Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth,

    (00:09):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in community, in society. We are the vision of being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. Our mission is to awaken a billion people globally, and how we are doing that is by developing amazing spiritual leaders. So today let's talk about visioning part of a community and individual. We know that we inform the universal law. We inform energy, all of it. And one of the greatest ways to energize it is through mental pictures. And so we vision, and there are different types of visioning. So we're gonna break this on down today.

    (01:05):

Different ways of visioning, different modalities. You can use to energize mental pictures so that you can raise and be in alignment with that vibration so that you can manifest and demonstrate what is in your highest field. So one of the greatest visionaries, uh, famous visionaries was Nicola, Tesla, incredible visionary. So I wanted to read something that he wrote that was not, um, it's not really a quote. It's what he spoke about, of how he visions speaking of his inventions. So he said, my method is different. I do not rush into actual work. When I get an idea, I start at once building it up in my imagination. I change the construction, make improvements and operate the device. In my mind, it is absolutely immaterial to me, whether I run my turbine and thought or test it in my shop. I even note if it is out of balance, there's no difference whatsoever.

    (02:03):

The results are the same in this way. I'm able to rapidly develop and perfect a conception without touching anything. When I have gone so far as to embody in the invention, every possible improvement I can think of or see no fault anywhere I put into concrete form, this final product in my brain, invariably, my device works as I conceived it should. And the experiment comes out exactly. As I planned it in 20 years, there has been not been a single exception. Why should it be otherwise engineering, electrical and mechanical is positive in results. There is scarcely a subject that cannot be mathematically treated and in effect calculated, or the results determine beforehand from the availability theoretically and practical data. The carrying out into practice of crude idea as being a generally is done. I hold and nothing but a waste of energy, money and time.

    (03:07):

The carrying out into practice of a crude idea as is being generally done is I hold nothing but a waste of energy, money and time. Do you get how profound this is? Okay. Nicolasa invented so many things. And he is saying that he never just went into the shop and started trying it out. He would go in his mind, he would construct the idea. He would visualize work in the turbine, right. And doing all the adjustments. And he would no in mind exactly the results and everything else. He saw no difference between doing it mind or doing it in the physical realm. This is profound, right? You get the power of mind. This is the power. And as we say in new thought and metaphysics, we say, everything's created twice. It's created in mind. And then it's created form. So, you know, this brings me to the other, you know, profound like thing.

    (04:06):

That always, that was the first thing that taught me about visioning profoundly. And it was the blockbuster movie. The secret in 2006, this came out, it hit televisions and computers around the world. Cause it really was like a documentary. It was based on the law of attraction and taught people how to get what they wanted through positive thinking. And after two episodes on Oprah Winfrey show, cuz they demonstrated the show. The, the, um, the documentary vision boards became the rage in manifesting. People began to cut and paste images from magazines and collages, displaying visions of their lifestyle and their dreams. The problem came when people were either unable to demonstrate what was on the vision board or when they manifested what they want on the vision board, but still felt unfulfilled. So, you know, this began, the critics began to, you know, magnify the pitfalls of manifestation and law of attraction.

    (05:03):

However many people could still see how it greatly introduced the world to the vibration visioning and all the above. So for me, the secret was not on point in that. Yes, you can demonstrate whatever you want, but that's not really the point. The point is to really awaken having your vision be in alignment with your highest self, not to just have a bunch of more material crap, but the secret also allowed us to have the conversation as a culture that opened up that, you know, debate, if you will. So after my awakening, I realized that manifestation without awakening can lead to a trap, it's like enter an maze, hoping to arrive to some destination. But instead you keep encountering dead ends without a true purpose. Life can empty. It can feel, be totally feel empty and feel like it has no point, right? So you can manifest all day.

    (05:54):

It doesn't mean you're gonna be fulfilled. It doesn't mean that you're really gonna truly get what you want, which is love and connection. Okay. So be careful what you're visioning, what you're giving money and money to and energy to. Right? So the point is we wanna awaken to your vision. So visioning is an authentic process of getting an alignment with your true self and in turn with your higher self, which knows what you truly desire, right? It's living your calling your truth, your purpose into form. It's really having the depths of your soul projecting out into form. So you can experience the depths of your soul. It's not just about keeping up with the Jones or the rat race. It's about truly experiencing what you deeply, deeply, deeply desire to experience and to bring your specific expression of God and to form. So in this process, you ask spirit, your higher self open ended questions to manifest and unfold your divine vision to emerge.

    (06:52):

Okay. So Nicola Tessa, the famous inventor, he used visioning to manifest and create his work. He produce over 300 inventions, which really began with the intense visioning process because he truly understood the power of mind. So let's begin this. Okay. So first the first process of visioning is you gotta do your inner work. You gotta empty your consciousness of all your egoic and programming ways of what you think you should vision, right? You wanna begin to notice the out picture of the crap that you are creating, that doesn't necessarily serve your highest good or doesn't necessarily serve of your divine calling. So emptying the consciousness and transformation through visioning is the process of going beyond your present paradigm out picturing of who you are visioning is really having the image come from your higher self. It's not creating from your ego and creating the next vision board and cutting out pictures of magazines to have some love lifestyle that makes you, you know, be Instagrammable in your life.

    (08:00):

It's about calling forth the vision from your higher self and then projecting it into form and into mental pictures. Okay. So it's super important to make sure that you're doing your inner work and getting the right vision to put on your vision board first. Okay. So commit to living your truth and vision by practicing the following. Right? So what I do in society and what we do is the girls do their inner work guys do, and they basically get clear of what their purpose and calling. And we call it the life purpose statement and they actually write it down in for really succinct, present tense with adjective and measurements in the four areas of their life, their career and money, their relationships, and love their health and wellness and their creative expression. And they have this vision on something they read every day. And then also they put it onto a vision board, but this is after they've done a lot of inner work after they get to a core purpose that they're up to.

    (08:58):

And then basically each day you wanna read your life purpose statement and you wanna look at your vision board. And this is what I say to myself each day. I will take the time to go into silence and commune with source. I will ask purposeful questions and hold space for answers to be heard. I will be willing and listening vessel for the divine. Then I go back into the world and I ask if I am in alignment with that vision, I will honor my vision, right? So every day I'm looking at my life purpose statement. The girls in soul society are looking at their vision and they're asking in, in silence in the morning and their vision. What's my one thing. What's my greatest use of energy to align with my vision. This goes back to the book. The one thing, you know, what is the one thing you could do now that basically would make most things even void.

    (09:48):

What's that one quantum leap thing you can do that aligns with your vision. So today's spiritual practice is practice visioning and today's universal law is the law of vibration. So the law of vibration states life is a constant energy exchange through the communication of frequency. Everything is in motion, nothing is solid and change is inevitable. The vibration of your life is created by the beliefs, your beliefs and the choices you and the culture have made, which create a certain magnetism in your body, mind, and soul to the circumstances of your life. High vibration is in direct correlation to the alignment with universal law and mother nature. So your daily spiritual practice again is to practice visioning. So let's break this down for you. Here you go. Here's how you begin to vision. So you begin always with meditation, do this by finding a quiet space, getting into a meditation position, closing your eyes quiet in the mind, focusing on which is real, which is the eternal space beyond anything that is transient in the physical realm, basically begin to empty your mind, getting focused in source.

    (11:05):

Once you feel like you're really in a meditative space and one with, with the all with your oneness begin to ask your higher self opened ended questions. For example, what is my unique gift to give to the world? Just ask, don't expect any answer don't attach to you should get, you know, some perfect vision that comes through. Just allow whatever is there. What is seeking to emerge in the involvement of my calling? What is a unique purpose in this life? What

Welcome to society, the shift to the triage movement. So you did so truth

    (00:09):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together as a spiritual community in soul society, committed to enlightenment, entrepreneurship, and empowerment. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people. And how are we doing that by developing world class spiritual leaders? So let's do this thing. Okay. We come together each day to know the truth and really live in alignment with universal law and our unique divine expression each and every one of us has a unique truth. There's ultimate truths, things like that. Energy can never be destroyed and there's relative truths, which is basically what works for you. So today I wanna talk to about a very important spiritual practice language and the power of your word. You know, oftentimes we get so into meditation and we do our little 20 minute meditation or something in the morning and evening.

    (01:08):

And we forget that throughout the day is really our spiritual practice. That every thought that we buy into and think that we every, you know, judgment every non-judgment, every, every kind of principle that we live by is our daily spiritual practice. And one of the most important things is having a practice around the words that you choose to use, you know, the language and really noticing how you're speaking yourself and the world into existence, because we know that's how powerful you are. Emily Dickinson said, truth is such a rare thing. It is delightful to tell it. And so what is truth? You know, what is a powerful language that you can use? So the entire world is created into existence. By the words you choose to speak. I really want you to get this. I really want you to take on the concept that how you see the world and how you speak the world into existence is how the world is.

    (02:09):

We're that powerful. And you know, I don't know if you've ever witnessed walking into a room where, you know, there's your best friend and you turn like instantly into the best version of yourself. And then sometimes you walk into rooms where you feel like people don't necessarily like you as much, and you instantaneously feel like a different person. Sometimes it can happen in family, cuz family actually kind of holds us to our old self, if you will. And so it's important to really begin to be conscious of, of how you feel and what's creating you into existence and how you're holding other people. How do you hold somebody when they walk into your room, do they, do you see them as God? Do you see them in their full divinity or do you judge 'em right away? Because if you're judging them, then you are creating them into existence.

