    Summer Sprint: What’s Under the Tent | July 19, 2026 Jul 19, 2026
    Show notes

Pastor Christy Cass What if the greatest obstacle to your spiritual growth isn’t in front of you… but hidden beneath you? Last week we talked about building the tent. This week we ask a different question: What’s under the tent? TEXT: Psalm 139:23–24; Joshua 7:1, 10–13, 20–25; Hebrews 12:1; 2 Timothy 2:22; Psalm 32:3–5 NOTES: WALK — What’s Under the Tent? RUN — Run It Out of the Tent STRETCH — Let God Expose What’s Tight and Hidden RECOVER — Repent Quickly and Run Free Key Truths: * If it’s hidden, it’s not harmless. * Hidden things leak into public places. * What you sprint from now will determine how you run later. * Small acts of immediate obedience prepare us for long-term faithfulness. * God does not expose things to shame you. He exposes things to free you. * You cannot heal what you refuse to uncover. * Recovery begins when hiding ends. * Freedom starts where honesty does. Big idea: The long run of faith is strengthened by the short bursts of obedience where we stop hiding what God is asking us to deal with. ⸻ Stay Connected: Give: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/giving Online Service: Sundays 9 AM (YouTube & Facebook Live) Connect: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/people/forms/113001 Instagram: @wearetheechochurch #EchoChurch #ChristianSermon #FaithGrowth #BibleTeaching

    Summer Sprint: Under the Tent | July 12, 2026 Jul 12, 2026
    Show notes

Pastor Andy Cass In Exodus 25, God invites His people to build the Tabernacle, a place where His presence would dwell among them. More than a tent, it became a picture of God’s desire to be near His people and a reminder that following Him requires intentional investment, obedience, and participation. This message challenges us to ask a simple question: Have you set up your tent for God, or have you become more concerned with building your own? TEXT: Exodus 25:1-9; 2 Corinthians 9:7; Matthew 7:24-27, James 1:22; Numbers 2:1-3; 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Hebrews 4:12; John 17:17, 2 Samuel 6:6-7, Psalm 119:105 NOTES: Old doesn’t mean outdated. Old means it’s been tested. Old doesn’t mean irrelevant. Old is instructive. Look closer. 1. Invest into the Tent 2. Set Up the Tent 3. Place the Tent at the Center 4. Carry the Tent ⸻ Stay Connected: Give: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/giving Online Service: Sundays 9 AM (YouTube & Facebook Live) Connect: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/people/forms/113001 Instagram: @wearetheechochurch #EchoChurch #ChristianSermon #FaithGrowth #BibleTeaching

    Summer Sprint: Gather & Scatter | July 05, 2026 Jul 05, 2026
    Show notes

Pastor Jon Kuert What happens when God’s people are scattered? The early church faced persecution, hardship, and uncertainty. Yet instead of stopping the gospel, their scattering became the catalyst for its spread. Everywhere they went, they carried the good news with them. Jesus never called His followers to simply gather. He called them to go. TEXT: Acts 8:1-4; Acts 11:19-21; Matthew 28:18-20. NOTES: Big Idea-The Church is at its best when we gather to be equipped and scatter to live on mission. Jesus meant what He said: go and make disciples.

    Summer Sprint: HEY DAD! | June 28, 2026 Jun 28, 2026
    Show notes

Pastor Andy Cass Jesus had a way of getting people’s attention that was impossible to ignore. In Matthew 21, He tells a story about a father and two sons that exposes a problem many of us still wrestle with today: we hear God’s voice, but we struggle to follow through. Whether you’re a dad, a parent, a leader, or simply someone who wants to grow in obedience, this message is an invitation to listen, lead, and love. TEXT: Matthew 21:28-32; Luke 13:6-9; Hebrews 3:15; Matthew 6:33; Hebrews 12:6 NOTES: -It’s not too late to say “Yes” (again) -Learn to say “No” -Go to work (Go to the vineyard) -Hey Dad! Listen, Lead, and Love D.A.D.S. -Dig Deeper -Add What Helps -Develop Daily -Shape with Love The Problem & The Plan: Many of us don’t have a hearing problem. We have a follow through problem. The plan is simple: listen to Jesus, follow through, and faithfully tend the vineyard He has entrusted to you. ⸻ Stay Connected: Give: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/giving Online Service: Sundays 9 AM (YouTube & Facebook Live) Connect: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/people/forms/113001 Instagram: @wearetheechochurch #EchoChurch #ChristianSermon #FaithGrowth #BibleTeaching

    Summer Sprint: Facing Your Giant | June 21, 2026 Jun 21, 2026
    Show notes

Pastor Jim Filbeck What giant are you facing today? In one of the most well-known stories in Scripture, David stands before Goliath while an entire army stands frozen in fear. The giant looked unbeatable, but David saw something everyone else missed: the battle belonged to the Lord. TEXT: 1 Samuel 17:1-58 NOTES: • We All Face Giants in This Life • Resist the Doubters • Don’t Believe the Insults of the Giant Big Idea: The giants in your life may be intimidating, but they are not greater than the God who stands with you. ⸻ Stay Connected: Give: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/giving Online Service: Sundays 9 AM (YouTube & Facebook Live) Connect: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/people/forms/113001 Instagram: @wearetheechochurch #EchoChurch #ChristianSermon #FaithGrowth #BibleTeaching

