episode, Rachel is back from Costa Rica and home to Aruba. Coming from a very vulnerable place, where she attended the burial of her best friend, she realized: we often act the way we think we should in front of others, instead of allowing ourselves the space to be vulnerable. Especially around our families and those that know us best, we see how we usually act reflected from them and act accordingly.

But there is something that pain, grief and trauma bring up that tears down all our walls of protection we build around ourselves. It is a terrible time in our lives, but using this as a catalyst to drop into radical vulnerability during normal day-to-day moments can be totally liberating. It will help you realize that life is short and there is no time to sit through anything that isn’t real.

Tune in for an episode that will help you find the sprinkles of gratitude among times of pain, sadness and loss and the practice of finding those places of vulnerability to return to again and again.

She didn’t know it then, but it was the last time she would see her - she past away a few days after. Now, Rachel is at Envision Festival again after giving birth to Luna and heavy feelings are still being stirred up. She shares the story of this day of mourning and the mysterious synchronicity around Luna’s birth and her return to Costa Rica this year that gave meaning to it all.

When we lose a big love in our life we have to remember: we were so lucky to experience a love that deep. We had something that cracked our hearts open, gave us so much, and still gives us lessons each and every day. We may never fully heal, but this episode will cement your faith in the notion that the loved ones we’ve lost are never too far away.

This time, becoming sick has Rachel reminiscing on her astrology teachings from last year and recognizing what happens if she does not slow down. With this intense flu Rachel is thrown into a pattern of judgemental thinking and worst case scenarios popping up into her head, bringing about some serious anxiety. In the midst of it all, one simple moment of meditation snapped her out of her funk and she realized: she isn’t sick, she is just going through a healing. Whatever you are struggling with right now, remember: there is a lesson to learn and a blessing to receive.

How To Manifest Anything You Want Feb 15, 2019
    Show notes

In this episode, Rachel is recording from Costa Rica. After living there for many years, this is Rachel’s first time back since having Lea Luna and her life is dramatically different.

When Rachel lived in Costa Rica before, she was broke and in and out of work. What kept her knowing all would work out was the practice of manifestation through visualization.

Coming back to Costa Rica reignited this practice again and Rachel was reminded of all the possibilities she used to see when it came to the big picture, which to her is changing the world.

When it comes to manifesting your greatest dreams, such as the career you dream of, the family you always wanted, or changing the world, it is important to manifest smaller things along the way for practice. If you want something, don’t look at all the obstacles in your way! Look at all the possibilities and see them in your mind. Tune in for an episode that will broaden your scope of what you believe is possible and give concrete actionable advice on how to turn your motivation into action and your action into big changes in the world.
