Yes, letting your body wander in water, or just being in contact with water in general, can be pretty much a rewarding experience for your body and soul.

Veronica finds her joy in inspiring people to live their dreams and get out of physical and emotional pain. She has done this for the past 25 years as an integrative bodyworker and healer. Her first ever floatation experience led her to share floatation therapy with the world because it completely helped her stop the need for anxiety medication. She now runs a floatation therapy spa in Sayulita, Mexico.

My Teen Daughter Hugged Me Back May 10, 2019

Have you ever felt rejection from your daughter (or son)? Do you want to know how to keep your arms open so that they can come back when they are finally ready?

Let’s talk straight. It’s not easy being a mom. Sometimes it can be unrewarding and some of us probably didn’t want it in the first place. So how do you get inner peace when things get rough? Your bond with your mother can —and will— heal. Remember we are all children at some point in time. And we, too, did the things our daughters do to us.