    (03:02):

This is a lot of the reason why people do amends and things to really have people hold them in the highest consciousness. So now taking this to the next level, into the words that you speak into existence, I want you to really begin to become conscious of how you're speaking yourself into existence. When you talked about, you know, people would go, how are you, you know, how do you speak yourself into existence? How do you speak your life into existence? When you talk about your career, how do you speak that into existence? When you speak about your friends or your partner or anything, how do you speak it into existence? Because the words that you choose to speak are creating your story and creating your beliefs in all the above. And so you were invited in an earlier, you know, podcast here to open up to the possibility that the divine reality that you, you know, live in is that you are so powerful that you literally have the power to speak and think the world into existence, you're subconscious and the entire universe is listening to every single word you say and responding with one answer.

    (04:11):

Yes, that's all the subconscious does. It says, yes, that's all the universe does is say yes. And it just responds. That is universal law. The law must respond to what you speak into the world, through the law of correlation, through the law of correspondence, through this mirroring effect of what it is, that's all the law is. It just responds with a cause and effect, nature words are powerful. Words can break someone's heart or they can lift it up. They can plant the seed of chaos or harmonize your world into an artistry of poetry words, make up the substance of books, which we read and know the powerful lyrics of the songs that change the world. Literally think about how powerful words are. They can be the creation of the start of a war, or they can be the declaration of peace. What are you speaking into existence?

    (05:08):

Words can inspire us to do things we never thought possible and birth modern inventions that help people, you know, be able to do all kinds of things. We're never able to do. Words can be the last straw and break a relationship, or they can be the vows of eternal marriage. Words are powerful. So logically and energetically, you enter into agreements based on words, contracts, right? You can sign a contract which have words basically in it. You can speak about yourself. You can speak about life. You can speak about others and it's a contract. Whether it be a actual contract or whether it be a sole contract, you are stating that. And therefore at some level, the universe has to hold you accountable to those words. So think about it. Next time you go into a lunch with a friend, notice how they speak their world into existence.

    (06:03):

Do they speak of scarcity or abundance? Do they focus on how life is difficult or how life is easy? Do they view people as having limitations or endless possibilities? Do they speak powerfully, placing their dreams into reality in that moment or in the far future of someday or never, never land? So the question here again is, do you speak and do they speak, how do people in your life begin to just have awareness and wake up, begin to have consciousness arounds? Do you speak like a victim or as someone who is a co-creator of life really get real with yourself. Like really, really begin to notice what you're speaking into existence. And if you wanna know your future, or if you wanna know another person's future, just listen to the things they say, you do not have to go to a fortune teller or a psychic.

    (06:56):

Okay. I can literally sit down with somebody and I can see how they view life. By having a conversation one hour, I can completely get their consciousness, their belief system, and what they're creating into existence. What are their choice of words? So once you become aware of this phenomenon, you often choose to be around people who see things in light. That's why you just, you just can't even, it's like, oftentimes as we're doing this work, people that no longer align with us fall off, you know, and it's okay. It doesn't mean as bad as it means wrong. Doesn't mean it's sad. It's like literally our mentality, our consciousness, our vibration is different than the other person. Our frequency is different. We're on a different channel. We're like literally living in different universe. And oftentimes people around us that just live outta scarcity and speak into existence, all these other things, but literally like just fall out of our lives and we have to get that.

    (07:52):

That's the perfection of this. So when you realize the power of your words, you usually choose to be around people that see everything for their full potential and divinity. So let's go a level deeper. Let's talk about the power of your word and the concept of integrity and being your word. So a lot of times people can be great talkers, but their actions may be less than desired. Right? People can talk or great talk, especially here in LA, but they don't necessarily back it up with the walk. Right? So what does this mean exactly? Right. This means that there is a, there's a gap. There's a gap between what they're saying and what they're doing. And this is where the integrity, um, is, is interesting, right? There is no such thing as good or bad in the universe. There's simply just cause and effect. So we call these types of words, you know, empty words because they don't mean anything.

    (08:48):

If someone keeps saying they're gonna do something, don't do anything. It doesn't mean anything. Right? So over time people's word becomes, has basically has zero power. You know, people that say things and don't follow through, have they just they're they're we just don't view them as powerful. So often you view people that do not live in alignment with their word as people you shouldn't trust, you shouldn't do business with. Right. Just part of the cause and effect doesn't mean they're bad. It doesn't mean anything. It's just like simply like, why would I believe their word? Right? So our culture has caused to believe that these are, you know, immoral people and that's not necessarily the truth. There's just a cause and effect phenomenon of the universe. And those people are training us to not believe them. It doesn't mean I moral. It doesn't mean they're bad.

    (09:36):

It doesn't mean anything. They may just, it just may be, you know, kind of, they're just still in that gap. So when someone tells you that they'll do something and they don't do it, your natural reaction is stop believing what the person says. It's as simple as that, there's something bad about it. You just stop believing what they say. And if you want to be someone whom people view as powerful, then your words must match up your actions. Nothing more, nothing less. If you want to be someone who's viewed as powerful, then your words must match up your actions. Nothing more, nothing less, okay. Words are creative substances of the experience of your life. They are the I impetus of the circumstances of your life. And they are the link between the ethereal and the physical words are powerful, really super powerful, right? They're powerful because we give them power.

    (10:29):

They mean something to us and meaning is what has us feel and experience things. So use them as the expression of who you desire to be. Who do you desire to be? And who do you wanna create yourself as into existence? May your words set, you free to live a life of love, a life. You love a life of power, love of leaders. That's what I want for you guys. I want you to, to really look at your life as the leader that you already are, you can begin to think about the leaders in your life and how they speak. If they spoke of, you know, trying or confusion or, you know, talking down about people, you probably wouldn't view them as leaders. Okay? So today the universal law is the

    Welcome to

    (00:01):

Soul society, the shift to the movement. So you did so truth

    (00:09):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to another truth, live on S principle and align with universal law. This is Dr. Aaron live from Los Angeles and it is a beautiful day. So we come together also as a community in soul society, which is basically our vision is to be the number one spiritual leaders community in the world. We're committed to enlightenment empowerment and entrepreneurship. We develop world class spiritual leaders because we truly believe that when anybody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And we are on the mission of awakening, a billion people globally. So let's do this thing. The topic today is mindfulness, and I'll never forget a morning. I have lots of mornings. It's like, I think I can really measure my life by my mornings. And I got up and I immediately went and sat down at my desk and I was like all stressed out. There was papers everywhere. I was like stressed about what I hadn't accomplished and how many sales I hadn't had. And I was projecting into the future of like, this is never gonna work out. How am I gonna do this? And it was like, all of a sudden I was able to like have an out of body moment looking and witnessing myself. And I was just like, it was automatic. Like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, slow, slow it down. and then

    (01:37):

It was almost like I was so helpless in that moment that I just went, like I took one breath and went, fuck it. And the point of it was this. It was like, if I can't enjoy this moment right here, I'm completely doing it all wrong. And then like a tornado, all the, all the teachings, all the lessons, all the spiritual principles streamed in. Remember just stay present. Remember non-judgment, non-attachment remember the miracle of listening in this divine moment. The intuition, the knowing that you have, remember who you are.

    (02:32):

And so then the breath came in. All of a sudden I took a deep breath and, and looked out. And one of the processes when you are overwhelmed that we teach in society is, is really going external. So what you do when you're overwhelmed is instead of staying in your thoughts and your, and all the mental stuff, you look out to the world and you become present through your senses. So I looked out and I looked at the beautiful candle that I had on the table. And I looked out at the room at the chandelier, the beautiful chandelier and all the beautiful, you know, interior design that was in my office and looked out the window and saw the sun. And I heard the birds and I came back into the presence of my desk and saw the papers that could easily be organized. And my asked myself, you know, in this present moment, what's the most important thing for me to do and how can I do it and really enjoy it. And so that day was of course, to get organized, you know, because it was really important that all the overwhelm was coming from disorganization and feeling overwhelmed. And so the most important thing in that moment was to just enjoy the moment,

    (04:03):

Get organized and become very intentional in each divine moment.

    (04:12):

So let's talk about mindfulness today, you know, as a, as a spiritual practitioner, I mean, that's really what we teach. If you're gonna become a world class spiritual leader, the most important thing is to get your mind right. And keep your mind, right. Which means living on spiritual principle, not just in your morning daily, spiritual practice or your evening daily spiritual practice, but really all day long in every breath and in every way. So for me, mindfulness is really staying present to living on spiritual principle. So let's break this down. What, what does it mean to be mindful and how do you live in that, in that state?

    (04:55):

So, mindfulness is, is funny that they call it mindfulness, because I feel like it's the opposite because oftentimes we identify with our minds, with our thinking, with everything. And for me, mindfulness is really letting go and detaching from the brain, from the mind, from our thoughts and it's coming and practicing the presence is really what it is. So what does it mean to practice the presence? Number one is there's a distinction which is called being the observer. So it's almost like you pretend like you are observing your life as if it's like a movie, right. And you observe the movie, you know, and you can observe your thoughts. You're not your thoughts. You're not your beliefs. You're not the circumstances of your life. And so when you begin to just observe it and become fascinated and not have attachment to it and not judge it, you can simply observe it

    (05:55):

And know that you're not the effect ever of any of it. You know, basically you can, you can explain what the observer is by explaining what the observer is. Not the observer is not, you know, in a frantic state wishing you were somewhere else. You know, there was a kind of a famous cartoon years back. And I think it had like a guy in bed with his girlfriend and it had a little thought picture of him wishing he was golfing while he's laying in bed with his girlfriend. And then the next picture is him golfing and having a little thought thing that shows him wishing he was in bed with his girlfriend. And the point is, is that if you're really mindful and becoming the observer, you're really super present to hear now, cause from a spiritual perspective, there's no past or future or whatever.

