Today the Eclectic Roundtable continues into further discussion regarding space conscious sustainability and some tips/tricks around a healthy productive garden.

During our conversation Karios tells us a bit of his life story and plows straight into bestow heaps of insight and knowledge for beginning gardeners, homesteaders, or just hobby plant enthusiasts.

He also shares his direct experience with aeroponic vertical gardening. It's pretty cool stuff. I'm including some DIY designs I found below.

Today, I sat down with an acquaintance of mine, who has kept an eye on US/China relationship for a while now. We've had several conversations over social media in the past and we decided it was high time to sit down and chew the fat regarding the growing threat that is US corporate engagement with Chinese interests.

The world is being shown a conflict involving Russia, while our real threat is being given a pass for nearly everything we would have condemned a mere decade or so ago.

Nothing the American Way stands for is at all represented by the actions and agendas of our leadership. Nothing resembling principle or ethics drives our nation, only the philosophy of the bottom line.

Today's episode is a Chitchat with a friend of mine from down in Mexico! Travis joins us today to help broaden our scope of options for workout supplementation.

With this episode, we go over Travis's history and some of his background leading up to his foray into Powerlifting/Body building around the age of 40ish.
