-In an article by Yahoo Sports!’ Ross Dellenger, Narduzzi said he had to clean house---he fired nearly his entire offensive staff, completely altered the distribution of NIL cash to his team, and “opened up the exit door” to players who wanted more money but didn’t do anything to really earn more

-Pitt is playing a new offensive type brought up from the FCS with a QB from Alabama, and off to their best start in 40 years---and they’re now using NIL to pay players who deserve it…can that work here and other places?