    (06:44):

That's really just right here now. And even science is proving that the mind can't multitask, the mind is powerful and the mind directs energy. And it can only, I mean, it can direct a bunch of energy if you flip flop all over the place, but it's not gonna be very powerful in it, directing energy. So becoming present right here right now is super imperative in becoming a spiritual practitioner and becoming someone who's powerful and someone who's really enjoying life. And isn't that the point of all of it. So, you know, practicing being present, you know, if you're in the past, you usually have regret or, you know, uh, something around that. If you're in the future, we say you have anxiety or could have, uh, you know, you could have depression in the past or future depend if you're not hopeful of the future. And so, you know, when you are being mindful because you're present you're right here, you're right now, you are in your senses and you are intentional of what maybe just may be that you're present that you're so intentional about being present, that you're focusing on the breath, or it may be that you're working on a specific thing and you are being very intentional to stay in that presence.

    (07:59):

So being mindful means you don't pick up your phone and be reactive. Every, you know, 10 seconds, you stay intentional, you stay intentional right here right now. And you observe and see, what am I creating? And what's the effect of what I'm creating right here, right now in every breath and in every way. So mindfulness is really being present. It's being present in and, um, practicing the principles we teach, which is basically, you know, realizing who we are. We're not our bodies. We're not our thinking. We're not our beliefs. We're not our, you know, thoughts. We are divine, spiritual brains. And so recognizing that and recognizing the power that be of our cause and effect of everything we think and everything that we do and everything that we are, meaning that it's all identity. We practice non-judgment non-attachment and we really practice the power of directing energy upon mine.

    (08:59):

We, we practice knowing that we are here to, to direct energy. So what are you directing in this divine moment right here? Right. Right now you're listening to a podcast. Your intention is to expand your mind and to learn and basically embody wisdom. That's what you're doing right now. And I don't know, maybe you're doing a hundred other things while you're listening to this podcast. And my invitation is to not, maybe you can be walking while you're listening to that, but maybe you can't do clean a house and, and get your emails while you're listening to this podcast. You're not really going to absorb it. So why are you wasting your time? You know what I mean? Like, why not do one thing super powerful? Why not? Right. So again, today is about becoming mindful and there's many different spiritual practices. There's meditation, there's visioning, there's doing prayer and affirmations and all kinds of things.

    (10:03):

For me being mindful is all the time. You're always, it's all the things you're being mindful right here right now. And if you can practice this, it becomes a muscle that can build exponentially. Being mindful is a practice at first, you're gonna try and do it. And you're gonna notice just so I can meditation your, your mind wants to take you to the future. It wants to take you to the past. It wants to take you to your cell phone. It wants to take your social media. It wants to take you all over the place. So mindfulness is constantly, constantly coming back to the present moment. And as you do this over and over and over again, it's going to become sec, second nature. It becomes automated. All of a sudden, you are just here now. And all of a sudden you get lost in the vortex of now.

    (10:52):

And that's where we say, there's a, there's like a timed tunnel. There's a vortex that happens there. You can collapse time and you become very, very potent and very, very, um, effective in what you do. You can walk into a social gathering and sit and have a conversation with another person and actually have one of the most powerful, beautiful connections ever because you're so present. We've all been on the other side where people aren't present, they're wandering off. And what they're looking across the room while you're talking to you. Um, there's a saying in self development, you're not listening. You've never listened and you will never listen because generally when people are listening to you, they have their own thoughts, their own. They're thinking about what's in it for me. What am I gonna say? How am I gonna respond? What do I think about this?

    (11:42):

They've got judgment. They've got, you know, attachment of where it's going, all that stuff. So the point is

    (00:00):

Welcome to society, the shift, the trash, the movement. So you did truth.

    (00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. Welcome to society. The number one spiritual leaders community in the world. We are committed to empowerment, enlightenment and entrepreneurship. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity founder of good morning LA land and society. And I am so excited because we come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. So today's topic is meditation. Are you kidding me? Meditation has been the foundational work for everything in my life. So years back, um, after I know you guys probably know my story of having a stillborn at the age of 22, I began to reach out, um, trying to find answers for my own suffering and my own healing. And I could not afford therapy at that point in time. I actually waited tables when I was in my twenties and just didn't have any money. And quite frankly, my family didn't have any money.

    (01:02):

And so I began to read books. And one of the common denominators that I found in books was that the great minds, all meditated and I found the great book by, um, Deepak Chopra on the, um, spiritual laws. And he said to meditate for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening. And that really was the foundation that set me on the track of my spiritual work. Once I found my subconscious work and, um, diving into track into tracking my DNA, that was the, the quantum leap for my spiritual work. But the meditation has always been the foundational work and the stable work that I always come back to. So let's do this thing. So, um, Emily caddy said in daily meditation lies the secret power and I could not, um, agree more. So I call meditation the infinite journey because it really, I believe you can go anywhere.

    (01:50):

If you spend enough time in meditation, I believe you can truly reach enlightenment. And, but I do think that if you do your inner reprogram, the subconscious mind and your DNA tracking work, you can do probably, um, uh, what you'd have to take about 20 years of meditation to do in about a year or two in subconscious work, in my opinion. And I've done both. I've been meditating for over 20 years now, and I've done many, many years of, of, of tracking the DNA and doing subconscious work. So, but let's get into meditation. Cause I truly believe that it's something that is a foundational work for all of us, just for our sanity in today's world. So let's begin by, um, with a, a story and, um, it's, it supposedly happened on May 25th, 1955, and they were building this new building in the VA horn, I believe was called at a temple that had been constructed to house a 9.8 foot tall plaster Buddhas statue.

    (02:48):

It was, I think it was like on these big grounds and they put a building there to, to house this, um, this, you know, timeless piece that they didn't know how, how old it was yet. And rumor has it that during the move of moving this plaster, uh, Buddha into the new building, uh, the ropes broke and the statue crashed a bit down on the ground and it kind of cracked the outer shell and underneath, they noticed that there was a shining object, which appeared to be a pure golden Buddha worth about 250 million. This is a true story. And the origin of the statue was uncertain, but it believed that they had been made some time around the 13th or 14th century. And then they plastered over it to prevent its theft from the Burmese invaders during the, um, deconstruction of, of the kingdom in 1867.

    (03:40):

And so this golden Buddha had become a symbol for the awakening that is revealed to meditation. It became this kind of, you know, they revered this Buddha and the golden, uh, the gold underneath it showing, having it be like a symbol, um, and a metaphor for, for what, you know, what we experience in our awakening. We have this kind of outer shell, this ego, this divided self, this falsity, if you will. But if we pull back the layers, um, like a, you know, like layers of onion or the layers of plaster of that Buddha through meditation, we begin to break down the walls of fity the false identifications. And we begin to restore the true identity that I am identity. We come to this golden, pure state that we live in, and this is the precious Buddha that lives within all of us. And I'm a true believer that it's all consciousness, whether it's Christ consciousness, Buddha, consciousness, whatever, it all comes down to one spirit and one consciousness, which is pure consciousness, the knowingness of the entire universe and beyond.

    (04:39):

So this practice of meditation, as we chip off the outer shell, which divides us from a purity and divines state of what is, we begin to reveal our true selves to ourselves. And so establish a meditation practice is really the daily spiritual practice of really merging the divided self with the true self, the lower self, the higher self. This is what we call the yoga. This is true. Yoga. Yoga is a mindful practice. We in the west have turned it into a physical practice, but yoga originally was really the merging of, of the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness. So I believe it's really all of it is merging the individual, understanding the subconscious and aligning with the cosmic consciousness and the collective consciousness and all having it be one. And in this divine moment, having an enlightenment, a moment of realizing you're all of it and that your consciousness created the entire universe.

    (05:33):

And that's your true state. You are divine. You are this pure consciousness. You're God, you're, you're the infinite you are that. And, um, if it, you know, otherwise you, you, you believe in duality, you believe in division, you, you know, you believe in something that is, that would make it, um, a divided universe and divided experience. And so I don't believe that I believe it is all one divine creation and that we can have the experience of, of not being divine. But the truth is we're always divine. So meditation for me is the foundation work of all of it. So what is meditation and how does it work? Right? So again, meditation is the medium where the individual self and the higher self meet joining into one. This is the uniting of the divided itself with the divine self. And so meditation involves a spectrum.

    (06:24):

In my opinion, when we think about meditation, I always use the metaphor of you and the sun above, right? So imagine you're sitting there and above you is the sun, whether there's clouds in the way or not, there can be clouds. And we call the clouds almost like the limiting beliefs, but the sun's always shining. It doesn't matter if there's clouds or not clouds, you always have your true self, your higher self. And so meditation is kind of a way of clearing out those clouds and realigning to the truth, which is we're an all-knowing powerful spiritual beam with the infinite infinite givingness of that sun aspect of ourself. That is, that is some which is spirit. And so this is our work to do. If we choose to, there's nothing wrong, it's all spiritual. It's not like you're better or worse if you're not, you know, knowing and experiencing yourself as a oneness, it's just for most people, it releases all suffering.

