Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth.

    (00:09):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. So today I wanna talk to you about judgment letting go of judgment. So I don't work with couples, but I've been asked many times to work with couples. They come to me and they say, you know, we want spiritual counseling. We're having problems. And we need, you know, someone to delegate and, and figure out what's going on. And when they come to me, they, I basically tell 'em, I won't work with you together. I will work with you individually and birth your truth and get clarity and, and have you understand what's going on for you and deal with your traumas and so on and so forth. But I won't work with you together.

    (00:59):

And it just doesn't work. So one day a couple came to me and they wanted me to work with both of them. And I told 'em that same thing. I won't work with you guys together, but I'll work with you individually, deal with your traumas, get clear of what your values are, your commitments, and getting clear of how that would work together. And they were really annoyed. They were like, why we don't understand how we ever gonna fix something. When, when, when it's completely apart. I said, well, it just never amounts to anything. I I've watched it over and over again. And it usually actually just compounds the arguments. So they got a little bit more annoyed. And so I just thought I'd kind of help. 'em guiding through of why. So I started asking them, you know, what is it that you, what, what, what do you fight about?

    (01:41):

You know, and basically one of the co one of the, one of the couples said that they always felt like the other person just never listened that they, it was, they were never coming from compassion. They're always trying to tell them what to do. And the other person, the woman, actually, she said, I just feel like I, I could never make 'em happy, no matter what I do. I never make 'em happy. And so this is the point is that they both were pointing the finger at the other person, right? So you are such a powerful, spiritual being. Everyone is so powerful that the moment you even consider anything, the moment you judge new and the moment, whatever you, you set the human vicious cycle and motion. The number one thing that creates all problems in all relationships is judging the other person and making them wrong.

    (02:32):

And it literally, it, it is a backfire in system. So how do we deal with this? How do we deal with this? Right? So, first of all, when anyone comes, it doesn't matter if it's relationship, cuz all of life is a relationship, right? You judge everything, you judge life, you judge things, you judge people, you judge whatever. And if we feel like we are the effect of something, we, number one will disempower ourselves. For sure. Right? The extent to which we hand our power over to our relationship, the extent we hand our power and judge money or judge life or judge. Anyway, we instantaneously experience feeling disempowered and at the fact of that thing, right? And so as we're in anything in life where we're judging it, it is literally we're, we're creating our own hell. So say this couple or whatever. So you're, you're judging, uh, you know, your career, you're judging your boss.

    (03:22):

You're judging whatever in life, the moment that you assign a negative meaning to what is or is not occurring or to that person or thing or circumstances, you instantly experience a negative experience. Right? And so that's how powerful you are. And so there is a difference between judging and choosing to create something new, right? There's a very big distinction there. I can sit and judge somebody or something and just judge it and complain and, and feel the negative effect of that. And then I can also listen and go. This isn't a line with my truth. You know, whatever's going on in your relationship. Whatever's going on in whatever circumstance of your life. Judgment is a good thing. When it's used to actually just create what you do wanna create like this isn't working, let's adjust. I'm gonna adjust, not looking to the other person, the circumstances, anything.

    (04:16):

How do I wanna create from nothing knowing that this is what it is. This person I'm in relationship is who they are. The world is what it is right now. The, my boss is whoever he is right now. I have only a power when I pull it back and I go, who do I need to be? How do I need to change? How do I need to show up? Or maybe this environment just is for me, whatever that is. Right? So judgment is a really tricky thing because when we judge, we literally imprint into our own subconscious mind, this feeling of being the effect, that's really what judgment is. It's feeling like you're the effect of something out there and that you're not the cause. So all of life basically is an entrapment. Judgment is an entrapment of life. I in that really unlocking the prison door into neutrality.

    (05:08):

So all of life as you, if you're judging is just gonna keep bringing crap and everything for the judge, until you realize that you've got to neutral, you've gotta have it neutral. You've gotta have equanimity around it. Right? And once you come into that ne that neutral state of realizing it is what it is. You no longer judge. And you close the gap of suffering, which is accepting people, places and things as they are. And you close that gap in suffering. And when you accept and you stay neutral, then you know your freedom of choice. And so what is it that you wanna choose? You know, so as this couple began to do their inner work, they both did their separate work. They both dealt with traumas around relationship and what their belief systems were about love and not being worthy and all that stuff.

    (05:57):

And they got down into what their core values were. What are your core values? Are, do you guys align in your core values, right? And then getting clear of what they're really committed to individually. And then I, they, you know, most couples, they have a choice, right? Most people are not identical, nor would we ever want everybody to be identical, but then they have the choice. Do they do their lives? Can they overlap? Can they both be committed? Both have the same values in both whatever, and still stay in peace and create joyful lives together. And I've had couples that have, I've had couples that haven't out of that. But the point is is that when you stop judging, when you start accepting people in places as they are, then you have choice. Then you get to look at it. And as is it, and have a, a power to say, do I wanna create with this person, do I wanna create in this circumstances, accepting my boss as he is, does this work for me?

    (06:53):

Can I still create and be empowered in the situation or no? Can you only, are you still, you can't, you're not able to keep peace and you're not able to be fully empowered. That's where people begin to awaken from judgment. Judging is basically stating to yourself, your subconscious mind and the universe, that you're the effect of something that you are of less power over that thing to create and innovate through that. So expanding your thoughts perspective, liberates you from the chains of suffering. When belief systems alter, you start to flow. You freely flow in that, that zone, that flow, and you naturally have a journey into this beautiful state, recognizing enlightenment is not a destination, but it's a, it's a consummate of all experiences. It's delivered you to freedom that when you expand your consciousness and know that you get to accept and then create that there's this divine connection of truth and happiness, of course, you know, judgment.

    (07:55):

One of the greatest, you know, teachers, I think of helping us move past judgment was Marcus radius bracket who was famed. He's a Greek emperor who he, you know, was in some of the greatest battles like bloodshed battles. And he wrote a book called meditations. And can you imagine, can you imagine this, this warrior, right? He's in a gruesome, gruesome physical massacres and found peace within like how could you not judge and be the effect and feel like life sucks. I'm judging life. I'm judging this situation. I'm judging, you know, all the stuff around a war, gruesome massacres, right? And he found this piece within. He said that he, you know, he, he described of how to find the, and persevere with continuity and conflict by following nature, as a source of guidance and inspiration, he was one of the first leaders known to man who spoke of the collective approach to consciousness and specified how important discipline and focus are as well as active pursuit of being a good person.

    (09:02):

So when we judge, it's not about us, it's it really it's like stop putting the blame around somebody else, the circumstances, whatever it is, a war zone, a marriage that's going in disarray and start looking at who the grace within the grace of staying and principle. And when I train spiritual leaders, I train them in how to never make anyone wrong. Doesn't mean they keep themselves in environments or relationships that don't work, but never make anyone wrong. Seeing everybody for their divinity, right? If you can't hold them and know, this person is a great person, you don't belong in. They don't, they don't, you don't deserve to have them in your life. Right? How do you do this? How do you stay in this neutral state and know that it's all for your growth, it's all for you to birth more and more of your truth.

    (09:52):

And if you're in a situation where you feel like you have to judge, because you just, it's just, you just can't find peace in it. Then you gotta listen to that and know that that means you're not in the right place, or you gotta adjust your beliefs and come present and, and really enjoy exactly where you are. And so the, in this, I just know that the truth is the moment you assign a positive or negative meaning to anything you instantaneously experience a positive or negative feeling judgment can be good, or it can be bad. Judgment is judgment. Just know that you are that powerful. That the moment you assign a meaning positive negative, you're gonna experience a positive, negative, meaning. That's the power. That's the choice you have. Your mind is the most powerful weapon you have. However, within it is the great eternal battle you are in the greatest battle you will ever fight.

    (00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth.

    (00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each morning to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in soul society with a vision to be the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment empowerment and of course entrepreneurship. So today I wanna talk to you about someday giving up the delusion of living for someday and of course, coming into the power of now. So, you know, I have many, many people that come to me to work with me. And one of the most common things and themes that people are dealing with is what we consider midlife crisis. Another thing that I deal with a lot is people who are, you know, thinking that they will someday be happy when they just figure out their career or someday they'll be happy when they just have enough money or someday they'll be happy when they just find that right partner.

    (01:06):

And it's a trap. Let me tell you, it's a huge trap. So let's break this on down. Okay. So I had this one lady that came to me and she was midlife. She came to me and she said, I don't know what's going on. I don't know what's wrong with me. You know, I, I am just completely numbed out in my life. I'm not excited about anything. I don't know what's going on. And I said, okay, no worries. Tell me what's going on. She said, I, you know, I have a decent life. I have a decent marriage. I have a decent, you know, life. I, you know, my car, my car's decent. My house is decent. My kids are good. My friends are decent. I just don't feel like I'm alive anymore. I feel like I'm just like walking through life.

    (01:50):

And, you know, we got into some subconscious processes. We got into all the work. And what we discovered was she had thought when she was a little girl that she, when she grew up and moved outta the house, that then, you know, then she'd finally be happy. Like someday when she moved outta the house, she'd be happy. And she moved outta the house. And then she was like, okay. And she wasn't feeling really fulfilled. So she thought, well, if I just, you know, of course she was in college. And if I, when I get my career and when I do that, then, then I'll be happy. And, and she graduated from college and she got a decent job and was kind of working in the industry that she wanted to work in. And she still felt like someone was missing. She thought, well, someday when, when I meet the right man, then I get married, then that's why I'm incomplete.

    (02:32):

You know? And she met somebody and she got married and it was, you know, kind of beautiful like that, that process, but she just thought it, there had to be more, there was so many more to the, maybe it's just the children. I'm a, I'm a woman. I think that maybe you just don't F fulfilled until you have children. So she had children. And then, you know, then it was someday like, well, if they just, you know, if the kids just grow up a little more someday, when they're not as hard as little babies, then, then I'll be happy. You know? So the point is she started realizing through the subconscious processes of going back into re-experiencing and, and really looking at what was really going on. And she realized that she had been living for some day that someday she thought she'd be happy.

