    (00:00):

Are you somebody who's had a spiritual calling and you are desiring to monetize your spiritual gift so that you can make an impact in the world. Well, then you want to listen to this today. I'm gonna give you my entire methodology front to back, everything of how to become a six to seven figure spiritual leader and coach. And I am so excited to do this with you guys today. Okay. So first of all, I just wanna say, I am so honored to spend this time with you. I know that if I can become a world renowned spiritual leader, you can too, let's do this thing. Okay. So first of all, I just wanna say that if you're somebody that is struggling, you've had a spiritual calling, but you're not quite sure how to make it into a career. Maybe you've, you know, done a lot of work already, but you're not quite sure you haven't built a framework or maybe you are struggling to get clients.

    (00:51):

You are putting yourself out there. You're bringing a lot of value, but you're having a hard time getting your first clients, or maybe you already have clients, but you're struggling to get consistent in your income and be able to scale in what you're doing. Or maybe you're somebody that is still in a traditional job or a corporate job, but you are having a calling and you don't know how to transition into and make the quantum leap into what you truly wanna do, which is spiritual work. Or maybe you already have a business and you're ready to implement and bring spiritual principles into your business. No matter where you are this entire, uh, episode, this methodology front to back is gonna really give you a very clear, concise understanding of what it takes to implement and do this in your business, whether you're online or whether you're out in the world.

    (01:37):

This methodology is something that I've taken me decades to, to hone down and to get to a place where I'm able to teach it and implement it and have people have great transformation in their personal professional lives. Okay, so let's do this thing. So again, I'm Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity, founder of new thought global and society. And I'm also international bestselling author. Obviously I have a top rated podcast. I'm a mother. And, um, the truth is that I am just so honored to be the 20, 20 Walden wisdom award next to Oprah Winfrey, Greg Braden and Michael Beckwith Forbes nominated me as 11 of the most inspirational FEMA entrepreneurs to watch on Instagram. And so the truth is, if I can do this, you guys, you can do this. I was a young struggling mother. I came from a background that I was really had no principles.

    (02:27):

My parents were divorced. I was date raped in high school, had bulimia from 17 to 20. I had, um, I thought all my problems would get, uh, solved. If I just got married, I ended up getting married and have a stillborn full term, stillborn 22, which sent me on a spiritual track. So it's been 25 years of seeking truth. So the wisdom that I'm gonna bring you today, you want to turn off everything. You want to get a pen and paper out. You want, you'll probably listen to this a couple times because there's so many truth bombs and, and incredible business, uh,

    (02:59):

Hacks here and everything else. Okay. So let's do this thing. So I'm gonna break you on through the three ways we help spiritual base people monetize. Okay. Doesn't matter if you wanna be a coach or you already are, whether you are wanting to be a practitioner or rise up into a doctor divinity, or whether you already have a soul based biz and sell services or products is going to apply to all of you. Okay? So it's three ways we help spiritual entrepreneurs, Mon monetize. I'm gonna break on down our entire mindset, uh, framework my entire mindset framework, doing all the trauma, work, everything. And then also the skill set, the most trusted and proven six step system in the industry that coaches that are 6, 7, 8, 9 figures use. Okay. And then expertise. So how we, how we build and train and develop and certify expertise in the industry of spiritual work.

    (03:48):

Okay. So let's do this thing. So first of all, the three ways that we help spiritual entrepreneurs, because we recognize if you have a spiritual calling, right? You're like I've had this spiritual calling. I love work. I love consciousness. I love this entire thing. Maybe you've gone through some different programs. You've done a lot of inner work. Now, what, how do you actually monetize? How do you make your love, your passion for spirituality into something that you're able to do to actually make enough money to sustain yourself and way beyond that, to be able to actually make an abundance of, of, of monetization, because we understand money is just an exchange of energy and the truth is the universe is only abundant. So the three ways that we help spiritual entrepreneurs monetize is number one, by helping them get their mindset. Right? So that they actually believe because we, we know that when somebody hasn't done their true inner work, they, first of all, won't believe they're worthy of making, you know, six or seven figures.

    (04:47):

They also will sabotage what they are trying to do, or three they'll end up having a lot of money, but they aren't fulfilled cause they're not doing what they wanna do. So we first and foremost, which is the most important thing is we help them get their mindset, right. And we're gonna get into how we do that. Okay. The second way that we help entrepreneurs monetize is we train and develop them in the most proven and trusted, uh, business six step system that 6, 7, 8 figure coaches use across the board. Okay. And thirdly, the way that we help spiritual entrepreneurs monetize is by training and developing and certifying them in certain modalities. Okay. So for example, we had a, a coach that came in, she had already been through a great program. It was a great mind, uh, like sales, tactic bus, very business oriented, and Clara was, uh, she was doing okay.

    (05:46):

She was very inconsistent, but she also was finding that she was getting burned out. She was hustling. She was doing all this stuff because she was really trying to keep up with other influencers. And when she came into new thought global and society, what happened was she ended up doing her deep, deep work and birthing her legacy and birthing her true purpose and calling. And she ended up, um, really excelling. She actually had her first $42,000 month. And she actually said she didn't get burnout anymore because she was so in alignment with what she really was here to do on this planet. The second is for skill. So for example, um, there was a woman, her name was Christie and she's amazing. She's over in Hawaii. And we train and develop also, and how to launch like a five day challenge. And Christie came in, she applied the principles and the first month she launched a five day challenge with only 33 people in it.

    (06:37):

And she ended up doing her first $10,000 month. Okay. So if she, she, you know, she had like a couple clients before that was it. She only had, like, she barely had made any money ever in the industry. She didn't know how to do it. Exactly. She had built somewhat of a framework, but not, not much at all. And she had a first $10,000 month and was able to understand how to keep doing five day challenges and how to make it really work. Um, the third example for expertise, um, we have a great coach, her name's Carly, she's amazing. Um, she implemented the E four trauma method into her existing coaching, uh, practice. And she actually, for the first time had consistent $20,000 a month because she was getting such profound results on her client through the E four trauma method. Okay. So we wanna understand that if you truly have this desire, then the truth is that there's a way, okay.

    (07:32):

If there's a will, there's a way, and your will is actually God's will. Okay. There's no difference. It's really just tapping into the authentic will that you are. So we have to look at who are we? You know, why, why would you want to do these, this part of, of new thought global? Well, new thought global. If you're not familiar with us and our community, we are part of a movement that has been around for, you know, centuries. It's actually what we call new thought ancient wisdom, because it's nothing new. We actually teach truth. We teach metaphysics of mind. We teach spiritual awakening. We teach and how to reprogram the subconscious mind because the subconscious mind is one with the divine mind, it's subjective mind, right? So we create, we, we basically teach the creative process. It is part of there's about 1500 spiritual centers that are alignment with us, um, unity and, uh, science and mind, and a bunch of things.

    (08:23):

We are not dogmatic. We're not a religion in new thought global. Uh, we teach the power of the mind. We teach the power of energy. We PE we teach it there as a consciousness, which is your true self and it's source and it's spirit. And it is the first cause of all of life. And this is what is creating your reality. And each individual has the use of that one use of all potential and they individually use it, but it is, it can be bounded by the limited beliefs in your subconscious mind, from trauma, from all kinds of things. And we teach how to clear out the soul, clear out the subconscious mind so that you're able to manifest and demonstrate in a way that you've never been able to before. Okay. So, so how do we do this? We're gonna get into that. Okay.

    (09:08):

So who we are is we are a, a community that develops world class and world renowned spiritual leaders. That really is our mission. Our mission is to awaken a billion people on the planet and how we really like know that we're gonna fulfill upon that mission is by developing and training, spiritual entrepreneurs, spiritual coaches, spiritual practitioners, um, new thought teachers and ministers. And of course, doctors of divinity. Yes. Okay. So we wanna get into this. So let's break on down the actual, my entire methodology for the skillset, the expertise, um, and your mindset. Okay. The three things, the mindset, your skillset and your expertise. These are the three ways that we help spiritually based people monetize. Okay. So number one, let's go into this mindset. This is all about the spiritual mastery. And we recognize it until we deal with our subconscious mind, until we deal with our, our consciousness.

    (10:04):

I can give you all the skillset in the world, but it's not going to work. Right. It won't work. If you don't understand that you're and you believe in yourself, right? So mindset, we teach and train pr

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

    (00:18):

Are you overwhelmed, confused, and maybe stressed out about everything going on in the world right now? Are you maybe even going to apathy feeling a little hopeless or alone, or maybe you are really concerned about things politically or in the realm of health and economics and everything going on? Well, if you are overwhelmed and confused, you definitely wanna listen to this podcast. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron podcast. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We truly know and believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So this is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity training, developing world renowned spiritual leaders. We train and develop spiritual coaches in the E four trauma method. We train and develop spiritual practitioners, and we're just opening up the ministerial program and the doctor of divinity program.