    (07:13):

It releases all angst, it releases the fear. And so it's kind of more enjoyable that goes through life when you've, uh, you know, experienced your oneness and your greatness, cuz then you just are in this world. But not of this world, right? The point of meditation is to dive and spend more and more time and experience in the spiritual realm so that you can come back into this experience of being in the physical realm and really understand that it's all one and that you're not ever in this world. You're always, you're always in the spiritual and the physical that it's all one. So there's all types of meditation. And again, there's a spectrum, right? So if you take a look and, and say, I'm one spectrum of meditation, there's emptying the mind, completely emptying the mind, letting go of all thoughts and allowing the truth of the universe to stream them on the other side of the spectrum.

    (08:00):

There's single focused meditation. This is where mantra comes in and really getting your visioning intact, where you can vision and impress upon your subconscious and universal law to manifest and demonstrate what you want. And there's all kinds of types in between. There there's transcendental contemplative, reflective mantra, walking Contra worship, yoga focus, attention, chakra, Kini, third eye mindfulness gazing, Zen breathwork sound healing, da da, da, da. It goes on and on. There's all. There's infinite ways of meditating. Okay. Hundreds of ways, for sure. And it's really up to you to know which spectrum you want to be on. But for me, I believe you should do both. You should spend sometimes really emptying the mind and going to silent meditation and sometime being single centered, focused, and, and really directing the mind. And there is a difference. Okay. So meditation serves you on every potential conceivable level.

    (08:54):

Literally it will transform your life. If you get into meditation, there is all kinds of scientific studies of how it helps grow. The gray matter helps connect nerve endings. Um, Harvard says that one of the two, you know, most important things for CEOs in today's world is meditation and building their intuitive factor. So clearly meditation is no longer for the woo woo people quite in the mind is an absolute necessity in the Harvard world. Okay. I'm sorry. In the Harvard, in the new, in the, in the modern world, right? Stress, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, all these things can be, um, dealt with through meditation. John Hopkins university looked at approximately 19,000 meditation studies and they found 47 of the studies actually met their criteria, but they found this, they found that mindfulness meditation can ease psychological stresses basically. And the reality is that 90% of people who go to doctors are stress related.

    (09:52):

So it affects everything bottom line. Okay. So let's get into this as far as meditation and what you can actually do. Okay. We also know that when you're getting into a place, what I recommend is having a space that you meditate in. I used to have a place in my walk in, um, closet. You can set a space up in the, you know, corner of your room, but I recommend being the same place each time so that you can get kind of an energetic field around it. So you can set certain times where it be 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the evening, working up to 30 minutes in the morning evening or doing more. You know, if you're a master, a lot of masters have to go for hours and hours, um,

Welcome to the doctor. Aaron show, may you live your truth. Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on S principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society. We are committed to being the number one spiritual community. Uh, we focus on enlightenment, entrepreneurship, and empowerment. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people and how we are going to do that and how we are doing that is by developing world class spiritual leaders. And so today we are going to talk about what I feel is probably one of the most important things to me in my life, which is my daily spiritual practice. And I wanna help you create your daily spiritual practice.

    (00:53):

It's fascinating because when people talk about their daily spiritual practice, they talk about what their morning routine is, what their evening routine is in a perspective, other daily spiritual practice, but we're gonna come from a perspective of what is your life. Your life is your daily spiritual practice. Who are you being every moment of the day in the four areas of your life, in your love and relationships in your career with your career and money with your health and vitality and with your creative expression. I know that every single breath you take is, has an intention behind it because where we're using our mind informs our subconscious mind and informs universal mind and reflects back all of life is the grand mirror of what we're practicing, what we are, who we're being, what our intentions are and our ways of life. So Emma Curtis Hopkins said, the world will persist in exhibiting before you, what you per persist in affirming the world is let me read that again.

    (01:48):

The world will persist in exhibiting for you. What you persist in affirming the world is how, how you see life is how it has to refresh back what you're focusing on, energizes those thoughts, those beliefs. And it has to inform that and see through that filter and filter back more and more and more. So how are you affirming life? And that is really your ultimate daily spiritual practice. What do you believe about life? And that is what has to be reflected back. So I've had, you know, I've had many mentors in my life, everything from different authors, I've read to different people. I've studied under one of my greatest mentors is a gentleman that I met some years back. It was three years before he transitioned. And, um, it wa he's a magical, magical man. He, he, he wasn't a big name out there in the field, but he had such great wisdom and became such a big, um, mentor in my life.

    (02:46):

He is in my heart every day. Um, John, I love you. And he was like a grandpa to me, probably the most loving man, um, the most loving human being man I'd ever experienced in my entire life. And I witnessed him in his transition for two weeks, as he had decided to go after having bone cancer. And it was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. And making me realize how, um, how amazing this life is and how transi it really is. We are immortal spiritual beings, and we are very much human in this existence, in this persona. And so he taught me so many things and so he'd have these great, amazing stories that would have me laugh. But one of the stories that always reminded me of him is, um, a story he told me about relating to the values of practice of a daily spiritual practice.

    (03:38):

And, um, I don't know if this story is true or not, but he said that he, he told this great story about a lady who was in New York. And, um, she was on her way to Carnegie hall for a concert and, and she was running late and she was, she didn't know where to go. And she kept going around these blocks cuz she was, she knew it was right within a block or two and she didn't have directions and she was running late and she was starting to get really frazzled. And she saw this gentleman getting into this taxi and she said, sir, sir, sir, do you know where Carnegie hall is? And she didn't realize that it was singer, um, Luciano PRA. And he kind of turned her with a real elegant stance and kind of calmed her down to see even with the way he's presence.

    (04:18):

She said, excuse me, sir, do you know how to get to Carnegie hall? And you reply with a great peace and total, you know, a total error about him. He said, practice, practice, practice. And I giggled as he, my mentor told me this because he just had this way of telling stories that had everything we ever needed to know in it. The point is this is that if you wanna get to Carnegie hall, if you wanna get to a life that you love, if you wanna get to powerful, amazing relationships, if you wanna become the entrepreneur and have a multi six figure or seven figure plus business, if you wanna have incredible vibration and be one with divine, if you wanna be expressed and be the ultimate self, the ultimate mother, husband, friend, daughter, whatever that is, practice, practice, practice, because we're, we're dealing with something we're called.

    (05:13):

We're dealing with our old habits. We're dealing with our old lineage. We're dealing with all these things. And the only way we move past it, of course, is dealing with trauma and doing our inner work and all the stuff with the truth triangle, we birth the true power and the, and your specific value, core values. And we birth your purpose and calling. But once you really know this truth, you gotta live the truth. And how do you do that? You gotta do it via your daily spiritual practice, practice, practice, practice. We know this, we know that we, we create new neurons and, and pathways and we become, we, we inform the universal law. We inform our subconscious mind and we, we develop these habits and rituals so that it becomes automated. Imagine if you were everything, your life was just automated. You were tapped into divine, you were extraordinary.

    (06:02):

You were intentional, you were developed your skill set and your mindset and everything. And it became automated. Imagine that everything was really easy. Your relationships flow because you had developed these skills and this mindset around it that had everyone thrive. Imagine how amazing and what you could actually create in your life. Instead of dealing with drama and chaos and discord, you'd have be freed up to use so much more energy to create a life that you love. And that is what a daily spiritual practice is really for to create the habits and rituals and become automated and being in extraordinary human being. So I can't imagine how much Pavarotti had to practice to master his craft. He was one of the most famous Italian singers ever. And the story makes the case that even the greatest artist must practice. What are you practicing? What is your daily practice?

    (06:56):

What is your daily spiritual practice? And of course, you know, we wanna do meditation and mindfulness and using your, you know, language with intention, visioning, having intuition further prayer and affirmations and having practices of that's really important. But the question for you that I have for you is what are you practicing every minute of every day? What are your practices in the four areas of life who are, what are your principles and who do you show up in your practices in the realm of your relationships, who are you in your practices, in the realm of money and creating financial freedom and passive income and creating a career that you love, it's alignment with your purpose and calling, who are you in the realm of health? What are your daily practices in the realm of your, of your meals? What do you put in your body and what are your practices in the realm of being expressed in all areas of your life and in your sexuality and your artist artistry in all the areas who are you, you may choose to create an extraordinary morning and evening ritual as well.

    (08:00):

You know, for years I used to have this, um, walkin closet and I had a place that I'd go in for meditation in the morning evening. And sometimes I'd spend hours upon hours in a day in that room doing my meditation in my practice. And, and I'd cherish that time so much at this chapter of my life. I don't do as much, um, of that intensive work. It's more trickled into embodiment for me, for me, my practice is really in every breath that I take out there and I can meditate while I'm driving, because you get to a place where you can just go past the mind and go to divine straight away. So let's ask ourselves and I, and I ask that, you know, you write this down today, maybe take some time today. You know, who are you being in the realm of those four areas of your life?

