Hello fellow friends & family, welcome back!

I wanted to return to the channel with a slow introduction to a very special individual. This series will consist of a few ASMR episodes - ones that you can sleep. relax to. Each of them being in different rooms of this special individuals home. I'd like to introduce, Arc. He is the grand architect and creator of the world we know as, "There". He built There millions of years ago including all of the animals and spirits within it. Including the Aria & Protectors, Creature the Wise & tenders Ann, Nation & Image, Energy Hospital Headquarters, Meadow Medicine, the Green House & Doctors and other beautiful places we have yet to explore. We will be able to formally meet Arc in an upcoming episode called, "Arc & the White Crayon" but for now, Arc invites you to stay in his house... feel him walk around the space & tend to plants, play the piano, brew some tea. The goal of these episodes is to allow you to feel Arcs' presence and see his space, watch how he moves. You can tell a lot about someone by their environment. He is a simple, brilliant collector of things, maker of sorts. Don't be afraid of touching anything, he likes when people look around his keepsakes & wonder.

In this specific episode we will stay in his Amity Room while a rain storm passes. SO! Grab a good book, a cozy blanket & get comfortable. Lex & I won't be able to make this one, I think it's best for these to be just you and Arc.

The 963 Hz frequency is the last of the 9 original Solfeggio Frequencies.

This wonderful frequency is known for its ability to activate the Crown & Pineal Gland/Third eye.

The Pineal Gland is located deep in the brain and is the primary site of the body’s melatonin production. This hormone helps to regulate the body’s circadian clock, with the amount secreted directly related to the amount of light someone is exposed to. Use this to clear out the crown of any unwanted muck & find clarity within your vision and decalcify the gland.

Green noise can help provide a calming, more relaxed feeling right as you’re about to go to sleep. Putting on green noise in the background is especially good for those who prefer having some ambient sounds in the background at bedtime, even if that’s just the sound of a fan. Since it’s also only around 500 hz or so, green noise has relatively few waveform vibrations per-second. As such, this frequency is low enough that it’s unlikely to be too loud for your ears while you drift off to sleep—the louder the frequencies, the more sensitive we are to them. In other words, green noise is perhaps the most relaxing of the sound colors!

Smudging is traditionally a ceremony for purifying or cleansing the soul, mind or space of negative energy. In many Native cultures, plants are more than living things, they have a soul, a spirit. If you have been following me on my socials, I talk about the necessity of rebuilding a relationship with Mother. Burning sage is a way of communing with the spiritual realm and connecting to the Spirit of the plant from the earth. By burning the sage with intention, you are asking the Spirit of the sage to lend its cleansing and protective energy into your space, body, energy, etc. The goal for this series is to capture the plants energy, essence and spirit in frequency & melody. Use this sound to remove unwanted energies that take up space in your home, body or mind. You are more than welcome to use this while you actually smudge. Lastly, as an important reminder - INTENTION is everything when partaking in these moments/exchanges. Set the intention. Hello beautiful lights! Welcome to the Mystery Box on this channel, Lex spun the wheel and it landed on, Robert Brown! Brown Noise is low key slept on, literally and figuratively! Named after brilliant botanist Robert Brown, who discovered Brownian Motion (random particle motion) in the early 1800s. Most people use this sound to help relax their mind. It is often used while sleeping. Even if it is used just for 10 mins a day, the benefits are wonderful. Think of the sound like tiny gold/brown particles moving through your body, cleansing you of negative energy and helping you ground. This sound makes me think of Mother Earth and her gift of healing.