    (03:11):

And it was always, always not the case because she was always living for some fantasy that was way out there in the future. And I think it's this really, really important point for all of us. I know that for me, in my twenties, I lived for someday. I was so determined to become a self-made millionaire. And I thought that I really, when I really be, would have financial freedom, then everything would work out. And it just, and it just wasn't the case. Sure. Some things were easy, of course, but it never, it didn't fulfill me the way I thought it would fulfill me. You know, oftentimes I'll have people come and they go, I just really want a relationship. I'm ready for a relationship. And we break it down. Like, what's your why? And, and all this stuff, because the most of the time when people come and they're looking for a relationship, they truly believe that then their life will be, you know, then it will be complete just like Jerry McGuire.

    (04:04):

You know, you complete me, you really messed us up on that one, Tom cruise. But the point is, is this is that the law of the universe doesn't work like that. The law of the universe and impressing upon the subconscious mind, it only knows. Now it literally only goes knows now. And it basically just replicates whatever emotion and whatever you truly believe at at a subconscious level. And it literally has to project that out. And that's the lens that you look through. And it's actually what, you know, through law of attraction and things like that. That's actually what you're, you're creating at the, as the vibrational match as Abraham Hicks would say. So the point is, is this, is that living for someday? The issue with this is that you are pressing upon the subconscious as a lack. Something is missing and it's not here yet.

    (04:54):

And the universe just says, and so it is something is missing and there's a lack. And it just reflects back that over and over again, you see that through the lens, you're looking through you experience that in your perception of life and so on and so forth. So let's break this down. How do you move past someday the misconception and getting present into the now? So what of course, as going through subconscious work, we deal with breaking through the trauma. Anything that's having that belief that you know, that you won't be fulfilled or that you're not worthy of love or all those things that we break through in subconscious work. But what we also do is we break through into what is your truth, because this is what I know for sure is that most successful people do not attach their success to the future.

    (05:41):

You know, Oprah Winfrey didn't start her talk show. Like she wasn't miserable in the process. And then one day she was happy with the talk show. Like literally she, she was, she loved what she did. And she had many jobs before creating a 25 year talk show, right? I mean, obviously she loved it and she loved that hustle. You know, athletes don't generally say, I am gonna be happy when I get that gold medal. They love what they do. They love and they show up and they're, they're so present in what they do. And that's why they become the best of the best, right? A dancer, an actor, whoever it is. Yes. I'm sure that they have the vision and the hopes and the dreams of getting there. But if they're not present and loving the now and loving the journey, we hear this often over and over times with, you know, billionaires, you, when they're interviewed, they didn't do it.

    (06:30):

They, yes, they love the money and yes, whatever, but really they love the deal. They love the process of the deal. They love that innovative factor. Right. So my question for you is if you don't, you know, what is it that you truly love doing today? And that's how you get present, right? I mean, yes, the power of now and getting present in mind and, and detaching from the future and, you know, healing the past, of course, that is imperative to do your subconscious mind, but it's a trap. And the reason why the power of now, and the reason why, um, you know, just practicing being the observer in the spiritual realm, meaning that you don't attach to the future of the past. You literally just stay right here right now. And that's great. It's a great process. It's a great tool if you will.

    (07:20):

But the issue with getting just into the power now and not actually handing your and birthing your truth is that you'll constantly, constantly be trying and fighting to try and stay present and enjoy the here and now. So here is what I would consider living your truth. Living your truth is really getting clear about not only who you are and, and healing that trauma living your truth is getting clear of what you are passionate about. What is that exactly? What are you passionate about? What would you do if money was no factor whatsoever? What do you do when no one is watching you? And if you truly don't love what you're doing on a daily basis, like you miss the whole point of life living for someday is a trap. It is something that the movie show us and the happy ever after ending that is really delusional.

    (08:17):

So coming back into the here and now, you know, asking yourself, what is it what's yours to do, right? Like this is not a dress rehearsal. Your life is not a dress rehearsal. Like what if today was the last day of your life? What if this year was the last year of your life? What would you do? And maybe you need to heal. Maybe you'd spend your time making amends and healing and saying goodbye to everybody. Right? And that you gotta do that anyway. But what would you do beyond that? You know, what would you do after you've done all of that stuff? You know, maybe it's that you haven't traveled enough. Well, then you need to be doing that now, along with what you'd be doing as your craft, as your career, as whatever it is that you truly love to do. So today's, you know, practice is to live in the now.

    (09:03):

And I don't mean live in the now and just become one of these detached spiritual people that just is gonna be the observer. And you don't have any attachment to anything. That's not the type of live in the now I'm talking about, I'm talking about living so fiercely in the now and giving yourself fully to life fully to what you love and fully being you and only you and no one else. So today's universal law is a law of growth. And this states that nothing in the universe is still, everything is in motion and is designed for expansion. There is no time in the physical realm. However, in the physical realm, some things take time, such things as growth of a plant, becoming a dancer, building a home. This universal law allows us to witness and measure our ability to manifest and demonstrate through the space and time continuum.

    (09:51):

And the reason why I chose this universal law today is because we often do live for someday. And if you are say an actor, say you are, um, a businessman say you are whatever it is wanting to become a spiritual leader. It takes time. You have to master certain things, certain skill sets, certain mindsets, certain different, you know, different aspects of that career. You can't expect to be the master the first day, right? So living for some day, you've gotta get into loving that process. It's the joy is in the journey. It's not in the destination. We know that we've heard it over and over again, but are you enjoying the journey? And if you're not, I be you to, you know, consider and get clear of how you're gonna live your truth and align to what you truly wanna be doing. So you're not living for someday.

    (10:45):

So today's daily spiritual practice again, is to live in the now. And the question is, where in life have you been living for someday, make a list of all the things you think will make you happy someday, right? Making that list and realizing that some day's gotta be now. So create a list of things that you thought would make you happy, but you never fully accomplished or were shortlived in bringing you happiness. Right? This is the point of acknowledging. Oh yeah. I thought that would make me happy. And that didn't make me happy. It might be, you know, I thought I'd be happy when I got married and then I'm not happy. Or I thought I'd be happy when I moved into that next house. And yeah, I'm, I'm st

    (00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth. Live from Los Angeles. We come together each morning to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We come together also as a community in society. Our vision is to be the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment empowerment and yes, entrepreneurship. We know that each person that awakens has a gift and a message to bring to the world. And that's you, you are the highest product to produce. You gotta claimant now. So let's talk about this thing today. Scarcity mentality Nevil said man's chief delusion is his conviction that there are causes other than his own state of consciousness. That's I mean, such a profound quote man's chief delusion is his conviction that there are causes other than his own state of consciousness. So true. And I think that it's confusing because we think that our consciousness is just the individual consciousness.

    (01:09):

No, our consciousness is the independent individual consciousness. It's also the collective consciousness and it's the cosmic consciousness. And we, we feel like we're divided, but it's never the truth. It's impossible. So scarcity mentality, there was a great story. Years back. I remember listening to, uh, Dr. John D martini. He's considered one of the leading human behaviorists and personal development speakers today. And one day he was taken a flight from Phoenix to Las Vegas, and he sat down next to, you know, this pretty young girl who proceeded to ask him about his travels. And he told her he was on his way to, you know, speak at a seminar in Las Vegas. And she was asking him all these questions. I don't think she knew who he was. And he was like, well, you know, I'm, I'm kind of a life coach, duh, da da. So she started gabbing away about her life.

    (02:02):

And she asked if he would advise her on her own love life. She said she loved her life, but the one area of life that she still really, really wanted to find like her soulmate or whatever. And, um, he was sitting next to her and you know, like so many people that are in this industry, he's like, okay, well, you know, the universe brought me this girl right next to me and she needs help. So therefore let's do this thing. So he started asking her questions, you know? So I want you to tell me about your life and about, you know, the qualities of, of the men that are in your life that you like. So she started talking about everything from, you know, her boss, uh, she worked at AGM and how great her boss was to her and how he'd take her and her girlfriends out and spoiled them and stuff like that and how she had her hairdresser would, was hilarious.

    (02:50):

And she loved how funny he was. She'd always be on the floor, laughing. And then she talked about her. Ex-boyfriend how they still were kind of like sleeping together because they, they had really great intimacy, but, you know, they just weren't compatible. As far as in a relationship, she kept talking, kept talking and all of a sudden John was like, you know, I want you to understand that the universe is always abundant. It always gives you exactly what you want. Always, always, always. And so he was like, you know, if you take a look at the universe, it always already gives you what you want. You already have all these amazing men in your life and how literally we can. Yes, it can all come in one person, one partner, but we have to get and acknowledge that you already have everything that you really need.

    (03:36):

The universe has already delivered that to you. And then it's really perception is as we stay in that lack mentality, we're not allowing the flow and the abundance to grow from there. And how, you know, the epiphany was realizing for the first time, how wonderful everything was in her life and, and really accepting and realizing the profound perfection of her life and exhaling in gratitude. The truth is that life, all of life is energy. When we create a negative or positive, you know, use of it, it's the same energy. This is a law that we can literally take the energy and use it to create bounds and create the ex the experience of having lack. There's no such thing as lack. The universe only knows abundance. And it's the same energy that creates the, the bounds, the scarcity, the, you know, having no money feeling of scarcity in, in your money or your health or any of those things.

    (04:33):

And shifting it into abundance, shifting into this, this unlimited resource, there's infinite, infinite equations in the universe. There's, there's only so many elements, but the amount of ways we can put the elements together is infinite. There is only abundance in the universe and that's the truth. And so in this, knowing, knowing there's a decision, there's a decision to say, you know what? I see life working for me, not against me. I see how there's only possibility. There's no such thing as a problem. There's only innovation and the ability to create. And so in this one energy source called consciousness, we either can use it to create scarcity or abundance. It's one and the same. So through understanding the laws, you can either create scarcity or abundance. And through this, we understand it's all about the thinking and where you're directing your energy. So when you finally decide and choose to focus, act and create abundantly, there's this law of correlation, Newton's third law, the law that says that everything is a reflection.