    (08:42):

So let's take a look at who do you wanna be in with your money and career? You know, are you, if the goal is to be powerful and productive and living in alignment with your purpose and calling in the area, you know, what do you, you know, what are are the practices? What are your action that you're taking around it? So allowing the abundance to always stay in abundance mentality instead of scarcity mentality, always bringing value, instead of asking what you can get out of people, you know, asking how you can serve and bring value, you know, what are these core principles? Are you investing in assets instead of liabilities? Are you embodying the minds that it takes to fulfill upon your dreams? Are you taking bold action? You know, do you live out of creativity instead of fear, things like that, what are your practices and what are you doing daily to allow that to happen?

    (09:28):

Are you releasing the limiting beliefs around money and letting yourself just live in the possibility, right? Let's like, take a look at love and relationships. You know, what is your goal in love and relationships? Is it peace and deep intimacy and connection? Maybe it's creating a powerful family. I don't know what that is for you, but what is your intention? What is your intention around that? And what are you doing every day, every way in your daily spiritual practice all day long to align with that, are you practicing, not making people wrong, but focusing on their divinity and their beauty and their, the miracle that they are, are you, you know, focusing on, on developing and investing time in the people that really you really care about? You know, what are these practices? Who are you being in the realm of a relationship? And are you placing boundaries on relationships that are, that get you upset?

    (10:21):

Are you having profound conversations and clear communication with people? That's a daily spiritual practice, you know, getting in touch with your emotions and sayin

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth,

    (00:09):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society. We are committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world. We're all about enlightenment empowerment and yes, entrepreneurship, because we truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and a message to bring to the world. And we believe that through entrepreneurship, we are here to awaken through, through this incredible innovation that we we're up to. So let's do this thing today. You guys take a deep breath in, through the nose, suspending the breath and exhaling out.

    (00:53):

So today we're gonna talk about creating your life purpose statement. One of the things that we do in society is we birth someone's truth. That's part of the process of reprogramming the subconscious mind. It's all about dealing with the trauma and the subconscious mind re uh, shifting to the true identity, taking back our power and getting clear of what our true values and commitments are. And then we birth our, our purpose in calling that's done through transforming the trials and tribulations into triumph, and really seeing in the lineage in past lives and this lifetime, what suffering we've gone through to realize our why, why is something, what we're up to so important to us? So we can get really clear of that purpose and calling. And then what we do is we create a life purpose statement for ourselves, and I'm gonna walk you through what that is.

    (01:47):

It's one of the most powerful things I have done for my life. So one of the most powerful quotes that has touched my life is a famous quote by Gerda, which is all about commitment until one is committed. There is hesitancy the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness concerning all acts of initiative and creation. There is one elementary truth. The ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans. That the moment one definitely commits oneself. Then Providence moves two, all sorts of things occur to help. One that would've never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision raising in one's favor, all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way, whatever you can do or dream, you can begin it. Now, boldness boldness has genius, power and magic in it.

    (02:50):

I absolutely love that quote. I've tried to memorize that quote. I don't know how many times in my life, and I just can't seem to do it. I guess that the words are so beautiful that I just need to read them and see them and be with them each time. So it brings me to a really, um, PO point in my life. And, um, you know, there's times in our life, I believe that are landmarks for us that are points and moments that shift us forever. And I, I don't believe there's one. Um, I think there's many and for me there's been many. So one day I was, um, with a dear friend of mine and he was a great artist. And I asked him one day, I said, when did you start to love art? And he began to tell me a story of when he was a little boy and he went over to the neighbor's house and he referred to his neighbor as one of the sweetest men he'd ever met.

    (03:47):

And he said the, the man began to tour him around his house. And he took him through the garage and he took him into his art studio. And he started seeing all these big pieces of wood somewhere on the ground, some were hanging and he came across this magnificent wood craving in the middle of the room carving. And the man was a, he was a wood sculptor, right? So he proceeded to tell him how he would chip away everything that was not in the form of what he had envisioned. So it wasn't necessarily about finding that vision. It was about chipping away, everything that wasn't in that vision. And I'll never forget that because it, it placed this kind of metaphor in my mind around what we're really doing here. You know, a lot of the, the spiritual work is, is really just about getting out of the way we're already divine.

    (04:39):

We're already creative, dynamic, dynamic, spiritual being our work is to get outta the way, same with the profound quote around love. Our job is not to love our job is to take down the walls between us and love, right? So this is really the art of simplifying. You could call it, right? And so I believe that creating our life purpose statement is really becoming the sculpt of her life because sometimes people go, well, I don't know what my life purpose is yet. I don't know. You know, some people have done a lot of the inner work, maybe they're part of society and they've burned their truth and they've burned their purposes calling. And they know, and when they get to writing their life purpose statement, it's so clear for them. Others have not come to that. Others are out in the world and they're like, well, what if I don't know my life purpose statement?

    (05:24):

What if I'm still going through trials and tribulations? And I haven't had triumph over stuff. This is the beauty of it, right? This is where you become the sculptor of your life. As you go through it, you begin to experiment. You could begin to go out there and discover, what do you like? What don't you like? You know, same within the romantic world, lots of friends of mine are dating and they wanna find the one. And they think they should write down some big list or whatever. And they really just haven't discovered, you know, go out there, go out there and date, discover what you do and do not like, and what is for you. And what's not for you. This is the sculptor becoming the sculptor of your life. And this is a process of creating your life purpose statement. You know, we are all about simplifying and disentangling from things you do not want.

    (06:09):

You know, we chip away the chaos, you deconstruct the suffering and you follow your bliss, but people often forget that fallen your bliss was also sacrifice. Joseph Campbell had the famous, famous quote of follow your bliss, but people forget that the quote was sacrifice and follow your bliss. You know, being a wood, chipper is a lot of work. A wood sculptor is a lot of work, right? It's not like you just walk in and there's your, your, you know, your beautiful sculpture. You have to work at that and work at that and refine it and work some more at it and, and keep looking and seeing what is still in the way of your pur perfect, um, piece of art. We clean up, we clear out, we clear down, we release all the frills and unravel what, which no longer serves us. You become the mathematician that deciphers computations to see the base of the equation.

    (07:04):

You become the scientist that boils down the substance of the primary factors. You become the therapist that feels back the layers of the onion to the heart of the matter. Simplicity is an art. Simplicity is the path of awakening. It's really about getting out of your own way. And so today, as we create our life purpose statement, we must first understand our own personal truth. And this is a process of, you know, of what I call the reprogrammed subconscious mind. We call it the truth triangle within society, and it's really birthing your true power, your true passion and your true purpose. And once you've done that, you're able to get really clear of what your actual life purpose statement is. And so in this divine moment, I know that there is a truth for you. So let's break this on down. Okay. So life purpose statement is something within society.

    (07:56):

We do every quarter. Um, at first, when I began to do my life purpose statement, it would change every quarter. And as I've gotten more and more clear in my, in my career and in my calling, it doesn't change anymore, but it did for a long time, but it would be my north star of, of every quarter because in soul society, what we do is every quarter is we, we count, we create our life, like we're the CEO of our personal and professional life. And we write out our life purpose statement, um, as, um, as kind of our, our guiding north star of our life. So we're gonna do that right now. Okay. So you might wanna get out a piece of paper and write some of the stuff down because one of the most powerful things I have ever done or I've witnessed, um, uh, the clients I've worked with do so we're gonna create your life purpose statement.

    (08:42):

So how do we do this? So basically, if you do not know exactly what you're here to do, your purpose in calling your first thing to do in creating your life purpose statement is to basically write down everything in your life that you're up to. And you basically put it into two categories. You're either like a hell yes or a hell. No, you have to put it into those two areas of your life, right? So you're gonna make a list of the things you spend time doing to put them in two categories you love, or you don't love a hell yes or a hell. No. And then you're gonna schedule the things you love to do right now. Right. Um, if you're further along the track and you know, what you love and what you're really here to do, you're gonna write it down into four sentences.

    (09:20):

Okay. So you're gonna write it down. You're gonna, you're gonna take the four errors of your life, career and money, relationships and love health and vitality, and, um, your creative expression. Okay. And you're gonna write these four sentences down in present tense as if they've already been manifested and demonstrated. You're gonna write your purpose statement in. They need to be measurable and obtainable affirmations, these four sentences. You're gonna write them down, um, basically for those four errors of your life. And you're gonna write them down a positive manner, cuz the universe only knows. Yes, it does not know. No. And you're going to finally, after those four sentences, you're going to write down what you'll give in exchange for your financial abundance, um, you desire for your life. Okay. So you're gonna say in a positive statement. So for example, in your career money, you might say, I live abundantly on X amount from my platform and investments.

    (10:15):

Okay. Um, I empower daily through my ministry and my show, right? So you're gonna have it be, you have to have it measurable. I empower a million people via my ministry and my show. Right? You're gonna have it be measurable. It's gonna be in the present t

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth. Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society, committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world. We're all about enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship, because we truly believe that when someone awakens, they bring a gift and a message to bring to the world. Our mission is to awaken a billion people and how we do that is by developing world class spiritual leaders. So let's do this thing you guys. Okay. So let's talk about leaving your legacy. The Opus Deepak Chopra said everyone has a purpose in life, a unique gift or special talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exaltation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.