    (01:09):

So I'm so excited, but today heavy on my heart. I wanna talk about what's going on in the world and how to deal with feeling overwhelmed, confused, and stressed out about everything going on, whether it be that you're in the polarization of the jab or not the jab, the COVID, everything going on with that, or politically all the discord going on around that, the economical inflation and just the decrease in dollar and all the different economical things going on, global warming, everything that's having so much fear happening, whether you're dealing with feeling like it's groundhogs day or whether you're dealing with codependency in the middle of everything, flaring up from the discord of everything happening in the world, or whether you are, you know, even thinking suicidal thoughts, please call and get help. Okay. Whether you are feeling lonely or whether you are having health issues or whether you really truly are afraid of COVID still, or the jab or whatever's happening.

    (02:12):

I want to handle this right here right now. That is my promise. And that, it's my commitment for you to fully listen to this podcast and walk away with a new found truth and, and something to know through all this that is unshakeable that is unstoppable, and that is untouchable. So let's go. So last night I went to a friend's launch party for her book. She has a new, beautiful book up on manifestation on meditation, and it was at a place called unplug here in Los Angeles. And I go into this beautiful little place, and there's a lot of big influencers. You'd probably know online, spiritually based influencers there. And it's a, a very intimate, beautiful, beautiful event. And right before, um, my friend was going to begin her talk and meditation, someone came in and said, Hey, please turn off your phones or hand us your phones and we'll plug them in so that they're not in here.

    (03:14):

And as I looked down to my phone, I had a group text from my family. My, my nephew is actually in the hospital. And what hap has happened is he's young, he's 24 years old or something like that. He's 23 or 24. And he went in for pneumonia. He got pneumonia very fast and, uh, had to go into, go in the emergency via an ambulance. And they finally submitted him. It's been almost a week now, he's been in there and they first were just, you know, giving him IVs and, um, and watching his stats. And they were finding that there was something in his right lung at the lower lung. And they actually thought maybe it was cancer. And they were gonna do a biopsy on Monday after the weekend. And then the text came in right before I was going into, uh, this meditation.

    (04:11):

And then the text was, Hey, they're not waiting till Monday. They don't think it's cancer anymore. They actually, uh, the mass has been moving and we now are looking at having to go in with an arm, put him under, completely under, put an arm into his lung and biopsy, and also maybe take off a portion of his lung. And everyone's very concerned, of course, but the doctors are like, why would this young boy be having these health issues? And what's really going on? Is it mold? Is it an immune system going on? What's happening? Right. So everyone's very concerned about it. And of course, there's family members that are concerned, cuz he's had the vaccine. There's other family members that are like completely, um, like triggered by even that concept. There's, there's, there's kind of polarity happening in the family. There are doctors involved, there's whatever, but everyone's holding love in their heart.

    (05:10):

So I begin to go into, obviously I turn off my phone, give it away. And I go into this meditation and I'm in the meditation and she's doing a guided meditation, which is so beautiful, but I go deep. I'm out. I'm not in that room anymore. And I'm in consciousness with my nephew and I'm holding him in my heart. And I say, Blake, is there something that you want me to know in consciousness? And he says, life is fucked. That's fucked up life is, is fucked. And, and we're having this consciousness, this conversation consciousness. I said, well, we know that everything out pictures from beliefs. And I know that this is that you can choose to see life as miraculous as well. And you have the choice and it's okay, regardless, cuz I know you're not your body. And I know the perfection of health and this is what we teach.

    (06:07):

Right? And he looks at me and he has this, this look of like kind of fuck life. And we just sat there and we hugged. And my son came in and the rest of the family came into my meditation and we were, you know, people were crying and everyone was hugging. And we left. I left that meditation with everyone, knowing myself consciousness, but the freedom of choice and the freedom of choice that I truly believe that we choose this life. We choose our parents. We choose our name. We choose when we leave this planet from a collective consciousness, cuz we're not just the individual consciousness, we're collective, we're collective and we're cosmic. And so as it opened my eyes back up and the whole group within this, in this room was finishing a beautiful guided of meditation. And I had some tears going down my eyes of, of joy, of just the beautiful aspect of life.

    (07:10):

Knowing that life is, is a masterclass. Life is not supposed to be easy. Life is supposed to be the dark, the light, the joy, the suffering, everything in order to love life, we have to love all of it. And we have to understand that it's all working for us and not against us. But so then we all took pictures, gave hugs at the, um, at the event last night. And um, I came home and, and did another little prayer and I'm just sending love to my nephew, knowing that he is powerful. He's a divine, powerful, spiritual being he's he's held by great doctors and experts also. And knowing that I know whatever is going to be revealed within the world, um, will be revealed with what's going on in the world. So, so this is the point is the point is, is that right now, it's easy to feel like life is fucked up.

    (08:09):

It's easy to look at the world and whether you are on, you know, there's such polarity right now, there's polarity. You're either pro-vaccine or you're anti-vax and then everyone's making everyone wrong. I've seen posts on social media where every one of the comments is pro-vaccine and they're talking so poorly about anybody that hasn't been vaccine and how stupid and how selfish and how awful people are. And then I've seen posts that are all anti-vaccine of people saying, Hey, I've seen more people die or have issues from the vaccine than COVID and blah, blah. And all it's like so polarized. And the point is, is that there's one point I wanna make today. There is one point. The point is this is that no matter what is going on, no matter if you are being overwhelmed by the polarization, from the jab or not the jab, whether you are scared about what's happening politically, whether you are concerned about the massive inflation and the dollar and everything going down, whether you are concerned about global warning, whether you are dealing with codependency, because that is coming up. Uh, every seems like every one of my friends is dealing with codependency. I'm so grateful to be healed from that or whether you're dealing with addiction or whether you're dealing with dealing so lonely and questioning life, whether you're doing whether you're questioning, should I move? Should I not move any of those things in all of those things? There's only one answer.

    (09:41):

There's only one answer for my nephew. There's only one answer. And it is to go within, to go to divine, to go to the God within, to seek that home, to seek that truth. Cuz all of life right now is demanding for us to do that. There's prophecy that a third of the population will die. A third of the population will go insane. And a third of the population will wake up. The truth is the only people that are going to survive. The insanity that's going to go down on this planet are people that are so tapped into source that this is how life is working for us. Not against us, that that, that really calls upon the divine intervention. And I know the divine intervention for my nephew right now. I know that if he chooses to tap into that source and chooses to tap into that glory and chooses to tap into that, that that is what has patience, you know, thrive.

    (10:41):

And they've, they've even shown us in, in stats, in the medical field that if people don't have hope it doesn't work out right. If they don't believe it doesn't work out that they, we have to go within. That is the destination Emmett Fox, who was a great leader in the new thought movement said, if you could only love enough, you could be the most powerful person in the world. So I want to invite us on that journey of what would it look like to love so profoundly? What if, when you went on those posts on Instagram or Facebook that you shared love for all people, not just your one pro or con jab, what if you loved so much that you had compassion for people of whatever viewpoint they're in? What if you loved so much that you only loved? What if you could be the most powerful person in the world?

    (11:38):

And so we have to remember the truth, metaphysical truth. We have to understand that universal law and metaphysics are one it's it's the backing of all energy. It is that, which is the creative factor as Thomas to so eloquently teaches that what we focus on collectively expands. So if the media and the news is focusing on all things that are bad, wrong, the division, the divisive, the death, the, this, the, that, all that, that we're only looking at what is wrong. We have to understand that even with C right? And I am absolutely pro all Western medicine and Eastern medicine and spirituality. I truly believe that we combine those three would have the best medical system in the world. But if we look at the amount of influenza versus COVID, there's no difference. And why is it that now that everything's being focused on, right?

    (12:29):

So what we collectively focus on expands. So if you sit all day and you watch news, it's not going to do anything other than get you in fear mode and have you more expanding in fear and more expanding on disease. If you focus on disease, it's going to expand disease. Like that is just a reality. And that doesn't mean we don't wanna get educated. Okay? Universal law takes care of everything, meaning that we, if you're somebody that's like, look, I need to now go within. I need to find peace. I need to go to the home of the divine, sacred within my heart and find

    (02:01):

So first off, I just wanna say that there is a future self and how we are evolving as a species comes down to really dealing with our DNA so that we can embody our true self, our future self. I don't believe that there's a future self. I believe there's a pure self, a true self, a higher self that lives in us deep, deep, deep, within. And so many of us look to the world, the entire work of getting to our future self and speaking to our future self is it's counterintuitive. We go and we look to the world, we try and escape by self. We go out to try and find things like, you know, fulfilling things like the next relationship or the next material thing, or the next amount of money or whatever it may be out there and the status and the recognition from the world.

