    Dr. Kevin Passero and his special guest Steve Christensen, MD, will discuss vitamin D and its role in human health. Steve Christensen, MD, is the Medical Affairs Consultant for Thorne. He received his degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at McKay-Dee Hospital Center in Ogden, Utah. A board-certified family physician, he practiced the full gamut of rural medicine, much of it as a solo practitioner, in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Oregon and Montana. After leaving medical practice in 2003, Steve and his wife Tonya owned and operated a nutrition and health food store in Newport, Oregon, before returning to the Inland Northwest.
