Show notes

-Keep in mind, fan is short for fanatic—it’s hard to be rational, and that’s what makes sports great

-But let’s say Nebraska wins—they’ll be 1-1, but still behind the 8-ball in conference play with the loss to Minnesota. Yes, they’d snap a 21-game losing streak to ranked opponents…but it wouldn’t get people going over the top on anything for expectations…right?

-And, say Nebraska does lose and goes to 0-2…where does concern go for the Northern Illinois game?

-Colorado trusts their players, even though most of them are first-years and transfers; they know their roster very well