    (02:55):

And that is the opposite of finding the future self, the future self lives in the depths of your soul and the depths of who you are in the deep, deep breath. In that deep, deep stillness. I recognize in meeting our future self. It is one of the scariest things we can do because we have to face our deepest fears, face our hardest traumas, but in that, and when we truly face and go back into our responsibility into the truth of how we can no longer ever be the effect of life, we come to that place, to the beloved within, to our oneness. And so our future self, our future spiritual being our, our future transcended human being is someone who is understanding their oneness. That understanding that the ultimate, the ultimate self is one with the universe, that if we knew ourself, our true self, our future self, we would be whole within ourselves.

    (04:03):

There's a saying, uh, prophesizing, that one third of the population will die. One third will go insane. And one third will awaken. And though I'm not here to prophesize anything. I'm here to look at the reality of the mind and how we manifest the, create a process. And what's reality. If we don't do our inner work, the future self is somebody who is empathetic. They truly are an iPath. That's our natural ability. There's somebody there obviously psychic, but don't use their psychic abilities usually to implant something into somebody else, but rather to feel someone's soul, to know that wherever somebody is projecting their own trauma in onto you, that we no longer have to take it personal, that we can read someone else's soul, read their commands, read their limited beliefs and not take it personal, but rather have compassion to be with the pain, to be with that, to transcend it, knowing that each and every person is us, we are not separate. And so, as I call upon that future self, I invite us all to take a deep breath into the nose and excellent out and tuning into the cosmos. Knowing our future self is absolutely knows the truth, that we are one with the cosmos. We're no longer here to be in our shadow and pretend that we are the effect of life. We are here to truly be intimate with myself, no longer looking to find somebody to fulfill our intimacy, but rather to be in love with, by self, because knowing that we are love.

    (05:48):

And so today, a real big day for me, because this week was a beautiful week, it was a real reflection of my future self. This week, we had a huge amount of people within our community upgrade into either the coaching program or the practitioner, or even the ministerial and doctorate program, which actually is one of the greatest reflections because it's not about winning some award out there or, you know, being on some jet or getting X amount of likes on a post on Instagram. For me, the greatest reflection is our community, which means that people really are loving one another and thriving together and getting results in their personal and professional life. This week was another huge reflection for me because I held my first oral panels for practitioner and I flash back into the time when I was taking my first oral panels as a practitioner.

    (06:46):

And I was very nervous because not only did I have such significance around the work, cuz it had completely changed my life as I knew it, but it also had such reverence for the ministers that were doing it. And I just, the whole thing meant so much to me. So as I sat on the opposite side of panels this week, I began to get really teary in a beautiful way. Just knowing the ability that we set into motion and the practitioners that were sitting on the other side, taking their orals and how much they had embodied the work, how profound I had witnessed from the time I first met them. And they first came into our community to who they are today and the powerful consciousness that they hold and the ability. And can't even imagine how their lives are impacted, how their families are impacted, how their friends and all their clients and everybody.

    (07:42):

And it was one of those moments where you're like, whoa, I envisioned this. And it came to fruition and that's our future self. That's our highest self. What you hold in your heart right now of who you are and who you wanna be. Not only just looking in the mirror and gazing in your eyes, but knowing that there every dream that you have, that's been planted into your consciousness has been planted from your highest self, into your subconsciousness, knowing that that's destiny. And that is your future self, which I like to call your ancient self. I don't believe that we evolve into something. I believe that we are already that, that we already have all the elemental equations. We already have everything in our DNA. We're not here to evolve our DNA. I don't believe, I believe that we're here to remember and make whole our DNA, releasing the trauma and transforming and transmuting.

    (08:42):

The trauma that is, that is restricting our DNA. And so I believe that our higher self and who we are, we, we will be birthing new generations that have extraordinary empathetic and supernatural, which are actually natural abilities because we are transcending as a collective. The DNA is the code of life. The DNA is already here. We already have the secret. We already have the key. We already have all of it. It is our work recognizing that our trauma is not just our individual trauma. Our trauma is, has layers and layers in our lineage, in our ancestors in and all of it. And, and actually that is how we evolve. Our evolution is actually the deeper and deeper transmuting of trauma. So we don't actually evolve. We're already whole and complete. But what we do is we actually experience even more of the depths of our soul by actually the light and the dark of the relative of this universe.

    (09:50):

So it's actually interesting because a lot of us think trauma is bad or we don't want trauma or we should get rid of trauma. And that is true. But actually that is the gift. The gift is the suffering. Suffering is grace. As we know, suffering is grace and it is through the trauma. It is through the division and through the divisiveness that we actually get to experience more of our divinity. We get to experience our future self, which is really, truly all of it. The dark, the light, the suffering, the joy, everything. And I know that we've been programmed to think that we need things outside of ourselves, that we need to find a person that we need to have romantic desire, that we need to have status in class. And that is a lie. It is all within. And I truly believe that the future self will will know that the intimacy of the heart is even a greater orgasm than the orgasm of, of that.

    (10:57):

As we go into that future self, that we know that we are transcending death, there is no such thing as death. We're not people think, well, we'll get there when we do enough stem cells or when we're able to, we already are mortal. Look at our children. We live on through our ancestors and through our children, right? We are already there. We are already one. We are already completely empathetic and completely able to go outside of ourself in our consciousness. And so today, as you, as you call in your future self, what is he or she like, what is your future self? You get to communicate right now with that, with that essence of who you are, what would your future self tell you?

    (11:46):

What would they say? How would they hold you? Because what I know for sure is they're speaking through as you right now. So I just say, take another deep breath into the nose. Excellent out. I'm just so grateful for this birthday. I'm so grateful to celebrate life. I'm celebrating you because you are me and IM you, I don't see any division in it. And today I recognize this thing called life. That there's only life. There

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

    (00:19):

Do you ever wonder why diets rarely work? Do you wonder why some people have more energy than others or why some people come into this lifetime with chronic disease? So if you're somebody who truly desires to break through and master your energy physically, spiritually, emotionally, you want to listen to this podcast. This is a series on trauma and how it affects your health and vitality. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron podcast. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with the universal law. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So let's do this thing. We are developing master world renowned spiritual leaders. That's truly how I hold you guys. I know that if you've had a spiritual calling and if you're committed to monetizing, it's important because monetization equals impact in the world.

    (01:15):

So in this series, we're breaking on down trauma because after working with thousands of clients around the world, I've come to really believe that the key, the missing key to manifestation, to truly having a life that you love and being able to have prosperity vitality, all the above is doing your inner trauma because in your subconscious mind, in your DNA, in all of it is limited beliefs. And those limited beliefs basically are tagged on your DNA from emotional traumas. So what happens in trauma again, is that you are such a powerful, spiritual being at the moment that you make a positive or negative meaning on anything. You instantaneously have a positive or negative feeling which equals emotion because belief equals thought, thought equals feelings, feelings, equal emotions, emotions equals the out picturing and circumstances of your life, your perspective. So when we're breaking down, if we wanna truly have a life that we love, if we wanna have relationships that are thriving, if we wanna truly have health and vitality, if we wanna have all these things, we want prosperity, abundance, all these things, we have to remember the truth of who we are, which is spiritual beings.

    (02:32):

You are not your beliefs. You are not your body, and you're not the circumstances of your life. You are the creator of them. We truly believe in oneness and that collectively we are dev divine. We are God, we are all that, that we're here to create our consciousness and form in a 3d realm. We're here to experience the depths of our soul and form. And we're not just individuals. We are individuals. We are the collective and we are the cosmic. We are one with everything. And so if we wanna master our lives, if we wanna really transform our lives, we have to transform our trauma. So today in the series today, we're gonna talking about health and vitality. And first of all, we have to break on down the myth of what it means, health and vitality we have in our culture program ourselves to believe that if you have a DISE, something's wrong with you.

    (03:20):

If you have, you know, anything going on, other than quote, what the magazines show us that something's wrong with you, or something needs to be fixed. We do not look at that from a new thought perspective. We know perfect, perfect health, because it's perfection of what's going on in consciousness. We do not look like even cancer as being something wrong. It is actually the culmination of what we've created from what we've chosen to create in our environment, what we've chosen to choose of what we've eaten, what we've chose to have emotionally, what we've chose to have our genetic imprinting turned on and turned off. Right? So today we wanna break on down. What does it mean? How do we transform our health and vitality through transforming our trauma? I'm gonna bring some case studies in and break it on down. Okay. So first of all, I just wanna say that personally, I had a, a rollover car accident when my son was a year old after I'd had my full term stillborn son and then getting pregnant a month later.

    (04:27):

And my son who now is 25, was one years old. And we are on a trip, um, to Southern Utah. And we were driving home in a truck and trailer going 60 miles per hour. And we flipped the truck and trailer and the entire luckily no one got killed. And I was the only one got really hurt. I herniated a disc in my back and was laid up for two weeks at a time where I could barely move. And through doing the inner trauma work, I was able to completely heal my back and have zero pain whatsoever. And the point is, is that anything? And everything's possible. We wanna acknowledge that none of this is a cure. Legally. We cannot say that. And legally, we can also know that we create miracles for this work. Doctors of divinity are doctors because we heal through revealing the truth.