    (05:43):

Everything that we feed, everything that literally there is a cause and effect of every last ounce of every thought that we choose the universe always gives you exactly what you need, whether it's in a form of a lesson or a blessing or a form of love, the universe nudges you towards awakening, always so anywhere where you feel like you are stuck or have scarcity, that is the universe trying to create the breakdown for the breakthrough is trying to show you how to succumb to the truth of who you are, which is always abundant. So today's daily spiritual practice is to focus on gratitude. Today's universal law is the law of evolution. The law of evolution states that the creative process begins with a belief in mind, which sets polarity into motion. Evolution is the result of this polarity in physical form in evolution is the internal impression upon mind.

    (06:45):

And what informs universal law evolution is the outcome of a law in motion, which affects the elements and chemical reactions. So the point is, is this that your so power that the minute you even consider life to be abundant or scarcity or scarce, you literally set things in emotion. You're that powerful. We know this through the observer effect, that what if you saw life as abundant? What if you started looking through that lens, you actually create the abundance. That's how powerful you are. And so in this today, the daily spiritual practice again, is to focus on gratitude, focus on gratitude. So pick one of the following, write down 20 things. You're grateful for write a letter of gratitude to someone, or make a phone call to someone you're grateful for and let that person know that things you're appreciate about him or her. How do we get in the flow of abundance?

    (07:38):

We first have to recognize the abundance that already is. And in that there's a circulation, there's a non stuckness that happens. And in that all things are possible. So with this today, as I work with people subconsciously on claiming their birthright of, of abundance, one of the things that we do is we take inventory. We take inventory of all the places that we have come from scarcity. Maybe it's handing your power over to something around money. We do money breakdowns, right? So if you're trying to have a breakthrough around money, it's important to take a look at everywhere that you've handed your power over in money. Where did you do things? Because you thought you were the, you were less powerful than money. Where were you in relationships? Because you considered, you needed money and someone had more money or whatever that is, right? There's so many ways that we have given our power over to the scarcity mentality that we feel like we've been the effect of life and not creating from them abundance.

    (08:38):

So it's important to first take full inventory and take a look and recognize that's always a first step is to wake up, right? How do we wake up? We have to look at where we've created scarcity. We've gotta take full responsibility. And then we've gotta reprogram that comes down to of course, dealing with your traumas, dealing with things like that, looking at where you've handed your power over, over in consciousness and created this scarcity mentality. Then we've gotta take a look at what we truly are committed to. And if we truly are committed to making a difference in the world, we need money. We need to have the impact. We need to have that. And it takes exchange. It takes building a team. It takes doing things that we really wanna have, uh, an impact on the world. You know, I think so many women in particular are not driven by money because we don't, we haven't made the connection.

    (09:26):

We haven't made the connection of our, why that links in with making money. You know, a really profound thing happened last week, where a girlfriend of mine shared some huge goals she had in life. And I mean, her goals were to make $2 million a year. And, and she wrote down her goals specifically, and she wrote down her why, of why and how the impact of her life and who she could impact with making that $2 million a year. And I remember I was driving home cuz she was downtown. I was driving home and I started thinking about what is my, why? You know? And I mean, of course I already had the why I have my mission, but I realized in that moment, by just her sharing her vision of making millions of dollars, it shifted the potential for me, the possibility. I mean, I didn't think I had any limiting beliefs about money.

    (10:19):

I had become a self-made millionaire by the time I was 30, I was making great money and I, you know, felt like I don't have limiting beliefs. But what I got was that I'm not playing a big enough of a game that I'm still at some level having a scarcity mentality because I'm thinking about a smaller game than, than really impacting millions of women around understanding that their birthright is prosperity. Their birthright is abundance. And so in me, knowing that I am shifting my life into playing a much bigger game because I've been a millionaire, but that doesn't mean I have millions of dollars cash flow every year. What would that look like? What would it look like? Every time you go anywhere, you know that you can pay for anything you may not choose to. You still may respect money that you have that, that choice always you could walk into any store.

    (11:10):

You can help anybody, the homeless person on the street. You could help somebody. If they're in a, in a bad spot in their life, you could create organizations that make a difference in the world and so on and so forth. Like that's the power you never have to succumb to considering money. When you're doing something, you literally come from a space of power. And that is, what's so important for so many women. We haven't made that connection of money and our why. And when we do that, everything shifts. And so knowing this letting go of scarcity mentality and stepping into our birthright of abundance, may you live your truth? Thanks again for tuning in to Dr. Aaron and soul society podcast, I'd

    DAILY INSPIRATION: Maya Angelou

DAILY UNIVERSAL LAW: Law of Reciprocity

DAILY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Live 100% Complaint Free

DAILY CHALLENGE: Focus on What You Want To Create

    Transcription:

    (00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth. Live from Los Angeles. We come together each morning to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society. Our mission is to be the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment empowerment and entrepreneurship, because we truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. So we are awakening the world together. Let's do this thing. You guys come complaining. The topic is complaining. Maya Angelou said, imagine who we would be if we were complaint free. If only 1% of the population was complaint free, we would have the courage to love. I think war would be laughed out of the room. Just imagine people would speak kinder to one another. We would care more about the children.

    (00:59):

We would love everyone, black Jewish, the Chinese, the homeless, your neighbor. We would no longer blame anyone. We could touch each other. It would be just the beginning of paradise, nothing condemn the light, which shines from within Maya Angelo. So complaining is a fascinating topic. Um, you know, I had a girlfriend years back. She was on Facebook and, um, she was concerned because she was going on a weekend trip with her mom, but she was worried because she said that her mom often complained a lot and played the victim of life. And she didn't know, she was a little bit nervous because she was stepping into her spiritual practice and she was thinking, how am I gonna handle this? You know, what, what am I gonna do? And she posted it on social media and Facebook and seeking, basically seeking advice from people, how to handle the situation.

    (01:49):

And some people would say, you know, just try and empathize. Other would say, you know, set your boundaries. Other would say, you know, you should counsel her, get real, you know, whatever. And my friend decided to have a genuine conversation. She'd gone on the trip. And she, she posted after her. And, and what she did was she basically decided to have a genuine conversation and really just talk with her mom and get authentic and get transparent and really have a heart to heart. The weekend came and after a couple days, you know, she said that her mom had been complaining and, and, and when they had that conversation and they got really deep, her mom, basically, they kind of had some like a breakthrough session and her mom realized her core belief was that she was worthless. Like that's why she basically complained a lot.

    (02:37):

And my girlfriend also, she realized in the conversation in this entire process, that she had a similar belief that she, she believed that she wasn't enough. And she realized that there was this correlation going on within her mom. And that she actually was, you know, complaining about her mom complaining. Like it was a very similar thing in other than she wasn't really complaining. She had the intention of breaking through, and that's the distinction she found for herself that you can complain just to complain without consciously being aware of what's really going on. And you complain about somebody complaining or whatever with the intention to actually figure it out and actually break through it. And that's the difference, right? So she's posted on social media. She said today while counseling, my mother, I discovered that thinking that I'm not enough is a step up for my mother's belief, that she's worthless that day. She had a life changing realization and no longer would ever be able to view someone who complains in the same way. She understood that others often when they complain is out of a place of inadequacy and she felt total compassion for her mom. She never looked at her mom complaining the same.

    (03:49):

And so we need to consider that all complaints are projections of frustration and disempowerment with them. Anytime anyone's complaining it, you have to understand they really are a disempowered human being because they truly believe that there are the effect of something out there in the world. All negative feelings that you experience are projections outward into the world of circumstances, creating the illusion that you're separate from all of life. When you complain, it's like praying for crap. Literally, if you understood the law and understood that we energized the law by our feelings, right? So we energize our, our, the law by our feelings. And if we're praying for, uh, praying forever complaining, then basically we're energizing. What we don't want, which is ridiculous. Cuz that's gonna bring more of what we don't want. So when you complain, it's like praying for crap, right? And it's no fun.

    (04:46):

It's no fun to be around somebody that complains all the time. It's no fun to be around yourself when you're complaining all the time. So the paradoxical phenomenon is you spot it. You got it. If you're complaining about somebody complaining, then you've got the same thing, right? You're you're doing the exact same thing. So here's the deal. When I work with people with subconscious work, we are obviously birthing their, their power, their passion, their purpose, right? We're really empowering the human being again, we're, we're spotting in the consciousness where we commanded our own chains within our life, where we put ourselves into a box where we became the fact of life. And we're basically recovering consciousness, re we're recovering the truth of who that person is. So there's one gap in suffering. And if you put your two hands out, like away from each other, and there's a gap between the two hands, you know, put your palms towards each other and you put a gap and on one side there is, you know, people, places and things of how you wish they were.

    (05:55):

And on the other hand, you imagine life as it is. And when you truly close the gap and accept people, places and things, and no longer complain about life, there's freedom, there's choice. There's power. In that, the extent to which we complain is the extent to which we actually feel like we're the effect, or we wish things were different in the world. And if that's the case, anyone would feel disempowered in this world. So the question for you today is really that, where do you wish things were different? Where do you feel like you're the effect of life? And if you truly feel like that, then you know, you're gonna constantly, constantly never be a powerful person. You've got to accept and then come from a place of what you truly wanna create. And so there's always a payoff. There's a payoff when we complain about life and it's that we're right.

    (06:51):

It justifies at some level, our disempowerment, it justifies why we are not in grace. It justifies, you know, our victimhood, it justifies this, this space within us. And so today the daily spiritual practice is really to be a hundred percent complaint free. What would it be like for you? I mean, imagine life, if you did not ever complain, it is a total practice. It's like a muscle you gotta build. That's never, ever been worked. It's like, if you went to the gym and you're like, I wanna work this thing called complaining. And they're like, what's that it's like some little tiny muscle in the wrist or something that you've never used before. And they don't even have machines at the gym for you to work that out, but you gotta work out your wrists. It's like this tiny little muscle that's never been used before and you, and you gotta build it up and build it up and build it up.

