    Jason Reynolds Jun 13, 2020
    Show notes

Today’s guest is Jason Reynolds who joins us to speak about growing and becoming more resilient through developing self-governance and authentic expression. Jason’s work is focused on the individual becoming their own authority and establishing the state of personal governance required to explore sovereignty.

Today’s discussion begins with a consideration of all the misinformation, opportunism, and restrictions brought about by coronavirus with Jason stressing the need for us to to filter out information by developing a strong self-understanding. Jason’s core teachings penetrate his views on much of today’s topics, and we get to hear him talk about how important these foundations are for not being swayed by powerful thought leaders, seeing past the ideological basis for societal norms, and maintaining a sense of wellbeing when confronted with the weeds of 5G and vaccinations. Jason’s main tenets also play into his thoughts on the roots of illness, healthy family life and non-reactionary community which we hear him speak at length on too.

Another big takeaway from today is Jason’s perspective on how everything starts from chaos and confusion, and the work he does helping people find a needed release by embracing this truth. Wrapping up, we spend time on the topic of dealing with bad press, hearing Jason reiterating the need to become authentically ourselves for getting past what others might think or say. Tune in for this incredible deep dive with today’s amazing guest.

    Ralph Moss Jun 11, 2020
    Show notes

The threat of cancer has been something plaguing humankind for longer than we care to remember and its dangers have continued to arouse debate and disagreement within the medical profession, with proven cures seeming hard to come by. Or so it would seem. Ralph Moss, PhD., does not claim to have the answer to all the questions posed by cancer but does believe that some of the simpler, more effective means for dealing with it are being overlooked or stifled by certain dominant sectors of the healthcare field. Ralph is not someone who falls into a specific camp around traditional or alternative medicines, rather he believes in the scientific method to clinical trials, unhindered by business interests and big corporations.

His journey as a medical writer began decades ago in New York and it was his interactions with the controversial and later acclaimed clinician, Dr. Kanematsu Sugiura, that sparked his interest in why promising prospects in the cancer research field were being ignored. In our conversation, we cover his own experiences of cancer and the fruitful approach he took to tackling it, a basic description of how cancer attacks the body and some simple practices that can lower your risk of attack.

Ralph weighs in with some really insightful and balanced thoughts on improving the ways we fight this battle, emphasizing the rising tide of immunotherapy and moving away from violent chemo approaches. Listeners can expect expert and measured thoughts on a disease that we should hope to gain the upper hand against soon, so tune in to get it all!

    Yolande Norris-Clark Jun 09, 2020
    Show notes

Our society has been conditioned into seeing birth as a medical event, but the number of traumas with far-reaching effects that births in hospitals cause is not yet spoken about enough. In this fascinating episode, we speak to holistic birth activist Yolande Norris-Clarke about having children at home naturally, and how this fits into a larger ancient system that is being obscured by modern cultural norms to the detriment of our world.

Yolande shares deep and embodied insights into the transformative experience of giving birth naturally, in contrast to medically. She gives of her knowledge about the many bonds and connections this natural process has to our emotional, physical, social, and spiritual lives. We talk about nutrition, and how it is conventionally seen as pertaining to diet, which has the effect of downplaying the wellness and vitality that emotionally nutritional feelings like love can bestow. Following this, we breach the topic of our global moment defined by isolation, panic, and herd mentality. Yolande has much to say about where we are, and we discuss mediatized versus censored narratives and our guest makes a case for masks and medical births fitting into a larger consensual global system of control.

We also consider some positives though, talking about mass rebirth and the possibility this moment presents for us to face our demons and listen to more ancient guidelines. From there we contemplate how standards defining what is responsible change according to values and how this implicates things like vaccinations and giving birth at home rather than in a hospital. Toward the end of the show, we move to the topic of how we uphold information in a society to be trustworthy or not, and how that plays into shaming people like Yolande who share their wisdom based on experience and not a university degree. Tune in for a far-reaching and philosophical conversation about birth and the foundations we have chosen to build our value systems around as a society.

    Dr Hisham Abdalla - Part 2 Jun 04, 2020
    Show notes

Part 2 of my great chat with Dr. Hisham Abdalla!

Dr. Hisham is a doctor and dentist and he explains this distinction and why he chose dentistry as his area of specialization. Our guest's approach to medicine is so refreshing, vehemently and actively looking for ways to integrate what is often disparate in the medical community, namely all the different types of evidence and wisdom that are available to us.

This holistic approach is essential to better, healthier practices according to Dr. Hisham, and he makes a number of very strong arguments against the narrow view of much of the medical field and its practitioners, an attitude that hurts the patient in the end! He gives us some great insight into how we can truly understand the idea of evidence-based beliefs and how these are merely determined by a sphere of reference. We get into what constitutes convention and some examples of how these conventions change over time, despite initial resistance to new findings.

    Dr Hisham Abdalla - Part 1 May 29, 2020

We get into what constitutes convention and some examples of how these conventions change over time, despite initial resistance to new findings.

One of Dr. Hisham's main aspirations is to take away the adversarial dynamic that so often occurs between opposing beliefs; if we all actually want the same thing we should remove the stigma and slandering that goes into these debates. For this wonderful chat, make sure to tune in and for even more on solutions to the issues raised in this episode, keep an eye out for part two, in the near future!

Dr. Gabrielle Lyon is a holistic doctor focussed on longevity and the way she approaches this is through building muscle. Paul Selig May 18, 2020
    Show notes

Paul Selig's work as a spiritual channel involves him acting as a conduit for what he calls his guides and allowing their messages to be spoken through him. Much of this work has taken the form of transcribed books and his extensive bibliography stands as a testament to the amount his guides have to share with us.

Paul joins us on the show today to talk about this calling and how it came to be the work that he does here on Earth. We discuss the discovery of this gift and what it has meant to him through different stages of his life, with Paul unpacking his understanding as best he can. The conversation gets into the possible purpose of these spiritual communications as well as Paul's experiences of them and how he chooses to respond to them.

For Paul, unlike some mediums or channels, he leaves the messages unedited or changed, preferring to act as a pure and simple vessel for the messages he receives. The focus of our chat today is the ascension or transcendence of a current state, accessing what Paul and his guides call the upper room or octaves of our consciousness. We get into Christ-consciousness, health and sickness and finally turn to what this particular moment in history signifies. While talking about illness, Paul channels some messages from his guides on the subject, allowing himself to slip into the mode of transmitting what is available to him. For a truly remarkable episode with a foremost channel of the beyond, listen in with us today!