    (05:23):

Spiritual practitioners are practitioners because we heal through knowing the truth. Okay? So the metaphysics of health, we have to really truly break this down before we understand what's happening in trauma. There is only perfect health, because remember you are not your body. You have a body from a spiritual perspective. The only true disease is amnesia. Okay? Meaning that if we truly believe and know who we are, we wouldn't even identify with the body, but you know, we also probably wanna experience some vitality in the body. So we wanna break it on down. So there is only perfect health because the mental equivalent and direct reflection of consciousness, individual consciousness, collective consciousness, and cosmic consciousness, right? So we have to understand no matter what's going on, whether you are, you know, dealing with diabetes, whether you're dealing with low energy, whether you are getting on the rollercoaster of diets up and down, right?

    (06:16):

We have to know that everything begins in mind. Everything begins in mind. When we get out of alignment with mother nature and universal laws, we experience ill health that's bottom line. And within you is born intelligence and innate healer capable of restoring harmony wellbeing and vibrant vitality. And from a spiritual perspective, DISE is spirit, your higher self, communicating that individually and collectively, we are out of harmony with life symptoms within the body, such as poor health and illness are the relative and inverted experience of our use of energy and the divine sign to wake up. We know that the body keeps score, right? You can't lie about what's going on from an energy perspective in the body. The body is going to give you feedback cuz the body is one with the soul. The body is that culmination of the most amazing computer program ever.

    (07:16):

That's going to give you feedback, right? You are an immortal and eternal being free from all disease. This is the truth. And according to a properties, um, sorry, APO, I can't say his name. According to AOCC properties. Um, illness does not come up upon us, out of the blue. Okay. Our sins, which we call it right. Are, are, are not necessarily what the church has told us, right? It's not that you're a bad person. Sins are what we call missing the mark. Okay. Our illness, our signs, our DISE are, are developed out of daily, small sins against nature against our true harmony. If you will, when enough sins have been accumulated illness will suddenly appear all of a sudden, you know, we don't get illness overnight. We get, it's a, it's a very slow gradient. Usually we know the body gives us feedback. All of a sudden it's like, Hmm, I'm not feeling so good.

    (08:13):

Cuz I keep eating like crap every day. And then, you know, it call, it starts to get a little bit worse. And it's like, oh I have low energy. My blood sugars are off. Oh my gosh. Now I'm having, you know, diabetic or low sugar episodes. Right. Or, and now, you know, it goes on and it's just a, it's a compounding factor, right? It doesn't happen overnight. Some people, well, yeah, you could be born with something and yes, but you are your ancestors. You are your lineage. So it didn't just happen in this lifetime. It's happened over a culmination of, of lineage, of doing sins against nature, doing sins against harmony and not aligning with our true divine divinity. The body has a built in system that sends off alarms when you're creating health or when you're creating illness. Right. You know, when you, you know, you're out there, you're moving your body, you're eating well, you feel good.

    (09:06):

It's like, that's the divine side. And that's the biofeedback. That's the divine feedback of telling you when you are alignment. And when you are out of alignment, that's the divine sign to say, man, I feel like crap. I don't feel good. Right? I'm grumpy. I'm all these things. It's the divine feedback. Most illnesses caused, um, is it is really the created, it's the side effect of stressful lifestyles and toxic environments that we've created. So dis ease the effect of creating a life of unease. So the truth is that I believe something like 90% of all doctor visits are stress related. So we have to understand what's happening here. What's happening from a trauma related issues. Okay. So we have to know that trauma again, as you know, is it trauma happens? You know, not just like from a war zone or a car accident, emotional trauma happens.

    (09:57):

The moment that that you're in something happens, something either happens or doesn't happen, right? You know, your boyfriend breaks up with you or you know, your parents get a divorce or you get that phone call that you didn't want or whatever it is, something happens or does not happen out in the world. You assign a negative meaning to it because remember if you sign a positive or negative, meaning to anything, you instantaneously have a positive or negative emotion that happens right. Feeling and emotion. So if something does not happen, a traumatic incident happens. Something terrible happens. Kids look at you and bully you on the jungle gym or whatever it may be. You have a negative meaning that you're attached to it with the high, high state of an emotional state that occurs outta that backed by a limited belief. Okay. So it happens as a command, which called an Ingram that impinges upon the neurological system and the command is like, I'm not enough.

    (10:52):

I'll never trust again. I can't do this. I don't wanna live whatever it may be. Okay. Something's wrong with me? Whatever it is that command goes into the subconscious mind and begins to out picture. Okay. So how does this out picture into your health? Right. So case study, I had a client and just to, you know, keep my clients anonymous. Her name was Angie and she actually, she was in a relationship. She got engaged, um, with somebody who was emotionally unstable, if you will. So she began to realize that he was not emotionally stable. She realized that she probably didn't wanna marry this man. And she began to try and break up with him. And her fiance began to freak out and get really clingy, um, began to get really dysfunctional, very codependent and began to have anger episodes. And finally, one day a traumatic incident happened where he actually held her somewhat at hostage at knife point, uh, for part of a day.

    (11:56):

And in this rage and in this, you know, episode, she, it was obviously a traumatic incident for her. And she in, in the high state of emotion decided men equal danger. She had a command that said, I will never get close to a man ever again. I will never get close to a man ever again. And so what happened in Angie's life is she began to gain a lot of weight in the self-fulfilling prophecy of, I will ne

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

    (00:19):

Did you know that? According to New York times, only around 25% American adults site, they have a clear sense of purpose about what makes their lives meaningful. So if you're somebody that is desiring to truly know your purpose in calling this podcast is for you. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron podcast. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. We come together in new thought global and society truly coming to bring truth to the world. So we're in a series of trauma series podcast series. Today is all about how trauma relates to birthing your purpose and calling. So Victor Frankel was a man who wrote the book man's search for meaning. It was actually written about the concentration camps, um, with the Nazis and the Jews.

    (01:15):

And what he found was he would witness people coming into the camps. And I believe the stats were something like only one outta 29, people survived going into the concentration camps and what he found, cuz obviously he survived. He found that it was the meaning that people placed on their lives that had them survive or not. He would watch them come in and they first would be, you know, completely in shock over, over being put in the camp. And then they would go to apathy really just really not even caring and slowly they would die. He truly believed that it wasn't actually lack of food or water or anything like that that had majority of people die. It was actually the lack of purpose. And so today I wanna break on down how trauma bur your purpose. It's actually probably one thing that really distinguishes the E four trauma method over other trauma processes is the birthing of someone's purpose and calling really birthing the legacy that someone wants to leave in this lifetime.

    (02:17):

So personally, as you guys know, my story of the hardest thing I ever went through is, was having to stillborn, uh, son at the age of 22, a full term stillborn son. And the blessing that came out of that was that traumatic incident gave me my life. It gave me the, the breakdown for me to seek truth for me to truly seek and take decades of becoming the person I am to now, now the doctor divinity and, and somebody who's touched hundreds of thousands of lives and somebody who has brought for trauma method to the world and helping bring new thought movement, um, further along. So I truly give gratitude for that traumatic incident and if it weren't for that, and weren't for doing the trauma work and neutralizing that incident around having a stillborn, taking the trauma and minusing the motions and birthing the wisdom and the wisdom that came out of that for me was really my commitment, my core commitment to bringing spiritual awakening and truth to the world, recognizing that we are spiritual beings.

    (03:26):

And you know, we've gotten so lost in the construct of the programming of the lies that we're told, um, through, through the breakdown of our culture collectively. So I wanna actually break down a couple of client cases and things to help you understand how you can birth your purpose and calling and legacy out of doing your trauma work, transform your trauma, transform your life. So one of the most amazing, beautiful things I get to witness is taking clients through E for trauma method and watching them not only release the energy that's in their body, the emotions, all that, but really come to a neutral stance of as Ising whatever occurred or did not occur in the traumatic incident, but also being able to have them spot their commands, being able to see what limited beliefs and limited identity they decided in that high state of a, of a traumatic incident of high high state of emotions that impinged upon their subconscious mind and really has been playing out like puppet strings in their life.

    (04:30):

And when you see a client actually come to the epiphany that they created, that limited belief and that limited belief has been playing out in their life. Um, in so many ways that it actually restores their power in an instant because they recognize that right in that moment, understanding that they created their own limitations, they created their own bondage. They created their own suffering, um, that they actually did that in the decision that they made about themselves is actually the moment that they AC actually restore their power. And they actually have a light that kind of comes on that they realize that if they could create that relative experience, they also are that powerful to create something new in their life. And we know that we don't go through anything just to go through it. Everything is a divine appointment. Everything's a masterclass in life.

