Patrick Bet-David - Best of First Class Fatherhood. Today I’m throwing it back to my first episode of 2023 featuring my interview with Patrick Bet-David who has been on fire this year.

Patrick Bet-David is a First Class Father, Entrepreneur and creator of Valuetainment. His family immigrated to America when he was 10 years old. After high school Patrick joined the U.S. military and served in the 101st Airborne before starting a business career in the financial services industry. After a tenure with a couple of traditional companies, he was inspired to launch PHP Agency Inc., an insurance sales, marketing and distribution company – and did so before he turned 30.

In 2013 he launched Valuetainment, a media brand intended to teach entrepreneurship fundamentals and inspire people to break free from detrimental beliefs and limitations.

Patrick is the host of Spotify’s #1 Business Podcast, PBD Podcast. He is also a world renowned speaker and bestselling author.

Episode 720 - Dean Stott is a First Class Father, former British Special Forces soldier and World Record Holder. Dean was one of the very first army members to join the Special Boat Service, a special forces unit of the United Kingdom's Royal Navy. He has conducted deployments to overseas hostile environments and been involved in Counterterrorism operations; he has traveled to some of the toughest places in the world, serving his country for 16 honorable years.

Dean cycled the longest motor road in the world – The Pan American Highway. He completed the 14,000 mile route from Argentina to Alaska in May 2018. Dean gained two world records and raised an incredible amount of money for charity in the process, passing through 14 countries on his expedition and crossing some of the most dangerous passages in the world.

In this Episode, Dean shares his Fatherhood Journey which includes three children. He describes how becoming a father made him reevaluate his dangerous post-military career in the private security sector where he was renowned for his willingness to take on any job, regardless of the level of danger. He discusses his own childhood which involved a difficult divorce between his parents, which landed him in a homeless shelter, and his father’s sacrifices to stay involved in his life. He talks about the world records he smashed cycling from South America to Alaska. He offers some great advice for new or soon-to-be dads and more!

Episode 719 - Remi Adeleke is a First Class Father, former Navy SEAL, Bestselling Author and Actor. His first appearance on the podcast back on Episode 70. Remi was born into a wealthy family in Nigeria but following the death of his father, the Nigerian Government unjustly seized his family’s wealth. Remi, his mother, and brother permanently relocated to the Bronx, New York in 1987. Remi got himself involved with the wrong crowd, ending up in a lot of trouble before joining the Navy and eventually becoming a Navy SEAL. Episode 717 - Jesse Kelly is a First Class Father, Veteran and host of The Jesse Kelly Show. Jesse joined the US Marines in 2000, served for four years and was deployed to Iraq. In 2010, Jesse ran for Congress in a Democratic-controlled district of Arizona. Though a virtual unknown in the race, he was only narrowly defeated by Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. The race initially ended in a vote recount. After his Congressional run, Kelly continued to be a major voice among conservatives, using his large social media following as a platform to continue many of the conversations started on the campaign trail.

He currently hosts the nationally syndicated The Jesse Kelly Show.

Episode 713 - Drago Dzieran is a First Class Father and retired Navy SEAL. Drago was born in Poland while under Communist rule and, after spending time in a Communist prison for his activism against the socialist oppression, immigrated to the United States in 1984. He became a US citizen in 1991 and enlisted in the Navy that same year.

During his Navy career, he was a member of SEAL Team 2, SEAL Team 4, and a BUD/S instructor at Naval Special Warfare Center in Coronado, California. He performed over one hundred combat direct action missions as an NSW Lead Breacher while deployed to Iraq in 2003, 2004, and 2005.

Drago is the author of a new book, “The Pledge to America: One Man's Journey from Political Prisoner to U.S. Navy SEAL.” Drago takes readers behind the scenes of his incredible life, from an impoverished childhood in Communist-controlled Poland to his time as a political prisoner, to his twenty years as a member of the United States military’s most elite fighting force.