    (07:44):

And I remember when I first decided to be complaint free, like no complaining, focusing only on what I do want to create instead of what I don't want in life. Right. It was so hard. I'm not gonna lie. And I realized that every single girlfriend I had around me, all they did was complain. We didn't think it was complaining. We thought we were just talking about life and evaluating life, you know, and, and talking about people and, and, and what was right and what was wrong and da, da, da, and all this stuff. And it was, it was complaining. And when I truly decided to stop complaining, it was super hard. I had to really inspire my friends around me and enroll them into the possibility of not complaining. It was challenging within myself. I would find myself, even in my mind, chatter, you know, talking and thinking about what I didn't like.

    (08:33):

And it was it's, you know, I would say, I would say, no one has fully mastered it because we have this thing called a mind. And the, the mind, the brain basically wants to problem solve. Right? So it's constantly looking for the problem. And so to direct it and go beyond complaining, you've gotta create a much bigger game. You've gotta create something for the brain to solve that is out of creation, creating it's out of creating something instead of problem solving. Okay. And that it, the brain's able to do that. It's able to create because that's like a problem solving of creating that into existence. So today the daily spiritual practice is to be a hundred percent complaint free. The universal law of the day is a law of reciprocity. The law of reciprocity states that the universe is a quantum field where everything is connected.

    (09:24):

There is a mutual dependence action and exchange between you and the universe. You get what you give and you reap what you sell, whatever you send to the cosmos, whether it is good or bad or a complaint, it must return. This is a law of mutual exchange. Therefore every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Life is like playing a game of ping pong. Whatever you give to life is return to you, multiplied abundantly. And so in that today's practice is to be a hundred percent complete free for 24 hours. I imagine just for, if you could just do it for 24 hours, so practice non complaining, be gentle on yourself and others through this process, keep the faith that over time, your entire life, as you know, it will alter into a world beyond your recognition. Imagine if you didn't complain, complaining contracts, the heart stresses, the mine creates acid and toxins in the veins.

    (10:23):

When you're ready to have abundant energy and vibrant vitality, you will detox from complaining, live a complaint, free life, and avoid talking about people behind their back. Unless it's to say how wonderful they are. Stop you're complaining mentally and start solution mentality, or start creativity mentality. This can be one of the biggest game changers in transforming your life. Huge, huge, huge. Imagine, imagine if you never focused on the negativity, it doesn't mean that there's not crap going on in the world, but it means that you choose to create whatever you're creating. This exercise is simple. Play close attention to your thoughts and focus on them. The moment you hear yourself complaining or getting into a negative discussion with others, switch the focus towards what you're grateful for, and then literally switch it into what you're creating in your life. And I've had girlfriends ask, you know, okay, so I don't wanna complain.

    (11:22):

What do I even talk about? You know, like we're so used to talking or, you know, we come together with girlfriends and we're talking about this guy or this thing or whatever, and we evaluate it and we complain about it. And I remember also thinking, what is it? And the difference is like being in the stands versus being on the court. There's a great distinction here. When you're in the stands of, of the game of life, you're evaluating it. You're looking at the, the players in life and you're, and you're evaluating them. Oh, that was a good shot. Oh, that was a bad shot. Oh, he, he should do this. Oh, oh, they did that. Oh gosh. That was terrible. That they did that. Right. If you're in the actual game of life, you are, you are only thinking about how you're gonna get better, how you're gonna make this move, what you're deciding to, to, you know, play out how you're playing offense, how you're

DAILY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Find Perfection in The Imperfection

DAILY CHALLENGE: Create a Better Problem

    (00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth?

    (00:08):

Good morning. Life from Los Angeles is Dr. Aaron. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with our unique truth. So let's talk about turning problems into opportunities. Myrtle Philmore said you do not have a problem except the one that is in your own mind and you put it there. She was a badass not gonna lie. Okay, so let's talk about turning problems into opportunities. So I remember when I was 15 years old, I remember wanting so bad to have my driver's license. It was a very different time. I guess kids, these days are barely getting their driver's license. There's things like Ubers and things like that. But back in my day, um, we desperately wanted our driver's license because it represented freedom. But so I remember thinking that once I turned 16, I would finally be happy because I would be able to drive and be able to be free and independent.

    (01:04):

So my 16th birthday, I literally went down to the, the DMV the day of on my 16th birthday and I got my driver's license. I was so excited. So I raised out and bought my first car with my money. I had saved. I actually was waiting tables from the time I was 15 years old, uh, at a local restaurant. And it quickly brought me back to reality because the car I bought was, um, it was really cute of course, and it broke down every other day. So it kept breaking down. I thought, well, I thought if I, if I could just get a different car, you know, if I could just buy a car that didn't break down, then, then I'd be happy. So I saved and saved money and I, I saved enough money to get a brand new car. It was not glamorous by any means, but it was new.

    (01:51):

And then I had a new problem because then I had this thing called the car payment and then I found myself having to work all the time. The point is, this is that we keep thinking that if we solve one problem, that we'll have no problems. There's, there's this concept in our mind that actually one day we will become problem free, which is really hilarious. If you think about it, because you know, the president of the United States has a lot of problems, right? Um, Elon Musk has a lot of problems. Um, Oprah Winfrey has new problems. She may be a multi-billionaire, but she's got new problems, right? The point is, this is that no one is problem free. And what is a problem? Exactly. You know, there is a saying that if you want to have a pay raise, you have to take on more problems.

    (02:41):

And so we need to really shift the shifting of the mind of shifting from problems to opportunities. That's really the gap of somebody who is in full power. That is awake. That is, um, at cause over their life, realizing that when we solve one problem to be happy, it, it can never be our source of happiness. As long as we put it out in the world. As long as you think that if you solve a problem, then you'll be happy. You got, you got, you definitely have a problem. That's your problem. Your problem is that you haven't figured out true source and true faith. And knowing that nothing out there will ever make you happy, nothing out there ever solve will ever make you feel peace. We live in a relative universe that will always have the light and the dark. It will always have a relative experience.

    (03:29):

If you're looking to the world to have peace, joy, love, happiness, good luck. It ain't ever gonna happen. In fact, you're just gonna go insane. So what do we do about this? How do we transform problems into opportunities? Right? So I'll never forget. There is, uh, an actual process called the gap. It's in leadership distinctions, and Dan Sullivan was one of the masters at that strategic coach. And so many, you know, there's a thing called the gap. So what you do is on a piece of paper, I invite to get out a piece of paper. And on one side of the paper, you write down all of your problems say, you know, I would suggest taking one of the four areas of your life. So say you take relationship or career and money or your health and wellness or a creative expression and write it down.

    (04:16):

Just that one area of your life and write down all the problems, all the reasons why you can't really live abundantly in that area of your life. And you write down all those things. So let's just take career and money. Cuz most of us are pretty, um, you know, in America we have like this whole thing. If we just have enough money, then our problems solve, we solved, right? So let's write down career and money. Why is it that you can't do what you wanna do in that area? Maybe you don't have enough time. Maybe you don't understand. You're not an expert in the area. Maybe you just don't know how maybe you, you know, have X, Y, and reason why you, you know, you can't figure out different areas of that area of your life. So write down all those things, make a list.

    (04:56):

Maybe it's five, maybe it's a hundred. I don't know what it is. And then what you do is on the other side is you write a list of, of, of you basically invert it, right? So if you don't have enough time, then you write on the other side, find enough time, right? So what is that gap? How do you do that? Maybe you need to write, maybe you need to read a book on time management. Maybe you need to take other things off your schedule. Maybe you need to X, Y, and Z, right? So the point is, is that you take time, whatever problem you have and you innovate, you become creative. You begin to ask those hard questions of what's really going on. Is this just an excuse for you actually not to have the career and money that you truly desire? Is it that you just are having too many things on your calendar that you need to take off?

    (05:47):

Is it that you need to literally educate yourself more on this topic? What is that exactly? Right. So we wanna turn and become empowered. And, and what part of that is, is always, always, always the shift. And this is really the shift. This is I, I teach a mastermind and I think it's in week two or three. I can't remember that. We actually teach this gap. We teach how to shift into turning problems into opportunities. And this is something you're gonna use for the rest of your life, for the rest of your life. You will be using this, but I think it's like a muscle. Once you learn how to transform those problems into opportunities and your mind just thinks like that, it thinks an innovative way. And that's the point of going into meditation in the morning, you bring your problems in and you allow them to just sit with you.

    (06:34):

You sit with your problems and you begin to awaken to new ways of handling those problems. New, innovative things, come forth, new people to reach out to and so on and so forth. And so, as Gandhi said, you know, get a better problem. The thing is the mind you have to understand the mind is a problem solver. That's what the mind is designed to do. And if we don't give it a great enough of a problem, it will find little silly trivial problems to solve. And you'll get stuck in the same little rat race over and over again, creating new drama because it has to find a problem. So Gandhi was brilliant and he said, get a better problem, create a better problem for yourself. Raise your standards in life. Einstein said, you know, the same mind that created the problem can't solve the problem.

    (07:30):

So my suggestion for you is to get out of your mind, read a book of somebody who has figured it out, get a coach, get a mentor, get somebody that will get you thinking in new ways, new ways. So today is all about finding perfection in the imperfection. The universal law today is the law of perfection. And this law states at a spiritual level, there's only perfection at a spiritual level. There's only perfection. There is divine order to the cosmos and a harmonic progression within every cause and effect. Life is unfolding perfectly your whole and complete exactly as you are. Perfect. God perfect woman, perfect being there is a perfect mental equivalent to everything created in the physical universe designed for your awakening. So today's daily spiritual practice, ISS defined perfection in the imperfection. So here are some questions to ponder on, think upon and so on.