    (05:20):

And trauma is one of those things that is a divine appointment for us to experience something so that we can be the change that we wanna see in the world. We are univer, your universal law, universal law is not outside of you. Universal law brings things back to order. It brings things back. So whatever's on your DNA track, whatever trauma is there that is yours to heal, to reveal the highest, the highest version of yourself. So let me, uh, bring in the first client, obviously again, I change the names of clients for their own confidentiality. So Steph Steph, um, Steph actually is somebody that came to me. She, um, she had a lot of trauma. We began to go into her E four trauma method. And, um, you know, you never know which one is the hardest, um, trauma of someone's life. Generally, you don't go to the most difficult trauma of someone's lives.

    (06:13):

Usually you'll start with some smaller ones. And then when they're ready, their consciousness will let you know that they're ready for their deep, deep, big traumas, their big tees. Right? So one of our big tees, her big traumas was her mother actually abused her physically. And there was an actual incident where her mother was actually had her down, like in a ball in the corner and was actually hitting her. And in that moment, staff decided, um, that life isn't safe. And so what happened with staff is she began to overeat really to stay safe, to, to have an actual physical guard of her body, to stay safe from people, having them kind of like make sure she was always divided and alone at some level. And this command life isn't safe, played out in her life for a very long time. She began to realize and declare that she not only wanted to begin to heal from overeating.

    (07:17):

And she kind of already had began to do some of it. You know, she had begun to educate herself on food and began to get, you know, lose a little of the weight, but it wasn't until she actually did this trauma work that she was actually able to really lose. Um, you know, the final weight that made her actually feel really healthy and that, um, but what was really the most important thing is that she birth the wisdom out of the traumatic incident. She birth that life is safe, that she can never be touched by anyone or anything because she is the untouchable she's divine. She is the present. She is the power. And that, even though her mother beat her physically, she knew that her mother still loved her and that she knew that she was doing it out of her own pain and suffering and abuse.

    (08:05):

And so her purpose began to be Steph's purpose was what is the most difficult thing you've ever gone through, right? So she began to recognize that this was the most difficult thing she'd ever gone through. So she actually, her entire career came out of this. What, which her mission statement was. I help women who overeat claim their freedom by discovering their purpose. So what she began to do was develop a business that was helping women who overeat really do their own inner trauma work, claiming their freedom through different processes, by discovering their purpose. She really found that when people found their purpose, that it, their, their problems like overeating would go away, the obsessions, the addiction that this or that would go away because their energy was focused on a heart driven purpose and calling and legacy. So Steph today is doing extremely well. And the point is, is that through our hardest times, our hardest traumas there comes wisdom and there comes a calling and a purpose outta that.

    (09:15):

So next case is that I like to bring in other cases that are not just, um, people that are struggling, how we think they're struggling. I think that our culture has quote, quote, what looks successful and what doesn't look successful. And oftentimes the people that you think are successful, have a lot of trauma and are having their success out of trying to be enough and out of a limited command as well. So the next case study, um, Natalie Natalie's father was an alcoholic. And what happened with Natalie is she had a lot of traumatic incidences with her father when she was young. Her mother was kind of very passive and her father would get very, um, drunk and abusive, um, mostly, um, verbally. So Natalie decided she decided that she would control all show you that was her command in the middle of a drunken stoop with her father.

    (10:19):

He was screaming at her telling her how stupid and how worthless she was and under her breath. And she said aloud as well, I'll show you. And she decided out of a limited belief out of a division, I'll show you making him wrong, making her right. And this played out in Natalie's life for a very long time. She did show him and she did show the world. She actually built a multiple seven figure business and was having great quote, quote success. But what happened is she kept having legal battles over and over again to prove I'll show you. And in fact, she won every case of the legal battles, but it was always a battle because she had to keep that identity of I'll show you. And so, as she came in and began to work, um, with me doing the E four trauma method, she began to realize how much she had been, been driving and being driven and motivated by, you know, by that command and by proving herself.

    (11:24):

And really it was out a feeling not, not, not worthy enough at a core core level. So what happened with Natalie is she didn't change her business much. She just piv

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

    (00:19):

Are you somebody that's ready to have a money breakthrough by transforming your trauma? Are you ready to claim your birthright of prosperity? Well, then this podcast is for you. We are on a trauma series, understanding how, when we transform our trauma, we transform our lives to the E four trauma method. Welcome to the doctor Aaron podcast. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with the universal law. We also come together in community, in new thought global and society. We recognize that when people awaken, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. When they transform the trauma, they become super powerful. So let's break this on down. You guys, we're in a series of trauma on the E four trauma method. Breaking it on down today is all about money, breakthrough and how trauma really delivers someone to claim their birthright of prosperity.

    (01:13):

So we have to recognize that money is energy. That's all it is. So when I'm working with clients, uh, it always comes down to trauma work. When it comes down to them, claiming their birthright prosperity. So we wanna recognize the metaphysics of money. First money represents energy. Money is created in mind, right? Money itself is completely a worthless, uh, money is a symbol of value. It's an exchange. It's something that we've agreed upon as a culture, right? Money is a collective agreement of an exchange of value. Money itself is worthless and backed by nothing. You guys, money is an illusion. The paper makes up the money is real, but the, the actual, you know, worth of the money, the dollar is worth nothing. Each person has a relationship money. And how one relates to money is a reflection of their own belief system. Money is a symbol of self-worth money is a symbol of self-worth.

    (02:07):

You guys, there are infinite ways to make money. Innovation is the key to creating money. Okay. The spirit within is the source of all innovation and abundance. That's why we say we cannot place our power over and money or else we become disempowered in the realm of money. So scarcity or abundance is created in mind. Okay. So we have to understand how is trauma, how does trauma stop people from truly having a good relationship with money? It either stops them from being able to make money all, or sometimes it does the opposite and has people become obsessed with money, but still not be fully empowered in their consciousness. So the journey with understanding how trauma impacts our, our journey with money is, uh, hits home for me. So in my, in my twenties, I, I actually saved a million dollars. I actually actually saved physically a million dollars.

    (03:03):

Okay. Um, and what happened was early in life. I talk about the trauma that happened to me. It was when, uh, my sister was having a birthday party. I think I was around the age of eight years old, and I wanted so badly to go to her birthday party because she was gonna go ice skating. My mom was gonna take us ice skating for her birthday. And the day of her birthday, uh, my sister had called over two friends. We were gonna all go ice skating. She, my mom came to me and she said, I'm so sorry. You can't come today. I can't afford to take you and your sisters, two friends for her birthday party. So you're gonna have to stay home. And I was hysterical again because, you know, I wanted to go ice skating. It, it was like I had been so excited about it.

    (03:52):

And as they were driving off again, I remember being like almost hyperventilating. And, uh, I think she left me with one of her friends that day. And I decided in that moment that I would have money when I grew up and sure enough, it became a command and a limited identity in that it was not creating from, from being the cause, but rather from being the effect of life and sure enough, I grew up, I began to wait tables through high school, began to, I bought myself my car. I began to save money. I began to be able to do things I put myself through, um, through summer college. And then I dropped out to become entrepreneur. And I ended up, um, buying, fixing up starter homes as I was doing my spiritual work on one side of my life, I was, uh, saving money and I ended up saving over a million dollars, but there was a day, there was a day that I actually realized on paper that I actually was worth a million dollars through different investments.

    (05:03):

And I remember in that moment being shocked because I realized that what I thought my life would look like when I was technically a million, a millionaire was very different than it was. I was not even 30 yet. And I was still miserable inside. Sure. I had some, you know, decent things on the outside. I owned a home. I was technically a millionaire. I looked gorgeous because I just was this young thing that didn't, I was just a hot mess. I was so sad inside still. I was still completely like lost inside. I was still trying to find my way. And I realized in that moment that becoming a millionaire didn't mean anything. It wasn't gonna solve the problems, the real problems. And so as you guys probably know my journey, then of course I was already handing it over to all my spiritual work and I did double life.

    (06:02):

And I decided that I was gonna hand my life over to my spiritual work because I realized finally that money was not the path to true fulfillment. And that if I didn't hand myself over to my true passions and what really mattered to me that I would be broke for the rest of my life spiritually. So hence decades later, I obviously now train and develop, um, people across the globe and help them also in having a money breakthrough through doing the trauma work. So what does this mean? Exactly? We recognize that money comes down to one thing and one thing only, which is self worth. And, um, so I wanna actually talk about three different case studies of clients that I worked with around money, because they're different and, and also very similar. Okay. So the first client and I've changed their names for, um, for just, you know, client confidentiality.