    (01:05):

So I believe that we all truly desire to leave a footprint on this life. I truly believe that we are Imal and we're also human in this persona, in this form. And so there is this kind of feeling like what happens when we leave here, right? Knowing the eternalness of who we are, but also the total mortal of us. So Antonio, Lucy Vivaldi was born on March 4th, 1678 in Venice, Italy. He was considered one of the most renowned classical composers to ever live. This prolific artist left his life, literally left hundreds of pieces of grand symphonies, concertos, and masterpieces. His story is amazing in my opinion, because he left this masterpiece legacy behind his consciousness here for us to, you know, have our lives more beautiful. His story begins as a little boy who lived in, uh, I believe he lived in Venice, in Venice, and he loved the violin.

    (02:11):

He played with his father and other famous musicians who I think his father played with famous musicians. And he actually, he became a ordained priest. Um, but didn't last very long because he loved, he loved his art. He loved his music. So Z Vivaldi was a master of teaching. What I consider the law of eternality. He knew his mortality. He knew that he had to leave something behind. So he left a legacy, a body of work and gifts to this life that, that live beyond they live. Now, they live and breathe as him, right? So this law, the law of eternality states that your true essence has no beginning or end because you are a ceaseless creative source. There's no space or time in a spiritual realm. There's only one life, one mind, one spirit healing and heaven are in the present moment. And this is an immutable unchangeable law.

    (03:06):

The aspect of you that is part of you that is this immortal, eternal aspect, the knowingness of who you truly are. So Vivaldi embodied his work in such a profound level, that he became an icon of classical music. He lived it, he breathed it. He created it, and he gave his gift away to the world everywhere he went and in doing so, he was recognized and love for his gift of music. People adored him and they still adore him. What people might not know about evolving is that his talent did not necessarily translate into financial success. He did not die a rich rich man, but his life was full of riches. And I think that's the point here is that yes, I believe we can truly claim our birthright of prosperity and leave our legacy. But it doesn't mean it always is both. We have a profound ability to leave a footprint or a fingerprint on this life in many, many ways, one of which can claim your birthright prosperity and some do not.

    (04:13):

So there was an actual movie produced around this figure of Aldi. Um, it was called the Opus and basically the Opus is the legacy you leave behind in this lifetime. So Douglas Veren produced the movie, the Opus, and he said, the Opus is about creating your own personal legacy. The question is, what will you do during your brief time on earth? What will you be remembered for? Will this planet be a better place because you were here or a worse place? How can you accomplish the things you dream about most and create your grand legacy? I truly believe at some level, we, we have a knowing we have a, we have a desire to leave a legacy. Each person born on this planet, arrives with the potential to create an incredible legacy, but only some people do. And I believe it's one of the regrets we have on our deathbed.

    (05:07):

And you know, of course, maybe to love more, to live more, to have left something behind whatever that is. And so asking yourself, what is your Opus, what's yours to do? What do you wanna be remembered for? What do you wanna spend your time in this lifetime doing? What do you want to embody? What do you desire to experience who do you have to become to live that vision? So the law of attraction basically is states that what we embody is what becomes our life becomes right? The law of attraction, the mentally equivalent, if you will, the embodiment of whatever it is that you truly desire to experience. So the law of attraction is not about sitting in meditation, envisioning what you desire. It is about the embodiment of that, which you desire to experience. So if you, you desire to be wealthy, then be someone who embodies great wisdom of wealth and how to create wealth and helping others to become wealthy.

    (06:04):

Right? If you desire to be an Oscar winning actor, then embody the skills to be the best possible actor and the knowhow of, of getting that into production. If you desire to experience love, then be the most loving person, you know, and really begin to understand what other people need for their love to be fulfilled. You are not here to win the rat race of materialism. You're here to experience the depth of your soul in form. Potentially the highest yield is to measure yourself by the number of people that you touch in this lifetime. I'll say that again. And this is what I truly believe. Legacy is potentially the highest yield is to measure yourself by the number of people that you touch in this lifetime, or maybe it is to produce the experience of being fully alive. So no matter the vision, whatever you embody is what form your life takes place.

    (07:00):

You are the greatest product be legendary. And so on that note, I know perfection of this day, knowing that people are awakening and people are tired of keeping up with the Jones, that there's something more emerging, happiness, fulfillment, true depth, fulfillment. And that's what I think we're here. You can have all the money in the world and be bankrupt money. Yes. Money's a beautiful thing. It's another aspect of God. And I truly believe that we can have both abundance and a legacy and a fulfillment, but I believe that people just go for money. They generally are not very happy. So what is your purpose in calling and how do you bring that into making a difference in the world? That's the true, that's true wealth, in my opinion. So true wealth is your very essence. You are an abundant, spiritual being infinite innovator and extraordinary creator.

    (07:54):

You are worth more than all the money in the world on all the planet. And your consciousness has the wisdom to liberate everything on this planet. Wealth is a state of being, which means you bring your wealth to everything and everyone, wealth is being helpful. Everywhere you go. It is serving, giving, expressing in a way of being that the world reflects you, that which you are. And so asking again, what is your legacy? So today's universal law is the law of eternality. Your true essence has no beginning or end because who you are is the ceaseless creative source. There is no space or time in the spiritual realm. There is only one life, one mind, one spirit healing and heaven are in the present moment. This immutable and unchangeable aspect of you is the part of you that is eternal. You are immortal. And so knowing this, you are immortal and you are very human in your persona.

    (08:54):

So what, what do you wanna leave behind for your eternality Bali was a master of this. So today's practice is to live with intention. What limiting beliefs do you have about the creative expression and dreaming? Did you, were you around people that thought dreaming and making a difference in the world was only for, you know, delusional people for those artists and creators, but you know, not for you, or maybe you feel like you're too old or too young, or maybe your parents, you know, taught you that you have to, you know, struggle and hustle for work and that you need to pay your bills and that you don't get to be creative and leave some legacy. What did your culture tell you about being creative? What did the movies tell you about being creative? What did the media and magazines and social media have told you about leaving a legacy, maybe that you need millions and millions and millions upon dollars to do it?

    (09:51):

Is that a lie? Is that a limiting belief? So beginning to list, the times you handed your power over to doing the right thing, instead of really taking the risk and fulfilling upon your dreams and your legacy taking inventory, you know, what is it that you really wanna do? Having that hard conversation with you yourself in the mirror and asking yourself, you know, who do you need to be, what you need to embody to fulfill upon your mission here, upon your purpose in calling and upon the legacy that you wanna leave to your family or for the world, or for whatever that is. And so today's challenge is to take 10 minutes to journal. What would you like to be remembered for? What will the world remember you for? Right? So will the world be a better place or a worse place because of you and whose lives would you like to positively impact?

    (10:40):

You know, what would you like to master in this lifetime? And so on that note, I just know you are the legacy that as you embody the legacy of whatever it is, touching people's lives, and it doesn't have to be some masterpiece of, uh, concerto, right? It may be the most loving person that touched and helped and healed people. And I know society, we are community of spiritual leaders, and that's really the legacy that we're leaving. We're leaving people healed. We're leaving the legacy of completing DNA cycles in family lineage and allowing people to really take back the true power that they are really birth their, their specific values, what they're committed to birthing their purpose and calling, and really giving people a life that is so fulfilled. And so it's such an honor to be leaving my legacy here through society, through the different, um, platforms I run and just knowing that anyone can leave a grand legacy, have a beautiful day. And may you live your truth? Thanks again for tuning in to Dr. Aaron and soul society podcast, I'd

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth. Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on S principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and we're committed to awakening a billion people globally. And how we're gonna do that is by developing world class spiritual leaders that embody the truth, that know universal law, that know how to reprogram the subconscious mind and know how to do spiritual coaching. So the topic today is basically your purpose in calling. I think that one of the primary reasons why people come to do work with me, subconscious work, spiritual work is they want to birth their purpose in calling.

    (00:56):

And it's one of the expertise. One of the most amazing gifts that have come outta this is the ability to help people in that, in the birthing of the truth and the, their purpose in calling. So today's title is the call transforming, suffering to victory, and that's where it all begins. The calling and your purpose in calling always begins with doing the inner healing and transforming your suffering to victory. And when you learn that victory, that in that victory, there is a purpose in calling. So PLO Picasso said the meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away. The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.

    (01:42):

So there are moments when something happens in most everyone's life, something traumatic life alters your entire perceptions transforms instantaneously. For me, that was 23 years ago when I was holding my stillborn son and my arms ID just give birth to him. And I really realized in that moment that there was, there was something really going on here that I need to figure out what the hell I was doing in this life. And, um, back in the day, when you have a stillborn, they have you grieve your stillborn. I am sure they probably still do this. I don't know, but they had us birth his I'm sorry, bathe his body, take pictures with his body, you know, and just grieve the whole process. And the next morning I woke up and I was, you know, just kind of a little crazy cuckoo from the whole thing.

    (02:34):

And I was supposed to pick out and earn for him at the mortician house. So I went down there thinking, well, I'll just get some more pictures. And, um, and I told him morticians, you know, I like to get some pictures. And he said, I'm so sorry, sweetie. Your, your baby has been informal the HDE, but I will, you know, get a room ready for you. So you can do some grieving. So he said, give me a moment. And he went down and he get it all, got it all prepared. And he walked me down into this basement room and it was literally seen out of the, as the movies, there was red drapes and it was dark. And, and here this, this ho this hospital bed was in the middle of the room. Can't talk today and his little body was on it. And he said, go ahead and take as much time as you want.

