Dr. Samuel Lee has earned double doctoral degree in Dentistry. He has earned Doctor of Medical Science (4-5 years full time doctoral degree) from Harvard University, and Doctor of Dental Surgery (4 years) from UCLA School of Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, and limits his dental practice in Implant Surgery and orthodontics.

After completing his bachelorʼs degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics at UCLA, he continued his studies at UCLA School of Dentistry for his doctor of dental surgery degree. While attending dental school, he has taught Biochemistry for 3 years. He loves teaching and enjoys developing new technologies. As a dentist, he practiced implant dentistry and orthodontics in a private practice in Buena Park, California, for 7 years. He and his family moved to Boston area to further his study at Harvard School of Dental Medicine for his specialty certificate in Periodontology, and to earn Doctor of Medical Science from Harvard University. Currently, he concentrates on research and development in Dentistry, and he runs private practice in Burlington, MA.

He has won the 1st Place Table Clinic Presentation Award at many prestigious organization: The 2008 American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the 2007 American Orthodontic Society (AOS), and the 2007 International Congress of Oral Implantologists(ICOI).

He is the inventor of "Crestal Window Sinus Grafting Technique," and own the patent on his sinus instruments. He currently teaches internationally on his sinus techniques and TAD to specialists, general dentist, and dental schools. He also developed new method of dental x-ray, and he owns that patents related to this techniques. He is the president of International Academy of Dental Implantology, and focus his career in teaching and research.

Moved to Arizona - where my wife grew up and joined with Ed Carlson at SSE. We have tried to be leaders in endodontic education for those in the east valley. We have put on the Inner Space Seminar series for 12 years. I also have written the endo blog since 2007 - which is a blog about the clinical practice of endodontics.

Ivan Kirshner entered the financial services area in 1990 after leaving the private practice of dentistry. He attended the University of Arizona and graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1968.

In his first professional career as a dentist, Ivan served as president of several dental organizations and served on the board of his local and state associations. He has volunteered his services for underprivileged children and was on the board of directors of Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America – Arizona.

Ivan began his second career after retiring from dentistry for health reasons. I'm originally from Calumet City IL (South Side of Chicago). I attended Western Michigan University where I earned my degree in Aviation Business Administration. My Senior year at WMU I worked as a Flight Instructor for the university which helped springboard my career as a professional pilot. This is also where I met my wife Lauren (who is also a pilot). She was actually a flight student (not my student) while I was an instructor. Lauren and I went on to get married but found the life of a professional pilot wasn't conducive to starting a family so we decided to make some changes and chose starting a family over flying professionally. I then went on to sell mortgages which led to a banking/finance/investing career. While this was all going on, my best friend/college roommate/bestmen in each other's wedding/Godparents to each other's first born children/non-biological brother, Dr. Nick Bachman DDS was in the process of purchasing a dental practice in Greenwood Indiana with his wife Dr Beth Bachman DDS. We had always talked about working with each other and decided that after the first year in business he'd see how the numbers looked and see if it made sense to bring me on to help manage the practice. Now one practice has grown to two and not a day goes by that I don't love going into work. I now work as the Director of Operations or GM (for lack of better titles) for Bachman Family Dentistry in Greenwood Indiana and Affordable Columbus Dental Care in Columbus Indiana. I also just started my own practice consulting business. Bachman Family Dentistry is a large traditional practice but Affordable Columbus Dental Care is unique in that it is an emergency walk-in dental clinic.

I mean I don't know too many people that would be hesitant to someone putting money in your hands and that's actually what dental offices are doing when they reject the idea.

Juan Molano:

Juan Molano, the artist responsible for helping to bring the animated Mighty MolarMan & Friends characters to life in the picture books and cartoons of Molar Towne. Juan knew he was an artist when he picked up his first pencil at the age of 4, and so did his uncle, a professional illustrator at a magazine in Bogota, Colombia, Juan’s homeland. He showed Juan the ropes, and the young artist was on his way—on his way to Alaska, specifically, where he continued to explore drawing and painting and also developed a lifelong love of snowboarding.

More moves—and mentors—were in store for Juan. His parents, Cristina and Gabriel, who have been very influential in his life, moved the family to the state of Washington. Along the way he discovered wakeboarding, as well as storyboarding, and adopted animation as his chosen outlet for artistic expression.

Taught by animation pros with backgrounds that include such renowned animation studios as Dreamworks and Disney, among others, Juan sharpened his animation skills with many kinds of cartoons and even studied acting and the human form to breathe life into his characters on the screen. After years of working on various animation projects, he found the ideal fit with Mighty MolarMan & Friends, jumping at the chance to animate and illustrate “Molar in the Mirror,” the new children’s book published by Molar Towne Productions.