    (07:07):

So Alexa, Alexa was somebody who, uh, came, she had a spiritual calling and, but could not figure out how to make money doing what she loved. She was frustrated. She was overwhelmed a young mother and, um, just stressed out to the max. She had a father who actually, she, she had some trauma with her father with big upsets when she was a little girl, in fact, her father left. And she was very upset in an incident where she decided that her father valued money more than her. And she actually realized that the command that she had in the moment of having an actual argument with her father on the phone, uh, realizing that he had left her mom cheated on her mom and basically was a workaholic. She had the command of I'm not enough. And in recognizing that she began to neutralize the trauma and traumas with her father and restore the truth, that she was more than enough, that she was worthy of having a career that she loved, that she was worthy of being a mom that was able to provide for her daughter, that she was somebody who no longer declared that money was evil, that she decided that she, that money is love.

    (08:32):

And that money is something that she absolutely can give and receive with ease and grace. And so Alexa today is thriving in her career having consistent months. And, um, also has a decent relationship with her father holding loving boundaries, but unconditionally loving her father and her daughter is thriving as well. And super happy that her mommy is doing what she loves. Oh, I'm gonna cry right now. Um, okay. Next case study was Brian and Brian again, different name than true client. Brian was a baller. He had, um, jet a jet and, um, had a huge company, literally diamonds, dripping all over him. And, um, I worked with Brian and, um, what was fascinating as we began to get into his traumas, which he, it was fascinating cuz usually someone like that, that thriving so much of what the culture, you know, wants them, considers that to be success.

    (09:35):

They're actually really rarely do their inner work. But Brian began to recognize, he began to almost have like midlife crisis, if you will. He had everything. He had the women, he had the jets, he had the diamonds, he had all that and he began to feel like something was missing. And I think that his mortality was kind of catching up with him. He began to realize that, you know, that like this isn't gonna last forever. Right. So we began to go into sessions. And um, and what was interesting is there was a few, uh, traumas in his childhood. One of which was an elementary elementary school teacher. And what happened was she was yelling at him one day in class and she said, you will never amount to anything. And he decided in that traumatic incident, he was super upset in that high frequency commanded into his subconscious mind.

    (10:34):

I will win. Right. That was his command. I will win. He didn't say it aloud. He said it within the command went in and sure enough, he won right. Coming from a divided perspective coming from, you know, um, lack of belief of actually loving your life from a consistent of, you know, no one wins when someone wins over somebody else. Right? So he, his command played out in his life with total per precision, cuz that's what life that's what the subconscious mind does. That's what commands from trauma does. So he began to win. He began to win by making a lot of money. He began to win by having the jet. He began to win by, you know, uh, having women, which was another big trauma. He had was a breakup early on in ninth grade. And he was heartbroken by the breakup, his, uh, young girlfriend, um, you know, basically just dated somebody else like cheated in front of him basically.

    (11:33):

And he decided in that moment also that he would win that he would, you know, become somebody that a woman wouldn't break up with. So this kind of winning formula for himself, the commands through the trauma, um, got him what he thought he wanted, which was a big life, lots of money, jets, big cars, lots of women, all the glam, but had him bankrupt inside. And so Brian began to, um, to seek deeper relationships. He began to give back in philanthropy. He began to kind of shift. Um, and you wouldn't recognize it from th

So today I wanna talk about the trauma healing journey, the trauma healing journey.

    (01:43):

So I grew up in the Hills of Santa Barbara in somewhat of a pseudo hippie commun. My parents got divorced at when I was the age of two, and my mother really had no core principles or any guidance in her life. She was quite lost. My father went off to go find himself and ended up finding another family going off. And we weren't invited to go to the wedding. We grew up, it was a beautiful place. It was up in the Hills of Santa Barbara. And in one aspect, it was lovely. I had amazing friends. We'd go out and play barefoot in the street and go off, run off into mother nature. There was no computers or cell phones in the house at that point in time, but there was a lot of emotions in the house. My mother was a bit of a roller coaster.

    (02:33):

She was very codependent. She'd be in and outta relationship up and down high, like as if she was on a drug, when she'd first get into a relationship and then soon enough it would spiral down again and she'd be, you know, sad, they'd break up and then there'd be a depression. And then she'd begin to get normalized again. And then the next relationship would come in. It was in and out, up and down all around the parents in the community were quite dysfunctional. A lot of them were alcoholic. A lot of them did drugs. A lot of them slept with one another. In fact, there was, it was an interesting childhood because we lived next to Jane Fonda's ranch. Majority of the people over in the community that I lived in did not have much money at all. It was a community called painted cave because there was an actual cave down the street where the Indians, the Chumash Indians resided at one, one point in time.

    (03:29):

And then next to the other, you know, street down was Jane Fondas rant where, you know, Michael Jackson and, um, all kinds of famous celebrities, Joe COER actually lived on the property. And so we had this very paradoxical, um, living my childhood was really a fascinating childhood. And I had so many big traumas and little traumas over the course of my life. I remember my father came to visit us after he had left for some time. And I remember when he left, I was so upset. I would began to get hysterical watching as whose car drove off. And I remember in that moment telling myself that love abandons, something's wrong with me? I'm not good enough. And so, as I began to go into school and life, I began to question everything. They say that the veil comes over the child's eyes and over the consciousness, the moment that the child believes that they are divided, that they're not in their oneness with the universe and with the mother and father and everything that they believe a limited belief, a limited identity.

    (04:44):

So as I began to enter life, none of it ever made sense. My mother said the first day I came home from school, I asked how old do you need to be quit to quit school? She rolled her eyes. I never understood why we would wanna learn the things that were teaching us in school. She said the first day I went into taking ice skating lessons that I came home and I said, I don't wanna do it because I can't just skate. They tell me what to do when to do it. And I never understood the control and trying to fit into the box of other people. And so I began to go into traditional elementary school, which never made sense to me at all. My mom said she went to the parent teacher conference and the teacher said, Erin's really smart. She just doesn't apply herself.

    (05:38):

When we do math, she wants to do English. When we're doing English, she wants to do something else. And so the point is, is that I never understood life in itself. As I grew up, things got more dysfunctional as we began to go, even into junior high, my mom was at the bar and I began to go hang out on the street, trying drugs, having sex with boys and trying to find myself at the age of 15, I was, uh, date raped. And it sent me into a spiral of, of, uh, being bulimic from the time I was 17 to 20. And I remember that moment, the moment that I was in that bed with that boy pushing him off screaming. No. And then there was a moment where I went numb, completely checked outta my body and decided that life is cruel.

    (06:34):

I don't wanna live and nothing matters. And so in understanding how traumas work, big traumas and little traumas, it's in that moment, that moment of a high, high, high state of a negative state and that high frequency, that high vibration, that high state, where we decide something, a limited belief, a limited identity, a command that impinges upon the neurological system that tells the soldiers of the subconscious mind to act out a lie, a limited belief. And in that moment, I decided I was unlovable. Something's wrong with me and I'm not enough. And so in these big traumas, as it went on, I began to get bulimic. And then I thought I could solve all my problems if I just got married. So I married somebody that I didn't even know. And quite frankly, was not in love with and vice versa at the age of 21.

    (07:47):

And as most of you guys know I was pregnant and I ended up having a full term stillborn at the age of 22, I had held it all together enough to get into nursing school. And I was pregnant in a marriage that I was miserable. And I was almost, I think I was three weeks out from giving birth to being full term. And, um, I, my baby stopped moving inside of my belly. And I'd read in the book what to expect when you're expecting that if your baby stops moving inside of you, you should go get it shut down. So I went down to the doctor's hos, uh, office at like 5:00 PM and he was already gone and the nurse let me in and I told her what was going on. So she went in right away and uh, said, come on back. We'll do a little ultrasound.

    (08:39):

And when she put the lube on my belly to do the ultrasound, cuz you kind of put the lube on and then you looked the monitor right away. We saw that there was no heartbeat. And she looked at me and I looked at her and she said, let me call the doctor. And so I met the doctor over at the regular hospital, along with my husband and he did a real ultrasound. He looked at me, he said, sweetheart, I'm so sorry that your babies died inside of you. You can go home and you can go into natural labor or we can induce you and you can, um, go into the hospital and give birth to your baby now. And I thought what my baby has died inside of me. And now I've gotta go into full term labor. I was blown away. I think I was so numb.

    (09:26):

I had no idea what was going on six hours later. I held my dead baby in my arms. And I just remember that moment. I remember looking up at my husband that I had no idea who he was looking down at my baby and realizing he was gone, but his body was still here. And I remember in that moment deciding, deciding that something's gotta change. I went home that evening without my baby, completely numb. And I woke up in the next, the next morning and I said, I I've gotta go to the mortician's house to we. I had to pick out the urn and do some paperwork. And my husband said, I'm not going. So I got my car. That was probably like a $2,000 beat up car. And I drove down to the mortician's house and I brought this bag of clothes because I'd had a bag of clothes that I was going to take to the hospital.