    (08:33):

So what problems are constantly playing in your mind, think about this. This is a really great one. Is it that you're lonely all the time? Is it that you think that if you just find that partner, then it'll all work out? Is it just, you know, the problems are always that, mm. I just don't, you know, I don't know what my purpose and calling is. Maybe you're constantly trying to figure that out. Maybe that's your problem. You know, know problems. Don't always look like we're going, oh, this is a huge problem. It's what is playing out in the mind? What is it constantly trying to figure out? And that is the problem that your, your brain is trying to calculate. Right? Next question is what reoccurring themes of problems keeps showing up in your life, right? Is it that you constantly are having drama with your friends?

    (09:19):

Is it that you, you know, are just constantly getting confused and overwhelmed? What are those problems? What are the problems that keep showing up in your life? Next question is what do you keep doing over and over hoping for a different outcome. A man, we all have those problems, right? We keep doing the same thing over and over hoping for a different outcome. What is that? And lastly, take 10 minutes to brainstorm on how you could transform your problems into opportunities. You know, I suggest for you to just sit down again with those, with those pages on one side, writing down all the problems, all the reasons, all the excuses, all those things. And then on the other side of the page, writing down all, flipping it and inverting it into the positive. What is it that you truly want to know the truth on?

    (10:05):

And then I would suggest going into meditation, going into prayer and really asking your higher self to deliver that innovation, to deliver how to transform that way of being within your life. So today I know that we are all perfectly imperfect. There will always be problems because we're in life. Life is dynamic, there is resistance. We created this way to have a dynamic game. So what's the game that you're up to. What is the innovation? What is the opportunity? Who do you need to be? And so in this, I just know perfection, perfection, more for perfection. As we step into this day, taking a deep breath together through the nose and excellent out through the mouth, inhaling again through the nose, excellent out through the mouth.

    (10:56):

And what I know for sure is that today is the opportunity to step into the grandest version of yourself. I recognize anywhere that there is a problem is the opportunity that is the growth into leadership, into the development, into a new life, beyond your wildest dreams. I recognize that there is this classroom that we're in this profound classroom that helps us grow, helps us develop our consciousness and helps us experience more and more depths of love and our soul. I simply know this in mind and my heart and in every ounce of my soul as together we say. And so it is so have a wonderful day. You guys, may you live your truth and may you know that there is no problems. There's only opportunities. You have a great day. Thanks again for tuning in to Dr. Aaron and soul society podcast. (00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth? Good morning. Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law and our own personal truth. So today we are gonna talk about what are we talking about? We're talking about secret lies and withholds. Ooh, such a great topic. Secret lies and withholds. Hmm. Let's go here. You guys. So just knowing the truth today, knowing that as we align with our truth, we are set free. As we know the truth, we are set free. So anywhere there is discord secrets lies, or withholds is really the inverted use of universal law and puts us into a divided state and into hell on earth. No joking let's do this. So, you know, I think lies are such a fascinating topic. I have to tell a personal story.

    (00:59):

I was in a relationship years back was somebody who was, who I would consider a compulsive liar. And, um, it was fascinating to watch what happened to me in my own psyche through the process, because, you know, I'm in a very intuitive being and, um, and over time in this relationship, I lost touch with my own intuition. I began to question everything and I started to go insane literally to the process. And the point is, is this is we're. We are divine spiritual beings and, and everything really adds up in this universe when it is in accordance, when we're in nature, subconsciously, it all adds up and we feel more and more at peace because everything is in sync and everything is in alignment and everything works. And through the process, it was interesting in that relationship because I actually have such gratitude for it now because it was really a relative experience.

    (01:55):

I was able to experience what it was like to not feel in alignment, totally feel in discord and not have anything add up. And, um, thank goodness. Uh, I had the strength to remove myself from that and I had the strength to realize that I basically brought him into my life because I needed to learn how to fully, uh, be committed to truth, fully release my codependency and step into my true power. So I'm so thankful for that experience, but let's talk about what happens on a, on a subconscious level and on a metaphysical level when we lie or once someone else lies, because I've lied as well. I've been in relationships where I didn't, I told white lies and things, cause I didn't wanna deal with things and it doesn't work. It doesn't work. It never works because people know at a subconscious level. So secret lies and withholds above all don't lie to yourself, the man or woman who lies to themselves and listens to their own lies, comes to a point that they cannot distinguish the truth within or around and loses all respect for themselves.

    (03:19):

The truth is you can't lie to anybody else. You lie to yourself. I dunno if you guys ever watched the movie liar liar with Jim Carey, but Paul, uh, guys, he was genius in this movie. I remember watching it with my son, which was not so, uh, so clean of a movie to say the least, but the story was about Jim Carey. He was a line cheating lawyer named Fletcher Reed who believed lying was just part of life. He believed it was part of winning at the game of life. He lied in court. He lied to women. He lied to his son. He lied all day long in every single way. He couldn't stop lying. So after not showing up to his son's birthday and lied about why his son makes this one wish and he wishes that his dad won't be able to tell lie just for one day, his dad will not be able to tell lie.

    (04:04):

So the next day, Reid, Jim Carey wakes up unable to say anything, but the truth, the day turns into this total disaster as he exposes his true thoughts everywhere he goes. But what's interesting is as the day goes on, the day gets easier and easier. It turns into a total disaster and then gets easier and easier. And so the beautifully crafted hilarious message that shines through the course of this movie is basically making the point that being truthful may be difficult at first, but then it sets you free. And the point is, this is that we're not designed to lie. Line is a man made concept and basically a misuse, but that's the whole point is this is a relative experience. So we get to invert even the truth, right? There's another movie called Ricky, uh, with, sorry, by Ricky. Um, GVAs the movie, the invention of lime.

    (04:59):

Someone makes a valid point regarding the human need for truth. This film delves into chaos and reveals that line is a man made invention. It's really hilarious because we're bombarded. You know, we're bombarded by the inverse of youth. What is truth? What is not truth? And how do we know when someone's lying or not lying? And I think the point is, is this is that when we truly get down into our intuition and into our gut, into our knowing people don't have to even speak and we know what they even think of us. They know what they're doing, they know. And so the point is to stay true to yourself and no longer look to the world to find your answers. Imagine that imagine if you only looked yourself to find your answers, you didn't even look to a book. You didn't even look to Google.

    (05:46):

You didn't look to anything you literally looked within. Imagine you have that power, right. And ran states that people think that a liar gains victory over his victim. What I've learned is that a lie is an act of self abdication because one surrenders, one reality to the person, to whom they lie, making that person one's master condemning oneself from then on to faking the sort of reality that person's view required to fake. And so, you know, also working with alcoholics and addicts, you know, it's interesting cuz when you go into the rooms and you realize the secret, they, they say you're as sick as your secrets in AA. And the point is, is that the alcoholic has handed their power over and over to telling lies around their use of drugs or alcohol or whatever. And over time they become the effect of those secrets and lies.

    (06:44):

They divide themselves through their secrets and lies and withholds. So the question I have for you is where are you? Where are you withholding your truth from people that actually doesn't help you? You know, we talk about being vulnerable. One of the most powerful things we know from, uh, you know, so many brilliant talks bene and things like that around the power of vulnerability. So I think that the opposite of line and secrets and withholds is really being authentic and transparent. And sometimes that means you gotta get really vulnerable. Sometimes you gotta be vulnerable. And again, one of the most profound things that happened to me in that relationship with, um, with the man who was really a compulsive liar, was my mentor said, if you want someone to totally always tell you the truth, you have to hold a profound space to let them tell you anything without you reacting and getting mad and pissed off.

    (07:35):

And I went well, well that's impossible. You know, if they've cheated or if they've done whatever, but the reality is that if you want somebody to always be able to tell you the truth, you've gotta hold a sacred space and let them become vulnerable. Let them tell you what they're guilty of, let them do that. And I remember it shifted me in ways. I, it made me take responsibility. Are you somebody that anybody could come to you and tell you anything and you'd hold a safe space for them. And that's, that's the daily spiritual practice. That's the practice of, of, of, you know, being somebody, being a leader in the realm. So, you know, awakening allows that place within you to get, get in touch with your truth, allows you to wake to your power, to your passion, to your purpose. And in that, you know, you live your truth and in that you never ever tell lie because if it offends somebody, then they're not meant to be in your world.

    (08:34):

And if it offends you, then it's time to do more work and live in alignment with your truth, right? So today is all about being transparent. You know, that's the daily spiritual practice being transparent. The law of the day, the daily universal law is the law of karma. There's karma, right? There's cause and effect to this world. And if you tell secrets lies and withholds, there's gonna be an effect doesn't mean it's good or bad. It just, it is what it is as they say. So the law, uh, universal law of karma states karma is the sum of the actions of the individual collective and cosmic consciousness. This includes all lifetimes, all creation and all thinking, everything that exists has come from spirit and each person is living out his or her specific lineage, Carm car karma. The extent to which the collective uses the life force for harmony is the extent to which we will create heaven on earth and vice versa.

    (09:33):

The disease factors cause from genetics are the sum of the actions upon the lineage. New karma is created via new thinking and new actions. So what is your karma? You know, you can just basically take a look at your life. This is your karma because it is everything, everything out that that's been created, collectively, everything, the sum total is your karma. So, you know, what do you wanna create from here on out? Do you wanna create harmony or do you wanna create discord? So today's practice again is to be transparent. Take 10 minutes to journal, take an inventory of where you are in life. Take inventory of where you are in life. What secrets lies and withholds do you carry? Do you need to, uh, do your men's for that? You know, do you need to disclose that to somebody and get that off your chest?

