Kevin Sauer is an executive that has worked in the dental industry for the past 13 years. Kevin started with Pacific Dental Services (PDS) 13 years again running a single practice. During his 8 years at PDS, Kevin managed multiple practices before starting from scratch the Professional Recruiting Department, which was responsible for recruiting all clinical positions, most notably dentists. During his tenure with PDS, Kevin and his team helped PDS grow from a regional DSO to one of the largest DSOs in the country.

After his time with PDS, Kevin moved to Denver to work with Birner Dental Management Services, a regional DSO with approximately 65 offices. At Birner Dental Kevin oversaw Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development.

After 2 years with Birner Dental, Kevin moved to Tampa to become Coast Dental's Vice President of Clinical Talent Acquisition & Development. After a year he was promoted to Vice President of Operations, where he was responsible for operations, clinical talent acquisition, and credentialing. Coast Dental has approximately 170 offices throughout 5 states.

In 2016 Kevin and his family moved back to Lone Tree, CO where he joined The CDI Group to become their Vice President of Business Development. The CDI Group is the premier leader in their space, and they partner with DSOs to create and administer white label, custom made proprietary in-house discount plans for DSOs across the country. Some of their partners include Pacific Dental Services, Heartland Dental, Smile Brands, Great Expressions, Blackford Dental Management, Gentle Dental of New England, Dynamic Dental Partners, MB2, First Choice Dental, and many more. The CDI Group also administers discount plans for private practices as well.

Kevin received his B.S. in Marketing and his Master's in Leadership & Organizational Development from Azusa Pacific University. (Kevin also attended Howard Farran's Dental One-Day MBA!) Throughout his career in dental, he and his teams have hired thousands of dentists, led many key initiatives at several DSOs, and has led operational oversight of hundreds of practices.

Dr Thomas Larkin is a dentist, author, professor, lecturer, and entrepreneur. He has written two books on dental practice management and two books on oral wellness. With a background in clinical preventive dentistry, he brings a unique perspective to the emerging field of "oral systemic practice'"

Most recently he worked as an assistant professor at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry from 2009 to 2013. For 2 years he was co-course director of the practice management class and developed the curriculum entitle "The Business of Dentistry, A Mini MBA".

In 2016 his MBA course became a part of the pre-launch curriculum for Jayme Amos's Idealpractices.com, a dental start-up company. He also made several presentations on entrepreneurship nationally for Idealpractices.

In 2017, He is the newly appointed clinical director at the Productive Dentist Academy and he first project has been the creation of an oral wellness division to help educate and most importantly implement advanced prevention strategies into everyday practice.

Frequently awarded faculty member of the year by his residents, Dr. Garg is considered the world's preeminent authority on bone biology, bone harvesting and bone grafting for dental implant surgery and has written and published a dozen books and related surgical manuals, along with a dental implant marketing kit that has been translated in multiple languages and distributed worldwide.

Dr. Palmer is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, East Texas Dental Society, the American Orthodontic Society, Mid-America Orthodontic Society, American Endodontic Society, the American Association of Functional Orthodontics and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. A child of missionary parents, Dr. Palmer grew up in different locations in West Africa before returning to the US to become a dentist. He completed his undergraduate studies at Houston Baptist University and went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Texas - Houston Branch. Dr. Palmer has advanced training in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics, allowing him to offer accelerated orthodontic care to both adults and children. Dr. Palmer continues the tradition of community service by active participation in youth athletics, both as a coach and league president. He also has taught Junior Achievement in both Lufkin and Huntington. Dr. Palmer and his wife, Debra, have two children, Hunter and Halee. Dr. Ann Marie Gorczyca has been a clinical orthodontist for over 25 years. She wanted to be an orthodontist since she was in the seventh grade when she had her own orthodontic treatment! After completion of her orthodontic residency program, she worked with world reknown orthodontist Dr. T.M. Graber in Evanston, Illinois. Since moving to California, she has taught at both UCSF and University of the Pacific Dental Schools and worked in a multispeciality group practice prior to opening her own orthodontic office in Antioch, California.

Dr. Gorczyca opened Gorczyca Orthodontics in Antioch in 1996. She has enjoyed serving the great East County community including her patients, the community and greater East Contra County dentists.

In addition to her private practice, Dr. Gorczyca is an adjunct clinical professor at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific. She has also taught at UCSF Dental School, and Northwestern Dental School.

She is author of the book It All Starts with Marketing and is a frequent lecturer on dental management. Dr. Gorczyca is also founder of the East Contra Costa County American Association of Dental Office Managers Study Club (AADOM). She has received three teaching awards for her service to post-doctoral orthodontic education.

A graduate of Wellesley College, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and Harvard School of Public Health, Dr. Gorczyca completed her advanced orthodontic residency and received a Master of Science degree in oral biology from Northwestern University. She also has a Master's Degree in Public Health.
