John recently sold an insurance business that he started from his kitchen table to a large private equity backed player. This put him in a position to retire at the age of 42. A few months later, he started Glencrest Global. Glencrest Global has quickly earned a name for itself as one of the premier early-stage venture capital firms in the United States and is currently in more than 30 deals. During this time, John has become business partners with some high profile founders, including: Aaron Rodgers, Kevin Garnett, Ashley Greene, and Jaleel White. Additionally, he is part of some very recognizable acquisitions and developments including apartment complexes in Los Angeles and Minneapolis, as well as The Vea Hotel (formerly the Newport Beach Marriott). John sits on multiple boards for non-profits and focuses much of his philanthropic efforts toward making higher education available to underserved communities. He also serves and has served as a Trustee for universities in both Indiana and South Carolina.

Debbie Lee is an author, public speaker and founder of America's

Mighty Warriors. She has traveled the nation telling her son's amazing story and advocating for our troops, veterans, their families and families of the fallen. Debbie understands the sacrifice our troops make and that "Freedom isn't free." On Aug 2, 2006, she received a knock on the door that would forever change her life. She was notified that her son Marc Alan Lee had been killed in action becoming the first Navy SEAL killed in Iraq. Since that day Debbie has dedicated her life to our military, defending our defenders and fighting to keep the freedoms that our troops have fought for. By God's strength she chose to rise above the most devastating circumstance of her life to impact others lives, giving them hope and encouragement. In response to her son's last letter home to "pass on the love, the kindness, the precious gift of human life" she founded America's Mighty Warriors. Debbie has completed a multitude of cross country tours, visited Gitmo and Iraq in 2007 and 2010 becoming the First Gold Star Mom in history to visit the combat zone where her son died. She is known in the SEAL and military community as "MommaLee."

If you could imagine a kid growing up in the countryside of England, lots of beautiful green fields and rolling hills running around playing in the mud with his dog, that was basically Kc as a kid. His hopeless curiosity and desire to grow led him to be interested in business, specifically big business with big problems to solve. He loves solving problems and pushing what people consider the limits.Kc ended up getting a degree in business and finance thinking that those two combined would be a great skill set to understand and thrive in business, not anticipating or thinking he would start an accounting firm. He then went in the direction of being a boring accountant and working on bookkeeping – which makes most people have a visceral cringe when mentioned, "Oh dam, that sounds terribly boring." It was a great opportunity, not something he could say no to especially as he had the job before he had even finished university. It was very difficult to say no to an immediate paycheck but…Becoming an accounting as you can probably imagine was kind of miserable doing the same thing day in day out because HE REALIZED that he had so much more to offer than just hiding in the books.

It became apparent to Kc that this was not aligned with his unique disposition and personality and one thing he believes in strongly is that to be successful, people need to live in a place they thrive.

Jason started off as a mechanical engineer and went to college. Jason used his degree to start an engineering firm, called Treadstone Performance. While many people don't know Jason by that business, it's still very much active, and a hobby-turned passion. Jason liked fast cars and tinkering with cars under the hood. That turned into a business. Fast forward ten years into the business, Jason now has 'Millionaire Mentor', which most people know him by. But what people don't know is this now successful brand, was born out of his own personal tragedy. Jason actually had a personal account before the Millionaire Mentor Instagram account. His house was robbed one weekend and he deleted my social media accounts because of it. Jason would post watches on social media, because he had a few nice watches. It felt like an inside job, or someone that knew who he was. But that is how Millionaire Mentor was created. Jason decided to get back onto social media, but not as himself. He came back to social media as a "brand" rather than a person. That's how it started. Now, his brand is one of the most influential on social media!
