Any of these sound familiar....

.... I could keep going, but I'll keep it short. It's easy to feel like we just hate what we hate. That we came out of the womb with these traits of not liking things like cooking, or working out, or journaling, or being a morning person.
We get stuck with how things have always been, so we don't challenge ourselves, ultimately thinking that not liking specific things are a core part of who we are, our routines and our lives, but they're not.
We have the power to change our thoughts, our perspective, our likes, and dislikes, we just have to start…. and the first step? Lying to yourself.