    (10:22):

What are the negative costs and what is the impact these have on your life and the people within your life? Where in life do you lie to yourself? That's a, that's a question for you. Where in life do you lie to yourself? I think we all do that. What are you willing to do to clean up your lies and to take responsibility for living a transparent life? And so on this note, I just know anywhere that anyone's ever lied to me, I forgive and know that I take responsibility. That was a universe helping me awake to my own truth, to my own power. I also, in this moment, wanna take responsibility for anywhere that I have lied or told any kind of white lie or big lie that I am sorry for that. And I'm am sorry for any remorse that's ever caused for me or anyone else. And knowing that, um, I don't think I've ever told a big lie, but you know, our perceptions kind of sometimes will, uh, dilute us. So on that note, taking inventory for yourself, living powerfully in alignment with your own truth, no longer lying to yourself and powerfully stepping into this day. I simply know your power. I know you have a truth and I know you can live it powerfully today. So on that note may live your truth and maybe you be set free, have a wonderful day.

    (00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth? Good morning. Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law and our unique truth. We also come together in society. The vision of being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment empowerment and entrepreneurship. So let's do this thing. We're gonna talk about the power of decision or letting go of indecision one and the same, right? So the truth is that you are a powerful spiritual beam. That the moment that you decide powerfully decide you set emotion to the entire universe, through the polarity, through the decision, the, the identity truly in the soul, that sets an entire stream of events. And so, as we awaken, as we come into this power, the truth of who we are, we have to release the things that get in the way all spiritual work is really releasing and getting out of the way of the truth of our true identity.

    (01:12):

The I am factor. So I work with people of dealing with how to make decisions, how to know their truth and how to release this indecision. So it brings me back. Um, some years back I had a client, she came to me, uh, for spiritual counseling and she literally felt paralyzed mentally. When it, when she would get totally overwhelmed with everything in life, there was days when she couldn't decide like even what to eat for dinner. One point she perceived every choice as like a permanent thing in her life. And just, she got so stressed out by the littlest choices that she had to make. And her whole life started unraveling. Like she lost her boyfriend, her job, her health began to decline because she became so stressed out and everyone around her was like, you know, of course, if someone can't make decisions, it's not gonna work very well.

    (02:01):

Right? So indecision, procrastination and lack of commitment are you're silent monsters for many people. And I think it's something that we rarely even talk about. You know, I think there's a lot of people out there that are really stressed out about decisions. I know for myself, you know, in business, when I've gotta make big decisions and commit to, you know, different delegating different things or taking on different platforms that are commitments like there's commitments, there's, there's monetary commitments to taking on different areas. Sometimes it can be stressful, but you exhale into it. And I'm gonna tell you a process at the end of things you can do for it. So basically all choices have consequences. The, the truth is that the soul is never neutral. The soul is never neutral. So the point that we have to make decisions or not make decisions, it's really not about making decisions.

    (02:55):

It's realigning to what our truth is and what we're truly committed to. And I'm gonna take you through some of those processes. So many people, people flitter and flatter about life being non-committal, they jump, jump from one thing to the next thing, and they never see things through. But the point is, this is that it's, it's a facade, it's a false identity. And it's really them not getting clear of who they are and what they're truly committed to. And their true values. Lots of people go round and round in circles, never choosing a destination, or they start and stop projects over and over again, never completing cycles. And I can completely identify with that. I was one of those people in my twenties, and I thought something is majorly wrong with me. And I couldn't see things through. And it was just really, it was my soul.

    (03:49):

It was a part of myself that was really trying to create a breakdown for a breakthrough. So, you know, ironically, this behavior ensures exactly what the person fears the most, because life backs them into a corner where they must make a choice, life demands that you make a choice. Have you ever felt like that? Like life is like, it's like putting you into a corner saying, what do you really want? Trying to take your order over and over again, choice does not equal more freedom. Okay. Swartz in the paradox of choice, brilliant Ted talk and book maintains too many choices cause you to have lofty expectations and is in these expectations that lead to disappointment, he discusses how even going to purchase groceries. It became difficult with 285 varieties of cookies, 75 different iced teas, 230 soups, 175 different salad dressings, 40 different types of toothpaste.

    (04:53):

He also mentions how overwhelming it can be to buy a stereo. He researched, there was six, 6.5 millions varieties of different stereo systems. We live in the technical information age that has left some of us paralyzed by choice. I don't know if you guys feel that, but sometimes there's so much information that just to get things done. I shuffle things around sometimes. And then I'm like, oh, I gotta get grounded again. Get in source, get, am I knowing, get what I'm committed to? And then powerfully take action. So they say knowledge is power, but we have trained our brains to have attention deficit by multitasking. We text while we're driving internet brows, while we're dining working and checking, you know, personal emails, chatting on Facebook during meetings, the list goes on, even getting into coffee. I mean, think about coffee itself. We have so many choices.

    (05:45):

Do you want it hot organic skinny coffee, free short, tall Grande, venti, double shot, steam milk, half cap, blended latte, cappuccino cream. I mean, come on really. It's a lot. I mean, think about how many thousands and thousands of, of decisions you have to make. And that's why the subconscious mind is so brilliant. The subconscious mind collapses everything. So we don't have to make decisions. It clumps things into packages, which is a good thing and not a good thing, because then when we wanna make new choices, we have to uncollapse those things and really, truly become conscious of what we are choosing.

    (06:23):

So, you know, people want clarity. I think that it's one of the main things people come to me for, for subconscious work is yes, they wanna heal, but that's not necessarily what's driving them because they don't realize that, oh, I wanna heal from this really terrible thing that happened for me. But what they want is they wanna have clarity. They wanna have power. They wanna reclaim that power and know and live in alignment with their truth. That's what they really seek. And so, you know, coming into this and knowing that within you, there is a knowing there is a bliss and the universe always knows what it desires because you, whatever it is that you truly desire is what you have clarity around. Sometimes people want another purpose in calling. They wanna decide what that is, but they don't realize that in just following their bliss is where they're gonna find their purpose in calling.

    (07:15):

So the only decision you really ever have to do is to follow your bliss. That's the decision because the truth is the only opponent is yourself. Say yes to the things you love say yes to the passions. You have say yes to only speaking, you know, your truth, spend time doing the things you love, do things with people that you love, commit to yourself, commit to that bliss, commit to happiness, commit to fulfillment. That's the true practice of letting go of indecision, letting go of indecision takes getting down to the core of who you are. And so I'm gonna take you through a couple little processes around getting clarity. So what you do to get into clarity is you get down to your core values and your core commitments. That's where you have clarity. So anywhere you're having indecision and we call it, you know, confusion or upsets or, you know, feeling overwhelmed.

    (08:16):

It's because you haven't gotten into what you're truly committed to. So first you need to simplify your life, say no to all the things that don't truly call to you, throw out all the things in your life that are confusing or that are just taking your energy and get down to the basics, get down to the basics of what you're truly committed to and spend time and focus time on those things that, that give you a good ROI return on your investment return on when you spend time in doing those things, maybe you love laughing. Maybe you'd love taking a class, um, an impromptu class, a a comedy class learning how to just really be around those people that are laughing a lot and spend time doing that. Maybe you love being outdoors. Spend more time doing that and make the decision to do that.

    (09:03):

Let go of too much information and get down to the basics of the value. What drives you? What is your true goal? When it comes to the four areas of your life? What's the goal with your money and career? What's the true goal. When it comes to love and relationships, what's the true goal about your health and vitality and your creative expression. Those are the four areas. And when you get clear of what the number one goal is, then you have solved half the problem. Most people just don't know what they want, and that's fine. If you don't know what you want, then at least go out and experiment, go, go, discover, go venture out there and just follow your bliss. And so in that today, we talk about the law of emergent evolution. And this law states that during evolution upon demand for life to prevail, there emerges new properties for everything.

    (09:54):

So the fifth finger emerged outta the necessity for survival form transforms upon consistent consistency of consciousness. When the individual demands and commands a subconscious and subjective mind, the universal law is set into motion. You must demand your must haves in life. This is where you get clear. I have to have this. This is my one goal. And my one must have in the areas of my life, begin to say no to the things that don't speak to your heart and say yes to the things that make your heart sing. What must you have in your relationships? What must you have for your health? What must you have financially? What must you have to be? Self-expressed now ask yourself, am I willing to do what it takes to obtain my must have? And what wisdom do I need to embody to be the person equivalent to having this life?

    (10:49):

You know, oftentimes we hear people, oh, I, I can't make a decision. You know, they're dating people and they can't decide who, and they just complain about what they don't want. What do you want? What is your must have? What, what are you, what's your primary goal? And why, why is that your goal? Start asking yourself, start becoming conscious of what you're doing. Stop walking around like a fricking robot in life, step back and ask yourself, why, why do I

    (00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth, live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron. We come together each morning to know the truth, live on S principle and align with the universal law and align with our truth. You have a specific truth and a gift and message to bring to the world. And so it is, we also come together as a community through society, uh, committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment empowerment and entrepreneurship. So we come together online in offline and all the above teaching truth, teaching principle, living our best lives. So let's do this. You guys today, let's talk about releasing and letting go, limiting beliefs, limited beliefs. So Oprah said, step out of the history that is holding you back step into the new story. You are willing to create history, his story that's right.

    (00:59):

You have a story and now you get to, uh, embody your news story, create it, live it, love it. And so it is so on that note, uh, you know, the Wright brothers brings us to beliefs who had great beliefs, who has had these masterful beliefs of all of us, and, um, brings to, uh, bring us, brings me to, I can speak this more. I swear the Wright brothers, the Wright brothers believed they could build an airplane. And because of their belief, the very first flight took place on December 17th, 1903, Steve jobs believed he could create the most technologically advanced phone in history. And through his vision, the iPhone was born at a Lovelace, believed she could program a machine with mathematical algorithms and became her determination. Her first, the first computer was programmed. What a woman programed the first computer I had never, I never knew that.