    (10:37):

You know, thinking that I'd have a normal birth and be able to, you know, take pictures. And there was a bunch of cute little clothes. And I said, I just didn't get the right pictures because they want, they had us bur um, take pictures of the dead baby of my dead baby, bathe their dead baby and go home without the dead baby the day before. And the mortician said, sweetheart, I'm so sorry. Let me get you a room ready. And you can take as much time. You need to grieve your Bon. Your baby's been in formal to hide for 24 hours. So I don't know if you're gonna wanna take pictures. So I got the room all settled up and I went down to this cold, dark mortician room with red drapes on the wall. And he closed the door behind me and said, take as much time as you need.

    (11:21):

And in that moment, time stopped. I dropped the bag of clothes on the ground and I walked towards this hospital bed that was in the middle of this big room with a body on it. And I walked up to the hospital bed with my baby's body on it. And I realized that he was gone, but his, his body was here. I sat in that room and I cried and I cried. I felt that huge lump in my throat. And I felt as alone as anyone could ever feel in their life. And in that moment, I decided that I'm gonna figure out what we're doing and our spiritual nature. I realized in that moment that I'm a spiritual being.

    (12:16):

And so in our life, we have big traumas and little traumas. I know that being date raped or going through, you know, divorce with your parents, getting divorced or having a stillborn or being bulimic or being in all dis different dysfunctional things, brought me to this work, to this trauma work. And what's fascinating about all of it is as I began to discover the E four trauma method and began to do all my trauma work and neutralize all those big T traumas, what was burned out of that was my purpose. And calling, having a stillborn son was the greatest blessing of my life because it actually is what birth, my entire mission and purpose on this planet. It's the reason why I've touched hundred of thousands of lives being in dysfunctional relationships and codependent relationships is what birth me to the greatest self love ever.

    (13:26):

And so I recognize that through this, that whether you have little T traumas or big T traumas, it's a fascinating thing. So as I began to work with clients and began to train people in the E four trauma method, there's some big revelations I've had around trauma. One is that children actually, the veil of life comes on the moment that they decide that they are separate, that they are not one with the cosmos. They're not one with their parents. They become somebody that identity is individualized through a traumatic incident, through an upset, even as young as generally, between two and four years old, they have som

This is live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea, coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

    (00:23):

Are you somebody that deals with ups and downs in your relationships? Maybe you're somebody that's in a little bit of a tug of war. Maybe you really want your partner or your non-partner to change. You wish somebody would be, or do a little bit more. Maybe you're actually co-dependent and you are in a vicious cycle of where it's actually really, truly impacting your health, your wealth and your entire life. What I know for sure is that nine outta 10 people in America are dealing with codependency at some level after training and developing all kinds of people around the globe. It was a surprise when I realized that nine outta 10 of people were dealing with some level of codependency. So welcome to the doctor Aaron podcast. Today, we're gonna break on down E for trauma method and how it relates to relationships. It's really fascinating because, and go on social media and you go on different, um, pages of quotes and things like that.

    (01:26):

The pages that actually do the best are the ones that are dealing with relationship issues, because for a majority of human beings, we're driven by, you know, love and connection. Of course, we all want love and connection, and it's really challenging and difficult and heartbreaking when our relationships aren't working. So whether you're dealing with co-dependency with a partner or your, you know, husband or wife, or maybe it's co-dependency with a parent or a child, or maybe you're really struggling with your friendships and, um, and being able to have close relationships. The reality is that if you're a human being, you struggle at some level with relationships. And if you are the average person, you're struggling a lot with relationships. So it's really fascinating cuz our world out there and, um, and movies. I remember being in my twenties and oh man, I was so codependent.

    (02:21):

I was so codependent. I remember I was in a relationship and, and it was such an up and that we'd break up, we'd get back together. We were up and down. And I remember there was this moment and I was like, I had been thinking if he just changed, then everything would be okay if, you know, if, if he would just do X, Y, and Z, then everything would be better. I was completely thinking that it was all him and it had nothing to do with me. I was perfect, nothing wrong with me. He was the problem. If he, you know, changed his behavior, um, then everything would work out. Right? And I have this moment, I was staring myself in the mirror and I was in this leadership program. Um, and that day at the program, the, the, the leader, the, the person that was giving the seminar was talking about how he had been married.

    (03:15):

And he looked at himself in the mirror one morning and he thought, if I don't change something, I'm gonna end up getting divorced. He was in a marriage and his marriage was, was not, you know, at the place where I was gonna get a divorce, but it wasn't going well. They were having fights. They were having upsets. They were doing all kinds of stuff. And he realized that it was just a matter of time, whether it was a year from now, whether it was four years from now, whatever it was that he, if he didn't change himself, he was most likely going to get a divorce. And he had a conversation with himself in that moment. And he realized like, look, if I'm gonna get divorced, probably anyway, those are the odds I might as well give it my hundred percent. So he decided that day, when he looking in the mirror, that he would give it a hundred percent, that he would no longer look to change her or look to, you know, see where she was doing anything wrong, that he would show up a hundred percent cleaning the house, all entertainment, all financial, everything that they were having arguments around, he decided he would be, he would show up a hundred percent and at least he'd be able to live with himself.

    (04:19):

If he got a divorce, he would know that he at least gave a hundred percent. So he began to show up a hundred percent and sure enough, his wife began to show up a hundred percent. Also. He no longer pointed the finger of making her wrong. He always just, you know, told her all the amazing things about her and sure enough, she began to show up fully being engaged and no longer making him wrong either. And that day, after that day in that leadership program, I went home that night and I was looking at myself in the mirror and I realized that my entire life, I had been the reflection of my relationships. If someone was a jerk, I'd be a jerk. If someone was loving and kind, I'd be loving and kind. But I was the reflection. I was the reaction. I was the effect.

    (05:07):

And I realized in that moment that I no longer wanted to be mirroring my relationships. I wanted to be the cause I wanted to be what was reflecting out of the mirror. Instead in my relationships, I had been in dysfunctional relationships my entire life, because my mother was very codependent. She basically would be ups and it would be ups and downs. If she was in a relationship at first, it'd be like, she'd be all happy high energy. Everything's blissful as if she was like on some kind of a drug. And then as soon as it was going bad or the breakup she'd be down in the dumps and be in bed and couldn't get outta bed, it was a pity party. Then it was a massive party. It was ups and downs. It was literally like someone who was, you know, know a drug addict.

    (05:58):

It was, it was a bipolar, it was ups and downs. And no, my mom's not bipolar. But the point is, is the behavior of codependency is a nightmare for my mom, for me, for every single person that I was witnessing in it. And so in that day I decided I was no longer going to be the mirror of life. Right. But a decision without the actual work , didn't get me anywhere. In fact, it made it worse because then what happened is I went back into life and I began to want to be somebody who wasn't wasn't reacting. I wanted to be somebody who was loving, no matter what somebody else was doing. I wanted to be the person that I wanted to be. I wanted to be that amazing empowered woman, but guess what I wasn't able to be. Instead. I remember, um, getting into the next relationship, right.

    (06:50):

And I was a hot mess. Right. I would be upset when they didn't show up how I wanted them to show up. They would send a text that I didn't like, and I would wait for the text and I'd have anxiety that they weren't texting. Um, I would send mean texts. I would get upset. Then when it was great, I would put them my entire universe. I would lose track of all my friends and family. It was literally like being a heroin act. Right. I would just get completely into it and then slam down out of it. When my life wasn't working anymore, sometimes I was better. And sometimes I was really worse, but bottom line I realized, and I was like, wow, this is not gonna change until something changes. Right. I began to go to codependency like, um, 12 step programs. And that was cool.

    (07:37):

I began to see the actual vicious cycle, but still I was not able to actually change the actual reactions, the actual, um, behavior. I knew how I wanted to act, but I didn't know how. And so that brings me to the E four trauma method. So E four trauma method, as you guys know in this series, and this is a series that the intention of the E four trauma method is to release the limited beliefs and commands within your subconscious mind and restore your true identity. You are an all powerful, all knowing eternal, spiritual, being with the ability to create your dreams into reality, you have the ability to create amazing relationships. The E four trauma method helps to no longer be reactive triggering, like getting triggered or feel like you're the effect of life. It helps restore your freedom of choice and to live your truth.

    (08:31):

So here I was here, I was, as you know, someone who finally realized I was, I didn't even know that I was codependent. I just thought that I was, you know, the victim of every relationship, right? If they were different, if they changed, if they did this, then I wouldn't have to be, you know, a bitch then I wouldn't have to be, you know, whatever it is. So the point is, is that I had a gap. I had a gap between who I was being and who I wanted to be. And E four trauma method was the answer. So I began to go into the trauma trauma of the past upsets and incidences that had happened in my past relationships. The traumas that had happened, um, on my DNA, epigenics from past lifetimes. And I began to neutralize all of the things, releasing what I really had PTSD, cuz I was in a really dysfunctional relationship.

