My absolute dawg joins us this week! Taylor and I have known each other for ages, playing tons of shows and generally circling each other's orbit for half a decade now. I've loved King Shelter's music forever and I'm stoked to have the opportunity to present these fellas to another platform. We break it all down from songs to projects to the music industry and how much we miss a good ol' live show. Enjoy!

36. Fellow Hollow Feb 23, 2021

Show notes

That's right. It's a full band name in the episode title. No parentheses or anything because we got the whole band with us. Ohio-based band, Fellow Hollow features Drew, Luke and new member Michael and they released a new album called Violet Paper Wings. It's sweet, melodic, understated and real nice so we talk about that and some other stuff. Also Michael reminded me how good the show 'Barry' is...I might rewatch that. Enjoy! 32. Charlie Hickey Dec 15, 2020

Show notes

So here's a lovely human who was nice enough to join me on election day (whoops) to chat about his music. Charlie Hickey is an incredible, super young songwriter who's been collaborating with Phoebe Bridgers and her drummer Marshall Vore for a few years now. He just released his first single, "No Good At Lying" and it's a ripper! We spend a while predicting Spotify trends and having Charlie explain to me why tiktok is excellent. Enjoy!