    (01:55):

Anyway, solar power pioneer, Dr. Maria takas believed she could heat a home entirely by solar power. And the very first solar only home was built in 1947. Edwin Hubble believed he could take a man to the moon and through his perseverance, he invented the first Hubble space telescope, which was the impetus to space travel. So there is the point is this is right. There are infinite beliefs. You guys, you can believe you can do it, or you believe you can't do it. And either way you are correct, right. There are so many potential creations. So many galaxies. It is infinite. There are so many beliefs, just as many beliefs a woman or man can or can't create whatever they truly believe. And this is the same thing called thought called belief took us to the moon. And it can also put us in a box into your own prison cell, which do you want?

    (02:59):

Which beliefs are you gonna energize? Right? That's what we're up to here. So the entire physical and material world is made up of substance of form, which is created by the intelligence of consciousness, informing and directing energy into matter. And just like matter is created it too, is the experience of life, of our perception. And so your viewpoint, your individual use of the thing of the universal law is your greatest gift. You have this great playground that we get to create our consciousness in. And the reality is this energy is 99.9% empty space that is formed. It's informed by you by the observer. And it collapses this energy into either a wave or a particle, just like a binary code of the universal matrix. And so I just know this matrix I can speak today. I swear it's been a long, it's been an early morning.

    (03:59):

I'm a little groggy still knowing that this matrix, this entire matrix, this binary code is what we, we direct this. And then we, we create this thing. It's almost like, uh, uh, you know, this computer matrix we're living in, and we know this, we know this by quantum physics demonstrates this, you know, there's a doctor called Dr. Fred Allen Wolf. And I re remember watching what the bleep is years ago. And it, and it showed us this thing. It showed us how we, the observer create things into a particle or wave. Like, we're that powerful? It's extraordinary. You guys, you have any idea, the power of even just how you perceive the attitude that you have, the gratitude that you have, all this, knowing that in this, that you have this thing called consciousness, you get to inform life and you get to actually affect this physical realm.

    (04:48):

How cool is that? So the first step in really embodying and releasing limiting beliefs is, is going in and spotting them the first, like most important things to just become aware. What do you believe what's serving you? And what's no longer serving you. A lot of the work I do. One-on-one people to release their limiting beliefs is getting into trauma work. Oftentimes in trauma, we decide something. We decide the way we are the way life is the way people are. We decide and commands, and these commands play out like puppet streams in our life. And so I know today that whatever limiting beliefs have been trickled down through the programming in your D in your DNA or trickle down through the collective consciousness, the race consciousness, the cosmic consciousness, that you have the ability to redirect this, to choose something new, to see yourself in life as something that's never been born in this universe before.

    (05:42):

And so what I know is that all limiting beliefs are limited identity. The greatest work spiritual work inner work is to shift the identity to the, I am to that all knowingness experience of being the creative factor. That's created this entire universe. So it is time to stop your, your ways of thinking anything. That's holding you back from the all powerful divine being that you already are releasing your limiting beliefs and setting a new creation into effect. And so on this day, the universal law is the law of divine will. The absolute truth is that God's will, is your will. The, this law works in direct proportion to your ability to direct energy upon universal law by the power of your mind. And the conviction of your heart, divine will has nothing to do with using force upon the physical realm control is influenced by the beliefs within your soul.

    (06:42):

Yes, you can take inspired action. Yes, you can do those things, but no, that it is only going to be effective. The extent to which you truly believe it, to the extent to which you identify with whatever you're trying to accomplish. And so on, the no today's challenge is to become fascinated by people's beliefs. It's so fascinating what people believe and what they do with their energy. So becoming fascinated with people's beliefs. I remember my, a mentor of mine challenged me to do this years ago. Anytime I was frustrated with people, anytime I wanted them to be different than they were anytime I was getting upset, he would just say, become fascinated by what they're doing with their energy, by how they're using it and how they're creating it, what they believe. And it became like a big game. It was like, I was no longer like tormented by how people were being.

    (07:31):

I, I basically got to this space where I was just able to like, just enjoy people and just, you know, have compassion and become fascinated, kind of giggle at what they were creating for themselves. So notice other people's beliefs. How do they view the world? How do they think, you know, it is, do they, what do they can perceive right. Is wrong. So what do you think other people should do? What limiting beliefs do they have? You know, how do they perceive themselves to be start to become aware of what people are focusing on due to their beliefs? Just become a witnesser of it. This is how you master, um, being a coach and being a leader is you begin to understand human behavior, looking at people and understanding, you know, questioning and, and just considering, you know, what do they find difficult or easy?

    (08:23):

How do they perceive life? How do they perceive money? How do they perceive relationships? How do they view life? Do they view it as mundane or miraculous? And so, as you contemplate this, just beginning to perceive and allow people to have their beliefs, that's the daily spiritual practice, allowing people to have their own beliefs. They get to do that. You don't get to play God for them. You get to just simply know the perfection and their divinity. And so just on this note, I just, uh, never will for, I'll never, ever forget a mentor of mine saying that if you don't hold somebody for their true divinity and hold them in their light and know the perfection of who they are, you don't deserve to be in their life. And I was like, whoa, there's a game changer. So try that on for size. So on this note, I just know perfection, knowing that you are the, not your beliefs, you are the creative of your beliefs. And so you just get to create whatever you want, the new identity of yourself, knowing that you get to live your truth as together we say. And so it is

    (00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth, live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron. We come together each morning to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law and our own relative truth. So let's do this cuz we also come together in community, through society. We're committed to being the number one spiritual community in the world, committed to enlightenment empowerment and yes, entrepreneurship, because it's important. You've got a message and the world wants it. So let's do this thing. Let's talk about upsets and justifications. So I have a question for you if right in front of you imagine like put your two hands out in front of you and on one hand you have a candy bar and on one hand you have anger, fear, deceit, resentment, sadness, turmoil, grief. What do you think is worse for you? Do you think it's worse to have a candy bar or do you feel like it's worse to get an upset?

    (01:06):

And so it's interesting if you really think about these two things and what actually happens in the body when you eat a candy bar or when you get really stressed out, basically they're both stresses on the body. That's pretty much all it is. You know? I mean, well, I mean, I guess it's, it's it, there's some parts of the, of a candy bar that might be good for you and maybe there's some good things to you about stress, but the reality is that there's stress on the body. There's stress on the body when we put toxins in it and there's stress on the body when we have, you know, negative beliefs, negative emotions going on. So let's talk today about upsets and justifications. So working with people, one on one, dealing with, uh, the subconscious mind and upsets and justifications and, and you know, I clumped these together because at the point in time, when I began this conversation, you know, years ago around this, I didn't realize how profound upsets are and how much it really plays into our life.

    (02:02):

This is a book of itself, right? Upsets. I mean, think about it. What upsets you and why do you get upset? I mean, there, there's a huge spiritual conversation. Um, getting down to your core values and beliefs and everything else for this, but let's dive into this for a minute. So upsets what is an upset and upset? Basically, if you, if you take a look and you actually put, you know, you have a gap, there's a gap in life and on one side of the gap is how you want life to be how you want people to be life, to be how you want others to be how you wish it was basically. And then on the other spectrum of this gap is how it is. And as a saying goes, it is what it is or as Theves say, as it is. And the point is, this is if you really accepted people, places and things in life as they were, you wouldn't have upsets upsets are basically, uh, the gap between how you wish life was and how it is.

    (03:03):

So STRs, how do we do this? How do we get upset? Right? So the reality is that you're such a powerful, spiritual being that the moment you assign a positive or negative meaning to something or something that doesn't occur, you instantaneously have a negative emotion. This is stress, okay. There's stresses in life that are actually physical and actual, real, like say the heat, like say it's a, you know, 120 degrees outside that would be stress on the body, right? But the reality is that majority of all stress is in the mind. Majority of all stress is in your mind and is created by yourself. You can have awful things that happen to you. You know, maybe you lose a job. Someone transitions, a loved one, uh, someone cheats on you, you know, whatever it may be. But the reality is it's really how you react to it.

    (03:57):

And the meaning that you put around it that causes the upset. And so upsets are good sometimes, right? We don't wanna negate and upset upsets good because what it is doing is it's, it's your, it's your higher self. It's your intuition. It's that part of you that says, Hey, this isn't an alignment with what I want for myself and my life. So it's good to get upset, right? It's good to, if there's healthy, there's an amount of healthy upset that gets us motivated. That gets us back on track. That gets us, you know, not just hanging out and doing nothing, but majority of people that get upset, it just really isn't serving right? Say there's traffic. And, uh, the traffic's going in and you're getting more and more frustrated. Like it's not gonna change the traffic, right? All it's doing is really hurting you. So there's some upsets that are good, that help us get motivated and help us get back in alignment.

    (04:51):

And there's some upsets and stresses about things that really don't serve that are actually hurting ourselves. We're actually hurting ourselves. We're, we're studying ourself out. We're aging, our bodies more, we're doing more harm with, so how does this work? You know, stress may be the most toxic feeling you can ever have because there's an abundance of it. You can be stressed out all day. Haven't even met those people that are literally addicted to stress or it addicted to being frustrated. They're addicted to the drama of life. There's unlimited amount of this. Like it can be the most toxic thing you can have in your entire world, but you have to understand that, you know, this is, again, it comes down to your beliefs, your thoughts, your emotions, that creating these circumstances. And it's like a loophole that happens. You're constantly informing your subconscious mind, which is informing the subjective mind, which is informing universal law.

    (05:42):

And it's literally bringing situations back into your life over and over and over again. So if you really wanna awaken, if you really wanna have a transformed life and live empowered, you gotta give it up. You gotta give up the upset. You've gotta complete the cycle. You've gotta accept people in places and things as they are. And then in that moment, when you fully accept it and you close that gap, there's a new possibility. And it's called you. It's called you creating from nothingness, creating from what is there. And the reality is that every problem is an opportunity. Every problem is an opportunity to innovate, to create something new. It's an advancement of your consciousness, right? If you had the perfect world, then you create, it's like, what do you create from here? Cool. You could create some art or something, right? But the reality is to create from situations that aren't ideal makes you become more advanced.