    (03:16):

The mortician said. So he closed the door behind me and I kind of took a deep breath and I realized, okay, we're probably not gonna be taking a lot of pictures. So I, you know, set the bag of clothes that I'd brought to take pictures with down on the ground. And I walked over to the hospital bed and I looked down in his little body, which was, you know, had been forhe for 24 hours and was kind of wiled to say the least. And I just sat there with that, like that, you know, that lump in your throat and the weight on your shoulders, just crying and feeling so alone. I was alone in this dark room with my baby's body and just thought, how could life be so cruel? If there's a God, how could he be so cruel? And I cried and I cried. And then I just, I sat there and all of a sudden that moment, I looked at his body and I realized he's gone. His body's here. We're not these bodies. And I committed in that moment to figuring out what the hell we were doing here, how to heal my suffering. And I just committed. I committed to awakening really. I didn't know it at that point in time, that that's what the process was gonna be.

    (04:29):

And I just, I truly believe that, you know, there's such blessings in these moments. That was one of the greatest blessings in my life because it gave me my awakening. I never, in a million years that I'd become a doctor of divinity, um, and teach spirituality. My only intention was to heal myself from suffering and to really discover my true essence. Um, you know, but what happens as Joseph Campbell says is the teacher, you know, student becomes a teacher. So as I began to embody the work and really become obsessed with consciousness, become obsessed with the awaken, you become obsessed with reprogrammed, subconscious mind and all the philosophies and all the revelations. It was clear. One day I woke up and I knew, oh, oh, my purpose in con has been with me the entire time. And I was crying and I feel it right now. And I know that no matter where you are in your life right now, no matter how hard it is, trust me, it's already being birds. It's already been birds. You already know your purpose in calling at a core core level. And that's the beauty of prayer. Prayer's already answered. Whatever you seek. Whatever's lacking is already there in the universe. It's already the potential with even just the concept and the, and the, and the consciousness that even would consider something being of lack, creates it instantaneously.

    (05:58):

I truly believe that the blessing adversity resides in the transformation of suffering to victory. And this is a shift within consciousness to understand how life is always, always, always unfolding for you to awaken into your purpose and calling. So, again, I know there's lots of people out there. There's people that come all the time, DME and reach out one, figure out their purpose in calling. And I truly believe that you can find it, that you, people, most people look out to the world. They look out thinking, well, maybe I'll model after this person, or maybe I should do it. The other person that it's never done like that your purpose in calling is spoken from within it's spoken from within. And I mean, does everybody have to go through a traumatic experience to birth their purpose in calling? Probably not. But I do believe that that's the most common way, the most common way that I, that I witness people birthing their purpose calling.

    (06:55):

And it's usually their triumphs plus their passions plus their skillset. That is the formula, your triumphs plus your passions. Plus your skillset equals your purpose in calling. So, you know, it is a big thing. Purpose in calling is a huge thing such in our culture where we've placed such significance on how much money you make, what do you do? You know, it's a full on identity. And, and I believe that there is a knowing of your purpose in calling that is beyond the walls of, of having to put it into an identity in that it becomes a service. It does, it becomes a, a Dharma, and it does become your identity, but it comes from an authentic identity, not a limited identity, not trying to please the culture, not trying to be good enough, not trying to keep up with the Jones that as we empty the consciousness of everything, that, that the world's put us into, what our parents told us, we do, which the school should told us to do all that stuff.

    (07:57):

And we begin to live from a place of authenticity. We begin to, to give of service everywhere because we've been there because we know what that suffering feels like. And what I know for sure is we can't keep anything in this universe unless we give it away. And this is the transformation, spiritual gift of life. This is the paradox of life and suffering in some strange twisted way. It's working for you for your evolution, for your growth at all points in time. And that's why we say it's all love, inspirational people like, and Frank, Joan of arc, Terry wait, Nelson Mandela are just a few who have endured the darkest of darkest of deaths. The dark night of the soul suffering, suffering, suffering yet carved a beauty in their wake, more powerful than their suppressors. And so I certainly know that darkness, I know that suffering.

    (08:59):

And so today, the, the law of the day is the law of drama. This is your drama. This law states that each person has a special gift, a unique purpose, and a message to bring to the world. You have a unique talent that no other individual in the world or universe has. And through the intention of working for the highest good and at a service, this law unlocks the divine with him. The entire cosmos has a line for you to take on physical form, to fulfill this calling. There's a message and a gift within you that the world thirsts for you are the only person in the entire universe with this divine purpose. Your divine purpose is your destiny. And so today's practice is to live with purpose. Remember the formula for birthing your purpose and calling it is your triumphs plus your passions, plus your skill set or talents you could say, okay, so make a list of your skills, talents, and knowledge, make a list of your passions and potential ways you could turn your passions into valuable services, make a list of the hardest experience you've ever gone through and list the victories you've had over these challenges.

    (10:14):

And finally make a list of how you feel you could help others who are going through similar situations. And so what I know for sure is that your purpose con calling is birth through life, through this beautiful unfoldment of all the suffering, all those trials, knowing that that is what you're here to do, cuz that's what you chose to experience. (00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth, live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in society committed to in enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they a gift and message to bring to the world and our mission is to awaken a billion people globally. And we do that by developing world class spiritual leaders. So let's get into the truth. So today we're talking about healing. The innate wisdom within Leonardo DaVinci said simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. And I think that is what it comes down to. When we talk about healing, our true work is really revealing. That is why we are considered doctor, doctor divinity we're doctors, because we heal through revealing.

    (00:59):

So just as consciousness can create disease, it can also create good health and wellbeing. The same energy that can back us against the wall of incurable disease is the same energy that creates Olympian champions. So we to know the truth, the truth is that we always have choice. We always have will. And we also have the car debt of what we've created as a culture. And knowing this, that things like cancer, things like this disease, things like different disorders come from the out picture of the choices that we have made the culmination. As we have said of consciousness, knowing that our choices are important and we become the effect of our, of our choices, but we always have new choice. We always can recreate. So the ideal scenario is to create a culture that nurtures and teaches our children, how to consciously live every day from day one in alignment with universal law and with mother nature.

    (01:58):

And we have so far to go. I believe that we're gonna have a lot more breakdown before we have the breakthrough as a culture. There's gonna be a, a lot more disease, unfortunately. And so it's really imperative that we begin the process of having a great daily spiritual practice and knowing that we are not these bodies, we're not the effect. And that we do have, we have to, if we wanna experience good health in the physical form, we have to align and abide by the rules that we have created for this universe, which is alignment, which is harmony, which is being one with mother nature. And if not, we feel disc discord and, and disease. And that's just the truth of the matter. So the question is how do we go beyond the toxic world to set ourselves free? And I believe that first, we must believe that it's possible.

    (02:44):

We believe that it's possible to cure and heal our, our culture and ourselves. So in, in 1993, the Institute OIC science published spontaneous remission. So this is the possibility, basically this work of Carl Hershberg in the late Brendan Ogan defines spontaneous remission as the disappearance complete or incomplete of a disease or cancer without medical treatment or treatment that is considered inadequate to promote resulting disappearance of disease symptoms or tumor. This means that spontaneous remission means that what the freak just happened, right? This project included the largest database of medically reported cases of spontaneous remission in the world with more than 3,500 references for more than 800 journals in 20 different languages. These guys were bad asses. They went for it. They did a lot of work. Okay. So how did these spontaneous remissions occur? That's the question? Right. So Kelly Turner, Dr. Kelly Turner PhD, she was training at Harvard and she actually set out to find the answers.

    (03:54):

So the first, the first guys went and they, they got all the cases together. And then Dr. Kelly Turner went and, and basically interviewed him. She actually traveled the world, interviewing the patients and basically finding out what the common denominator was in the proactive actions of these people for radical remissions, right? So she basically concluded there's nine healing factors, a radically changed their diet. They radically changed their diet B number two, they took control of their health C number three, they followed their intuition D four. They use herbs and supplements E five released suppressed emotions, F six increased positive emotions. G what is that? Eight, um, sevens are embraced social support, H eight deepened, their spiritual connection. And finally nine. They had a strong reason for living. So again, I'm, Marie's off RA. They radically changed their diet. They took control of their health themselves. They really did take control.

    (05:00):

You know, they didn't just rely on one source, the doctor, whatever next they followed their intuition. They knew in inside of us, there's some level that we know there's a knowing of what we really need to do to heal next. They did use herbs and supplements, knowing that in the cells, we've got to cleanse them and we've got to give them the nutrients they need to heal. And they release repressed emotions. We know that emotions and stress are the number one killer. It's the number one reason why people go to doctors and next they increase their positive emotions. We know that positivity helps and raise the vibration and heals through that parasympathetic and then embrace social support. Very important to feel like we are, we are supported in the universe and next they deepened their spiritual connection. And lastly, they had a reason. We know that the reason is the most important thing for people to live.

    (05:53):

So given it's impossible to heal under stressful lifestyles. It literally, we can't the body can't rejuvenate. That's why things like CBD and stress and meditation and all these stress releasers are so important. And I don't use CBD, but this is why it's such a, a craze in our culture. How do we deal with stress? We have a lot of stress. How do we deal with that? Do we get more sleep? Do we go on vacation? Do we go align with mother nature? Do we take a salt bath? How do you rejuvenate? How do you decrease your stress? So hoc Havo said that nature itself is the best physician. When you align with your body and mind and spirit and the natural laws of the universe, there's nothing like going to walking on the beach or going in, sitting by a waterfall or, you know, doing something that's with nature.