    (09:29):

As you guys know, a lot of you guys know my story around being, um, engaged with a, a famous rock star. And, uh, he was a alcoholic and drug addict and would, you know, fall off the wagon and um, you know, cheat on me and, and then come back with tattoos all over his body saying that he loved me and wanted to marry me and, and start to get sober. And then as soon as I would, you know, we'd start to heal, then he'd fall off the wagon again. And so I always thought it was him and he was causing all of it and doing everything. But it wasn't until I realized that a healthy person wouldn't have even stayed in that, in that situation, a healthy person would've loved themselves enough to see the first red flag and know that it was, it was dysfunctional.

    (10:14):

So the point is, is that working in society, new thought global and society, you know, training and developing coaches. What's fascinating is that actually the number one reason that that people aren't having success in their business is because of their codependency. I'll say it again. The number one reason why people aren't, um, having success in their business, of course it's trauma. Okay. That's the number reason, but out of the trauma, the number one biggest traumas that are holding people back is because their relationships are roller coasters. They're up, they're up and down. They're not able to show up consistently and in their personal and professional life and they're co-dependent so they're, they're emotionally, um, getting all their energies going towards their relationships, whether it be they're upset about, you know, a breakup or whether they're upset with their partner. This is live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

    (00:23):

Years back, I had a huge turning point in my spiritual journey. I had been intending all kinds of leadership. Self-development self-improvement spiritual seeking different programs, but yet something that was missing, I realized that I knew kind of what I should do to have success in my personal professional life. I knew what it would take to, you know, get my mind right. And think right. And everything else. But the problem was I wasn't able to knowing the truth and living the truth are two very different things. And it sent me on this next chapter, in my spiritual journey of seeking what is that? And I stumbled into really diving deep into subconscious reprogramming seeking truth and, and reading about the different modalities and trying different processes out and really coming to realize that there was one huge key missing piece. For me in the entire spiritual realm, I would witness myself, I would witness other people.

    (01:34):

I would see people that would be very spiritually advanced. They'd have out of body processes, but yet they couldn't be in the same room with their mother. They'd get triggered or they'd be in relationship. And they'd turn into, you know, crazy people with one text, but then they were all Zed out in the next minute in their spiritual work. And I thought there's something missing here. Right? I would look, take a look at the world. And I would ask myself what causes all this what's causing the anxiety what's causing people to feel hopeless or sad, or know what they should do in their personal professional life, but not be able to do it. What was holding people back for knowing the food that they, you know, probably should put into their body, but they were choosing to put different things or why they were choosing partners in their relationships that were turning into dysfunction or codependency and things like that.

    (02:26):

I began to seek and seek and seek and become obsessed with what was causing addiction, what was causing all these things. And what I found blew my mind, that there was one key factor that was really unlocking what I'd learned in the secret, what I'd learned in all the self development, empowerment stuff. And it was trauma trauma. I thought, wow, isn't trauma. Like only for people that have gone through war isn't trauma, something that is only for extreme cases. And what I found was absolutely not, if you're a human being, you've had trauma because it's an emotional trauma. And I realized and came to conclusion that our subconscious mind is programmed through frequency and vibration. And how do we have frequency and vibration? We have it by the meaning that we put on what happens or does not happen. And that instantaneously obviously creates a thought and emotion of feeling and, and actually informs our subconscious mind.

    (03:38):

Right? So today I am so incredibly honored to begin a series on the E four trauma method. I would say that out of all the work that we produce, that I produce and that we produce through new thought global and society, that E four trauma method has been the number one modality that is transformed and that the, our community raves about the most. And I always say that the universe is speaking and giving us feedback all the time. And I knew E four trauma method was a really big deal, but I had no idea until it was the feedback from, you know, all the people in society and the thousands of people I train around the globe in different, in different communities and things, and the hundreds of thousands of people that we touch, um, you know, through different processes and things that the E four trauma method is the number one modality and process that I've seen people go from knowing the truth to actually living the truth.

    (04:40):

There's a moment that happens in the E four trauma method. That is true transformation, and we're gonna get into that. Okay. So if you're somebody that is dealing with feeling stuck, if you're somebody who is dealing with maybe feeling hopeless at times, or maybe has anxiety at times, maybe you're dealing with, you know, a health issue, or maybe you're dealing with just straight up loneliness, maybe you're going through a financial crisis, or you don't like your job anymore. You're ready to take that leap, but you just don't know how, and you're afraid maybe you're in a relationship that is having ups and downs, or maybe even dysfunctional or maybe true codependency, no matter what you're going through. What I want you to know is that this, I, I wanna deliver a conversation right here of something that potentially could transform your life and give your life back truly, and truly from my heart to yours.

    (05:39):

And it is the conversation of the E four trauma method. So this is gonna be a little series I'm doing, because I want to give this to you and to the world so that people can really understand what it is and what is possible for them through the process. Obviously we deliver E four trauma method through new thought global society. And we train, uh, facilitators and practitioners and coaches how to, you know, use the process on their clients. And we've had a lot of success. The people that I share about in this podcast I've changed their names because for confidentiality, but I do have a few stories of incredible transformation. And, you know, so for me, I remember the day that I, I actually came up with the E four trauma method. It was years and years in the making. And what happened is one day, I thought, you know what?

    (06:36):

I want to sit down. Cause I'm a total visionary. Like my, my genius is taking all the spiritual work of all the masters and all of our lineage and putting it into processes. That's what I love to do. I think there's a huge difference about knowing the truth versus living the truth and getting to the core. And I got obsessed with, okay. I had been in self development and, uh, spiritual journey for, for, I don't know, it was probably like 15 years before. I really sat down with this process and I sat down and it's been 25 years in the making, right. So I've been, I sat down one day and I thought, okay, I wanna really think about what are we actually doing in spiritual development? What are we doing in spiritual awakening? What are we doing in leadership? What is, what are the core principles that we deal with?

    (07:23):

What is the foundation and what are the real key factors in all of them? And I began to sit down. I remember I was at my desk, I'm positive. I had a cup of coffee, cuz I do like coffee. I actually turned on some mantras and I lit a candle and I actually went around and did some incense around my home. And I, I began to pray as I, you know, did spiritual mind treatment, not to a man in the sky, but just knowing truth in my own consciousness, embodying my highest self calling in my highest version of myself. And as I walked around my room, I just felt this, knowing that what was going to come outta me at that desk that night would for sure change my life. I don't know if I really thought about it changing other people's lives. Of course I had the intention of impacting people's lives, but I was really seeking to, to reveal myself like that was my intention and all that.

    (08:21):

It wasn't to become a doctor at divinity or train, you know, thousands and touch hundreds of thousands of lives. That was like a side effect. My true obsession was knowing myself, revealing myself. And as I walked around my house that night, I just had this knowing. I was like, I'm ready, I'm ready. Hire yourself. I'm ready. True self to reveal the secret, like truly, like I had watched the secret, I had watched a documentary. I had manifested a bunch of stuff and was still not fulfilled or I wasn't able to manifest things. And I thought someone was wrong with me. And I asked and as they say, seek, and you shall find knock and the door shall open. Right? And so as that incent burned, I, I placed it on the side of the sink so that it wouldn't make a mess and let it burn out.

    (09:17):

And I went and proceeded to sit down at my desk and kind of mind map out what was really going on in the spiritual journey. And I came to recognize, of course, that it's really just energy and frequency and the subconscious mind, a universal mind and everything. And the creative process of how we create of how our consciousness informs our subjective and subconscious mind and how that is one with universal law and how all of our limitations are at a soul level, in our DNA, in the epigenetics. And recognizing that every last drop of discord or dis-ease or disharmony came down to one thing and one thing only, and it was trauma. And so I thought, okay, so let's take a look at trauma and trauma processes and began to map out all the different processes. And there's some incredible processes out there for sure.

    (10:17):

But there was a missing link in all of them, for me, trauma work in general, neutralizes, whatever is triggering somebody, whether it be PTSD, whether it be, you know, um, all the different aspects of trauma trauma can play out in, you know, anxiety and people PTSD, um, you know, getting triggered in relationships, all the stuff that we know, but there was a missing link because trauma minus emotion equals wisdom. And so I realized that what actually was the next step of trauma was to birth that wisdom out of the trauma, to be able to know the divine action inspired action to take in whatever area it is that someone is dealing with. So they get to the next level because the goal is not just about not to get triggered. You know, the goal is to be an enlightened, empowered, spiritual being, and use all of our, all of the suffering, all of that discord for the intelligence so that we can be the cause and be the leader and, and bring neutrality to the world around that issue.

    (11:36):

So I sat down and I began to map out the four steps of E four trauma method. And the first I knew we needed to go into experiencing it, re-experiencing it in regression. And the first E is experience. You've gotta go back and actually be in that mental picture, be in that, that moment, that traumatic incident. And let me tell you that is not easy. When I first began to go into regression and go back into the rape I had at 15 go back into the stillbor