    (06:40):

It makes you have to innovate even more. It has to have you rise to the occasion and be a person in the face of what you don't necessarily want. Dan Millman said, suffering is our psychological resistance to what happens. Events may create physical pain, but they do not in themselves. Create suffering. Resistance creates suffering. Stress happens when your mind resists, what is the only problem in your life is your mind's resistance to life. As it unfolds. The reality is that your body becomes a victim of your stressful mind. So stop doing it as, uh, as, uh, that famous YouTube, uh, show goes, stop it, just stop it. Right. Is it that easy? So how do you do this? Well, you gotta get into the subconscious mind. You gotta get in there. And, and first of all, really look and see what is upsetting you. What are the failed expectations that you're having?

    (07:40):

What are the things that you want for other people in life that it is not exactly what other people want for themselves or what or what, the way that life is, you know, and where do you begin to forgive others so that you can free yourself from the chains of holding and being upset? Where are you ready to let go of and begin to surrender to what is and awaken to the true power within, you know, no longer placing your stress and putting it out in the world and re taking, claiming it, realizing that you did that. Where have you handed your joy over to your, your validation over to needing all these things from the world. When you have it all inside of you, you have it all inside of you. So, you know, getting upset is one of the worst things we can do to ourselves.

    (08:33):

So you have a story and you have a story and you have a story and you keep pulling this story up and you can have a story being the victim. You can have the story of how life is so hard. You can have the story of whatever, or you can rewrite that story today. Right now, basically rewriting it into something that you've never known before. This is a new flick, it's a new film, it's a new, you know, hero's journey. What is that story that you wanna rewrite today? And so just knowing with that, the portal, you know, it brings us to a very, very famous, real life story. I'm sure all of you guys have heard this. So Helen Keller, okay. I mean, are you kidding me? Talk about somebody who had all the reasons to be stressed and all the reasons to justify why her life sucked.

    (09:21):

Right. So Helen Keller was, uh, blind and, uh, and deaf. And, uh, she basically, she fricking rose. She, she studied under Anne Sullivan and, uh, she slowly learned how to communicate with one person breaking through and basically finding her, her strength, her spirit. She ended up getting the first bachelor degrees in art. She wrote her autobiography by the age of 22. And she, they made a movie out of it, the miracle worker, I mean, are you kidding me? Like she had every reason to be upset of the circumstances of her life. And she had every justification to basically not rise to, to the truth of who she was an almighty, powerful, spiritual being talk about an advanced soul, right? Like oftentimes we think of it like a burden if you were to come into this life as, as deaf and mute. But the reality is that is that maybe she's more advanced than all of us, right?

    (10:20):

Spiritually. She had to rise at levels that you and I may never have to rise to. So what's a blessing and what's a curse. And I, I beg you to invite you to think that the hardest things you're going through are the biggest blessings of your life. That the upsets are. What is the, the, the factor that you can go through that wall. And that's the most advanced classroom in this lifetime justifications, man, we all got 'em. Helen must have had a lot of 'em, right? A justification's just another word for an excuse. It's a reason, a fact, a circumstance and explanation that upholds and defends your disempowerment. So where are you? Disempowered want you to write down all the excuses you have today of why you're not doing what you're doing, what you wanna do, what you truly desire to do, stop making the excuses, tap into that source with them and know the truth.

    (11:15):

Make it happen. Explains why, you know,

    (00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth. Live from Los Angeles. We come together each morning to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community through society. We are committed to enlightenment empowerment and entrepreneurship. That's right. It's important for us to bring the truth out to the world, through all of our expressions. So you can check out society.com or Dr. aaron.tv and check it on out. So today let's talk about the ego. So when I'm working with clients or when we're dealing with awakening, basically first, it's important to really just open our eyes, to wake up, to take a look and see how our consciousness, which is the individual consciousness, the collective consciousness, and the cosmic consciousness is creating everything. We are powerful, powerful, spiritual beings, and really understanding awakening to all the truths of how we manifest, what truth is, all these things.

    (01:06):

And then we get down to basically reprogramming and we begin Tolay the consciousness. So it's not really the core work is to get out of the way. And the ego is an interesting thing, because if you think about it, ego is a state of mind. Ego is basically feeling like you're divided, or you are the individual. And that is the ego. The ego feels separate. It is a, it is in the consciousness with a blink of consciousness that you can experience being one with the entire universe and really living in the highest expression of yourself. So ego literally think about it.

    (01:46):

Ariana Huffington said, we spend so much time on those resume entries. We lose all significance. As soon as our heart stops beatings. None of it matters. You guys. The point is, is that our business development is really our spiritual development. And if we're looking out to the world to basically look for our self-worth, we're screwed, I'll never forget I had this client. So I went up to his house and we were sitting overlooking this spectacular view. I mean, it was like literally a 300 like 60 degree view because it lived like up on this mountaintop between Santa Barbara and Montecito and this gorgeous home that had these sliding doors that all the entire side of the house opened up. And it was an epic, I mean, one of the best views I've ever seen in my life, like literally magazine worthy of, of one of the most beautiful views in homes.

    (02:48):

So my client, I, the first time I went up there, he gave me a tour of the whole house, showed me how the, you know, all the windows open, all the stuff. And then we sat down on these two chairs out. They were kind of perched out over kind of out beyond the house. And we're looking out at this incredible view. And then he slowly began to open up to me and he looked at me and he said, look, the funny thing is that I don't even look at this home anymore as anything special. I literally just relate work and isolation now to this home. And I really don't care anymore about all this stuff. It doesn't matter anymore.

    (03:31):

He looked at me, he said, I realize I've gotta do something. He said that he had this feeling like it was like this empty void, just like pain inside of him. And it would go away every once in a while when he drank or when he went, you know, golfing or when he went a little trip or whatever, or bought the next item, but it would return over and over. And that external things that used to give him pleasure. Maybe that'd last for a little while, but now he found that basically it was, it was like less and less time. You'd go back to that bottle. Less pit. Every time he had a thriving, thriving business, his children were, you know, raised. He was all like successful and he was miserable inside. And this is the deal I've worked with. You know, celebrities, I've worked with single mothers, I've worked with CEOs, I've worked with children, I've worked with all kinds of people.

    (04:29):

And the reality is this is that the ego is tricky. It's really tricky. We have been told by the movies, by our families, by the culture that we will be fulfilled and have this American dream life. But I'm gonna tell you that anytime, anytime we look outside for our own identity, we look outside for our joy. We look outside for love. We look outside for abundance. We will be slammed down every last time. Every last time, the trick to all of it is, is play a fun game. That's up to something big, like making a difference in people's lives or really pushing yourself in your own development. But it's also not having attachment to any of it. And that's the fine line. That's the fine dance of the ego. The ego wants you to attach. It wants you to feel superior or less than, or different or separate or da, da, da, da.

    (05:25):

The ego is tricky. It is your greatest enemy because it's gonna mess with you over and over and over again. So I've two questions for you. Two questions that I ponder for a very long time. Why is it that some people manifest everything they think they want and become more miserable than ever. And then also the question for you is in your heart, what does success mean to you? You know, a lot of us like we, we did the right things. We, we, we went to the right schools, we got the right job. We got the right relationship. We, you know, got the right house. We got the right clothes. We got whatever. And yet it's still like never, ever, ever enough. So I kind of see two types of people. I see people who have literally, they look like they're so successful and they're miserable inside.

    (06:20):

I mean, of course, I mean, people that are happy as well, for sure, but, but dealing with clients, right? The other is people who are like, they are literally like have so much talent and so much to give the world. They can't figure out how to get that money or get that, you know, relationship or get whatever. And they're trying so hard and they feel like if I just had that, then I'll be happy. Then I'll be fulfilled. Then I'm, then I'll be enough. And the, the trick is, is that both of these, both of these spectrums of what I would consider UN awake and haven't done the work, it literally is, is one of the same. It's just literally, you're just like, you've just inverted the law and you're just using it different. But so there's two questions, you know, why do some people manifest everything and still be miserable? Why can people, some people cannot manifest and are miserable and then questioning and really pondering today. I invite you to ponder what is success to you?

    (07:22):

The truth is that you're an infinite, divine, spiritual beam, and you do desire, love, and connection. It's in our nature. But we have to know that the body has this intelligence. The body knows at a gut level in the solar Plex, this thing called intuition. It knows. It knows when it is doing something out of a void. It knows when it is authentic. It knows when it's living out of trying to be enough or when it's coming from a space of just purely self-expression. And so I invited to ask yourself today, why are you doing what you're doing? Is it coming out of a pure, authentic expression? Or is it coming out of trying to feel like you're enough listening to that gut?

    (08:10):

So today's universal law is the law of divinity. And this states that you are a spiritual being governed by the universal laws, the extent to which you unite with the indwelling divine source and expand your consciousness is the extent to which you will experience divinity and being a revealer of truth. Your true identity is a divine expression of the one you are capable of divine revelation. This is your nature and tapping into that truth. So today's challenge is to lean in, lean in where you're uncomfortable, open your heart, open yourself to something beyond what you think the culture has told you to do. What is it that you would do if no one's looking? And so the daily spiritual practice is really, really being authentic. That's the practice, you know, listening, listening, listening, constantly listening to your own gut, to your own needs, to your own intuition of what you really need to do to be fulfilled what it is that you need to do to be expressed.

    (09:15):

So the question is, what if you leaned in today in all areas of your life, given your heart unconditionally, and unbounding what, if you walk through life, not needing any validation, not needing to be like not leaning to be accepted by any, can you imagine that'd be so cool. What if you gave love, even when you didn't feel like it was reciprocated, try that one on. What if you gave love, even when you didn't feel that it was reciprocated. And then what if you stayed in your divine connection instead of being divided, you know, what, if you didn't withdraw, what if you gave yourself fully to life? What would that look like? And so on this day, the ego it's simple, your consciousness, your perspective is either feeling like you're divided and separate and something's wrong and something's missing, or you have switched into the divine truth and tapped into that oneness and allowing yourself to fully give yourself to life and lean in. So on that note, may you live your truth?