    (06:42):

Nature does heal, you know, put this salt in your bath. This is nature. This has a natural, a natural healing aligning factor to it. This gets the vibration up and embodies our magnetism, our charismatic longevity, our natural state, the solar Plex is unified in this. When we tap into our truth and align with our purpose in calling and all the above, there's so much to aligning for spontaneous recovery, right? But it's possible if we believe, if we choose to direct our consciousness. So today your challenge is to relax and rejuvenate. That's the daily spiritual practice to relax and rejuvenate universal law of the day is a law of healing. Healing is down through the revealing of truth. You have the power to heal through the power of your mind. You have been endowed with an infinite intelligence and innate healer within aligning with mother nature.

    (07:41):

And the universal laws allows the symptoms, the symptoms to go away, negativity, toxic, the stress, all the indicators that you're not aligned. So today's daily spiritual practice again, is to relax and rejuvenate. Today's challenge is to journal for 10 minutes, ask yourself, how do I lower the stress in my life? Maybe you could take 10 minutes to go for a walk or journal or do whatever. And when could you, what could you say no to, to simplify your day, knowing that simplicity is the ultimate healer? How do you say no to social media or turn away from, you know, different things, turn on the classical music, whatever that is. And what could you do today to relax and rejuvenate taking a dub, a bubble bath or whatever that is for you. I simply know the truth that within you is an innate healer. That spontaneous recovery is completely possible when you align with your truth with universal law law, with mother nature. And so today I just say, healing is your birthright. Healing is your birthright. And as I've worked with so many people in subconscious work, what I have found is until somebody releases the, the identity of having the struggle as somebody who always is struggling with health, it's not possible. You've got to understand and see yourself and believe that it's possible. That's the most important thing belief. And so I know today, healing, healing and more healing through the revealing of truth. May you live your truth?

    (00:05):

    Truth,

    (00:09):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society, committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when someone awakens, they have a gift and message and to bring to the world, and we are committed to awakening a billion people across the globe by developing world class spiritual leaders. So let's do this thing you guys. So today we are gonna talk about the cause talking about health and wellness and the culmination of consciousness, really the cause is the culmination of consciousness. We know it all begins in mind. Socrates said there is no illness of the body apart from the mind. And this is so true.

    (01:01):

So reflecting back on working with clients around health, generally, I don't have people that come for to work with me around health. A lot of times they're dealing with money relationships, and, um, I used to work with a lot of addicts. So I remember one year, this was a long time ago. This was like around 2010. I was actually putting a couple of clients through a cleansing program. And one of them was actually had struggled with drugs, um, throughout the life. And the other one just felt they needed to cleanse the body and they were just kind of going through a cleansing their life. And so they began to go through this intense, um, sauna work, um, taking niacin and supple and oils and tons of water and spending a lot of time in the sauna to sweat it out. I'm a true believer that if we wanna cleanse, you know, we can begin to cleanse by, uh, drinking juices, whatever I prefer to do sauna work, cuz I believe it goes outta the skin and you don't have as much of a side effect of all the toxins going through the body.

    (02:00):

In fact, I believe that a lot of people, um, can cause more damage by dislodging a lot of toxins and having it go into their organs and things like that. So I'm a big auto, uh, sauna person. So anyway, I was taking these two clients through, uh, a sauna cleanse and it was interesting because I witnessed one of them, the one who had done a lot of drugs began to basically have all the drug residues come back into their body as they were doing the sauna work. And they actually began to get high while they were in the sauna. The other person who just basically wanted to cleanse his life, um, noticed that, you know, he went through some side effects as well. He also noticed that his hair started growing back while he was in the sauna. There was like, all these different side effects were really fascinating, but over the course of a couple weeks, they began to cleanse it all out and it began to really flush out.

    (02:52):

And at the end of the two weeks, they both basically both came to the realization that they felt better than they ever had in years. They felt more clear. They felt just better energy. They had mental clarity. All the, their skin looked better, everything was better. And the point is, is that when we are awakening, it's really important that we've gotta deal with whatever's going on in the body. So it's really hard to deal with people cuz majority of us have dealt with pesticides in our, you know, bodies or drugs or alcohol or whatever that people have tried over the course of the years. There's an intelligence and it's almost like the body wants to remember the substances and keeps it in the fat system because it's a, it's easier way of dealing with it than actually having to, you know, put it through the system.

    (03:41):

So when I'm dealing with clients, ideally it would be amazing for everyone to be able to go through a pure purification cleansy process. Not everybody can, but I highly, highly recommend I've witnessed miracles, literally people growing back hair, um, just all kinds of awakening, uh, things happening life, just getting better for people through this process. So as we get into the depths of what it means to have health have vitality, we have to recognize that it all begins in mind. It's a culmination of consciousness, but we have to understand that culmination of consciousness can out picture into the, our environment, right? What we chose to do always began in mind, what we chose to do as a culture in our environment, as we chose to do, you know, whether we did drugs or alcohol or whatever that is. But the, we have to remember that it all began in mind.

    (04:36):

Everything begins in mind, even the environment that we choose to put ourself in or the environment that we choose to create. So even though we do have to deal with the physicality, even though we do have to deal with that, we have to go back to the power of decision in mind. And so in this, I know that restoring harmony, restoring wellbeing, restoring vibrant vitality, we have to deal with the toxins in our body. We have to deal with the toxins and our emotions and so on and so forth. You know, um, it is said that 90% of all health related visits to the doctor are stress related, right? So what's worse for you, a candy bar or getting upset, not sure about that. Um, Dr. Alexander Haskel, um, has a simple analogy of a scale stating that at the birth, the scale is tipped to the right side, which represents health and on the right side, all the natural ability of the body.

    (05:36):

And as we grow up and get more toxins from the environment and our food and our emotions, the left side of the scale begins to burden down and we begin to get out of, out of sync. And so we have to cleanse and detox and remove those things from the left side of that scale so that we can come back into balance. There truly is an intelligence that can create miracles in the body, but we have to get out of its way. Our work as our spiritual work is not to, you know, we're already divine. We're already that intelligence. Our job as human beings is to, to cleanse, to get rid of the limiting beliefs, to get rid of the toxins that is our work to do always. So, um, also having authentic life, you know, living in alignment with our truth and everything else is so incredibly important, but so we all know this there's an intuitive factor with all this.

    (06:31):

And so we know that the conscious mind, the subconscious mind all comes together spiritually in what's basically considered the limbic system in that gut feeling that vagus nerve that comes right into the, the, the core of our stomach, that gut, that's why we call it the gut. There's a gut intuitive factor that supposedly links in the spiritual mind with the conscious and subconscious mind. All right there, we know, we know when we're in alignment with that solar plexus, we know when we're in alignment with our truth and with, um, what's best for our highest good. And so we have to tap into that all points in time. So the question is, how do we get into the high energy? How do we get away from disease? We know that it is done through of course, reading the body of toxins, rid the mind of limiting beliefs.

    (07:21):

It comes to an interesting study with Google, Google, who is a universally, you know, profound company that basically has 120 internal trainers delivering the energy project. They actually came up with what's called the energy product project. And what they found is that people need to align to their, their highest vibration through being in alignment with their purpose, to being in alignment, with physical emotion, mental emotion, and spiritual emotion. And you can do this by getting in alignment with your truth basically is what Google is finding. You know, it's kind of funny, right? So we know that toxins and what's happening in our world is crazy. 41% of Americans will be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime. And around 21% will die from cancer. Um, research is showing now that the environment causes of cancer is really one of the primary sources. And so we have to know that we have to consciously choose to put ourselves in healthy environment.

    (08:21):

So my question for you to ponder yourself today is are you in a good environment? Are you in a healthy environment? You know, emotionally and with the food you're eating and everything else that is a choice and a deci a decision in mind. And so treating the symptoms is great, but we really have to get to the cause. And what is the cause? The cause is always consciousness. What are you choosing to do? All this ease is spiritual. And so again, we've been brainwashed to this concept of that. It's external and in the book, the B excuse me, biology of belief, um, Bruce Lipton, uh, states that only 10% of destiny of health is through our genes that we literally turn on and off genes, depending on again, the environment that we put ourselves in and how do we choose that by the power of our mind?

    (09:10):

And so we have to know this universal law, this intelligence that breathes as you and me knows, you know, Dr. Andrew wheel MD states that one half of all adults suffer adverse effects from stress. One half of adults suffer adverse effects from stress. And we know that the moment that we assign a negative or positive mean to anything, we have a positive or negative emotion and feeling that comes with it. So really becoming mindful and understanding what works for you. What does not work for you? Are you putting yourself in environments around EMFs, all the toxins from your computers and your phones? Are you having GMOs from your food? Are you having pesticides, chlorine in your water fluoride in your toothpaste, pollutants in the air? This is the decision. This is called waking up. It's not always easy because it takes responsibility. And so today the challenge of the day is to align with mother nature.

    (10:07):

The universal law today is the law of mentalism. And this states that there is a divine source and intelligence inherent in all of life. It establishes and regulates the phenomenon of how elemental forms of matter relate. This law dictates the chemistry, biology, and science, and the mechanics of the world. This natural design brings structure and standardization to create in a context of organization. This is a mental universe and it is a law of cause and effect. And so, again, the challenge today and the daily practice is to align with mother nature. I challenge you to go for a walk in the park, watch the sunset or sunrise, make a meal with whole
