Episode Fifty Four: Bullying is #NoJoke with Andrew Cole Nov 05, 2019
    Show notes

Fan Wonderland welcomes musician Andrew Cole who began creating a film, #NoJoke, around an anti-bullying song that then turned into so much more including interviews with people like Jane Lynch (Glee), Sir Patrick Stewart (Star Trek), Slash, Ozzy Osbourne and many more about bullying, being a bully and how that affects our lives. It’s a raw film that covers many topics. This is an episode we felt really passionate about and please read the content warnings below.

Extreme Content Warning: This episode is considered potentially triggering due to the following: Frequent Strong Coarse Language, Discussion of Suicide, Self-Harm, Bullying, Domestic Abuse, Sexual Harassment, Mental Health.

If this episode has affected you in any way, please reach out to a support line near you either online or via phone or reach out to a friend or family member or to us directly on social media. This was one of our most intense episodes to date that affected both TJ and Andrew afterward, from discussing such heavy topics, but is a conversation we both felt needed to be had and to be heard, to help people talk more openly about mental health and bullying and its after effects and support each other better.

#NoJoke is now available on demand in the US.

Editor’s Note: We had a few connection issues some of which we briefly left in as it lends context to the discussion.
