    Notes from Therapy: The art of simplifying conflict in relationships. Sep 14, 2023

    In this episode of the Enneagram and Coffee podcast, Sarajane Case discusses how therapy has simplified her understanding of relational conflict. She shares a personal example from her relationship with her partner, Oby, where they experience conflict during their tennis games. Sarajane explains how therapy has taught her to recognize the core issues and fears that each person brings to a conflict, often rooted in their inner child responses. By pausing and reflecting on their inner child needs, they can find practical and less emotionally overwhelming resolutions. Sarajane emphasizes the importance of exploring these needs to simplify relational conflict.

    Enneagram 9 & 8 Relationship Tips | Wednesday Q&A Sep 13, 2023

    In this podcast episode, Sarajane Case offers advice to a caller who is an Enneagram Type Nine Wing One married to an Eight Wing Seven. Sarajane discusses conflict styles, advising Type Eights to seek peace and safety in the relationship instead of constantly seeking intensity, while encouraging Type Nines to express their feelings directly to their partner.