This special Youth Takeover Sunday features powerful messages from the next generation about faith, obedience, spiritual gifts, discipleship, and trusting God’s provision. The future of the Church is not someday. God is moving through this generation right now. TEXT: Romans 10:9, Matthew 17:20, Matthew 28:19-20, Romans 12:4-8, Matthew 7:13-14, Hebrews 4:1-2, Genesis 22:1-14 ⸻ Stay Connected: Give: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/giving Online Service: Sundays 9 AM (YouTube & Facebook Live) Connect: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/people/forms/113001 Instagram: @wearetheechochurch #EchoChurch #ChristianSermon #FaithGrowth #BibleTeaching

    Summer Sprint: Obedience Unlocks Clarity | June 07, 2026 Jun 07, 2026
    Show notes

Pastor Marc Poland What would it look like to trust God in this? We live in a world that rewards speed, instinct, and impulse. Culture tells us to follow our hearts, trust our feelings, and create our own truth. But God’s Word offers something different: wisdom that remains steady when everything else shifts. TEXT: Isaiah 55:10–11; Proverbs 14:8; Psalm 90:12; James 4:17; Ephesians 5:15–17 NOTES: Direction Determines Your Destination Time Is Your Most Valuable Resource Obedience Unlocks Clarity THREE THINGS WE NEED TO DO- Walk Like Your Future Matters Don’t Miss Your Moment Trust What God Has Already Said BIG IDEA- “God’s Word is the only thing that doesn’t move when everything else does.” ⸻ Stay Connected: Give: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/giving Online Service: Sundays 9 AM (YouTube & Facebook Live) Connect: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/people/forms/113001 Instagram: @wearetheechochurch #EchoChurch #ChristianSermon #FaithGrowth #BibleTeaching

Building & Not Breaking: The Silent Bomb Destroying Relationships | May 31, 2026 May 31, 2026
    Show notes

Pastor Andy Cass What if the greatest threat to your relationships isn’t conflict, distance, or disagreement? What if it’s unforgiveness? Jesus crossed the great divide of sin and death to forgive us, but many of us struggle when He asks us to cross the room toward someone who hurt us. TEXT: Mark 5:1-20; Matthew 18:21-22; Matthew 6:14-15; Mark 11:25 NOTES: Big Idea- The silent bomb in our relationships is unforgiveness. Forgiveness Is a Cost Most People Don’t Want to Pay * No forgiveness means no freedom. * It’s easier to push people away than to pray for God to help us forgive them. * Unforgiveness becomes our economy. The best evangelist is a free, forgiving, and unbound follower of Jesus. “Unforgiveness is the practice of the spiritually lazy.” Stay Connected: Give: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/giving Online Service: Sundays 9 AM (YouTube & Facebook Live) Connect: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/people/forms/113001 Instagram: @wearetheechochurch #EchoChurch #ChristianSermon #FaithGrowth #BibleTeaching

    Building & Not Breaking: TRUST or BUST | May 24, 2026 May 24, 2026
    Show notes

Pastor Andy Cass Trust is one of the most valuable and fragile things we have. It takes years to build and only moments to break. In this message, we look at the life of King Hezekiah and discover practical ways to build healthy, trustworthy relationships through boundaries, listening, honesty, commitment, and confronting sin. Even from broken beginnings, God can build something strong, healing, and lasting. TEXT: 2 Kings 18:1–8; 2 Kings 19:1–7; James 1:19 NOTES: BUILDING TRUST — B.L.O.C.K. B — Boundaries L — Listen O — Honest- Silent H, Open Heart C — Cling K — Kill Sin -HIGH PLACES- A divided heart and an attitude of entitlement. -STANDING STONES Past moments becoming unhealthy monuments. -ASHERAH POLES False sources of identity, blessing, and satisfaction. -THE BRONZE SERPENT Even good things can become idols. “Broken ground is a perfect place for a building site“ Stay Connected: Give: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/giving Online Service: Sundays 9 AM (YouTube & Facebook Live) Connect: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/people/forms/113001 Instagram: @wearetheechochurch #EchoChurch #ChristianSermon #FaithGrowth #BibleTeaching

    Building & Not Breaking: I Love You But I Don't Understand You | May 17, 2026 May 17, 2026
    Show notes

Pastor Christy Cass Many relationships aren’t actually lacking love — they’re lacking understanding. In this Mother’s Day message, we explore how people can deeply love each other and still completely miss each other because they speak different relational “dialects.” From love languages to Lazarus’ grave clothes, this message uncovers how hurt, fear, exhaustion, pride, and misunderstanding distort the way we give and receive love. Jesus doesn’t just teach us how to love better — He helps remove what’s been keeping us bound. TEXT: Philippians 1:9; Proverbs 16:24; Psalm 46:10; Galatians 5:13; Mark 10:16; James 1:17; John 11:38–44; Colossians 3:12–14 NOTES: Healthy love requires: Knowledge, Insight, Curiosity, Intentionality BIG IDEA: Many relationships aren’t actually lacking love. They’re lacking understanding. PUT ON LOVE // Colossians 3:12–14 * Take off bitterness → put on compassion * Take off silence → put on encouragement * Take off distraction → put on presence * Take off selfishness → put on service * Take off fear → put on trust * Take off grave clothes → put on love Stay Connected: Give: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/giving Online Service: Sundays 9 AM (YouTube & Facebook Live) Connect: https://theecho.churchcenter.com/people/forms/113001 Instagram: @wearetheechochurch #EchoChurch #ChristianSermon #FaithGrowth #BibleTeaching
