Extraordinary America

America has always been about freedom, opportunity, and the pursuit of happiness. However, most Americans are not free when it comes to the financial front. Most are under financial slavery due to losing their jobs, having stagnant wages due to outsourcing, inflation due to money printing, and debt of all kinds. Wealth and income inequality runs rampant across America while the middle class has all but disappeared! Where there is no freedom, there can never be opportunity nor happiness. Such a disconnect between who we are as Americans and our Financial reality cannot be allowed to continue.

Therefore, Extraordinary America is about the abolition of financial slavery. It is about the financial freedom of the 99%. It is about Americans awakening and unleashing the Extraordinary within themselves and setting themselves free!

The truth is Americans are Extraordinary. As immigrants and descendants of immigrants, they have overcome insurmountable obstacles and barriers with their pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit, and this time is no different. Americans should never give up or surrender to hopelessness and despair, no matter how bad the situation is, no matter how much the odds are stacked against them. Just as spring overcomes winter, Day overcomes Night, the light within us shall overcome the darkness around us. Its time for us to know that we are our own saviors, that there is an Extraordinary within us waiting to be unleashed, that freedom is our birthright and that we shall realize the American Dream!

The path to financial freedom is by educating and transforming ourselves into Entrepreneurs and Investors on the light side! In this podcast Cosmos Dar interviews Entrepreneurs and Investors who fought against the odds, and in many cases came from humble beginnings to attain financial freedom, to see how they did it. Joy grew up in a meditation home in Bangkok, Thailand, where meditation was a regular practice. She had the good fortune to be a model, and she eventually rose to the top of Thailand. Joy Vanichkul Bio:

Joy is an entrepreneur. As a well-being specialist, yoga and meditation teacher, as well as a former international supermodel and TV host, she's the founder and CEO of Wellness of Joy, where she helps people achieve balance, Joy, and stress-free living using tools and techniques from eastern Ancient medical knowledge and Western evidence-based science. She's also currently launching her Intelligent Beauty Method program globally.

Joy was born into a meditation family in Thailand. She began to meditate when she was just seven years old and was very fortunate to be taught by one of the greatest meditation team masters in the East. Her journey continued to the Himalayan mountains, where she was initiated into the ancient language of Himalayan master’s by With Yogi, Joy began her modeling career at age 16 and quickly became one of Asia's top supermodels and TV hosts. With her entrepreneurial spirit, she created an open sense of Joy spa. It was an instant success and grew into multiple locations.

She also added her medical spa and beauty product lines. The whole thing became A multi-million-dollar business with a team of 200 staff and 20,000 members. She received prestigious international awards for Best New Spa and achieved the highest sales award for her product line in Thailand. As a reward for her services, Joy was presented with the Medal of Honor by Her Majesty the Queen of Thailand.

Joy is also a co-founder and director of the Meditation and Yoga program at Tree Academy in Los Angeles, CA.

Erin Babcock joins us to share her journey. As a physician assistant, she was initially planning to pursue a career in medicine but faced injuries and stress fractures in college. This shifted her perspective, as she realized she could help people by doing something else. During COVID, her mother became involved in the cannabis industry, focusing on essential oils and natural health solutions. She met people from Colorado who founded Primo Gardens Inc., a retail storefront and lab that produces CBD products and other cannabinoid products for retail sale to consumers. Primo Gardens Inc. also produces custom CBD brands.

Cannabis has a long history and background, with its history dating back to 2800 BC and being used for medicinal purposes by Chinese emperors. However, the stigma surrounding cannabis has been a significant issue, with misinformation and propaganda from the last century. The endocannabinoid system, which exists in all creatures, has an innate interaction with the plant, with THC being the primary psychoactive component. The author aims to help educate people about the plant and its therapeutic benefits, as it is essential for our health and balance.

Erin Babcock Bio:

Ukrainian Immigrant who made it in America with Gene Eidelman Jul 13, 2023

Gene Eidelman, the co-founder of Azure Printed Homes, is an immigrant who came to the US at 18 years old with no money and no English. He was educated in college and started developing real estate with his brother, who later became a successful real estate agent.

Despite facing financial issues and learning English, Gene managed to get a real estate license and started doing business. Despite facing financial issues, Gene managed to get a real estate license and enter the real estate industry. Los Angeles provided a huge advantage for Gene, as it was a diverse place with many clients from Eastern Europe.

Gene Eidelman's story highlights the challenges faced by immigrants in the US, including language barriers, financial issues, and the need for hard work and research. His transition from real estate to the construction industry was a challenging one, but his experience in the construction industry has helped him navigate the challenges and become a successful real estate agent.

Gene is the co-founder of Azure Printed Homes. Azure is fundamentally changing the construction industry by 3D printing homes with recycled materials, which is 70% faster and 30% less expensive than the current construction methods, as well as having a positive environmental impact. Gene emigrated to Los Angeles from Ukraine over 35 years ago. He was recognized for settling over 6,000 refugees from the former Soviet Union and even appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show.

He also served on the boards of numerous nonprofit educational organizations in the US, India, and the UK. Gene is an example of an immigrant who came to America and fought against the odds to realize the American dream.
