As President of Radical Mentoring, Kevin Harris sets the vision and strategy
for the company, serving as an evangelist to new audiences and an invaluable
resource to churches who have incorporated small group mentoring into their
disciple-making strategy.
As a part of Regi Campbell’s 2nd Radical Mentoring group in 2002, Kevin
experienced a radical change as a husband, father, and Jesus-follower, leading
him to craft the purpose statement that has guided him since, “I exist to glorify
God by helping others unlock and apply their God-given talents and strengths.”
Kevin grew up in Durham, NC and attended Furman University before moving to
Atlanta. Before joining Radical Mentoring, he led a sales team at Wells Real Estate
Funds and served in sales positions at CNL and Atlas Energy. He and his wife
Susan have two boys, Thomas and Bo. Kevin enjoys coaching his sons, cooking a
good meal, reading a good book, and watching a good game.

Cherie Burton is a pioneering spiritual psychologist whose evolutionary STAND SPEAK SHINE method transforms women into authentically embodied and empowered feminine leaders. As a mother of six, author, international speaker and host of the Women Seeking Wholeness podcast, she is passionately driven to guide women influencers to heal, express and create, using the “new feminine leadership paradigm.” She earned her degrees in psychology and sociology, and held group therapist positions in a psychiatric facility, a teen behavioral facility and an addiction recovery center.

Cherie was crowned Mrs. Utah 2004, and has become a skilled mentor in speaking, beauty, and “queenly secrets,” coaching multiple females who won pageant titles. Ironically, Cherie’s close sister Shawna (a mother of five young children) took her own life during this same time. Cherie’s work as an emotional wellness expert expanded quickly, in her obsessive quest to break family patterns and crack the code on depression.

I am so excited that you are here and ready to design your dream life! I truly believe that you can love all aspects of your life - at the same time.
But there was a time where I didn’t. I felt stuck...
I stayed stuck in a job that I didn’t like for about five years. I was a Clinical Psychologist working at a local community mental health. I chose this career because I love people, I love working with people, and I love to help people grow.
However, it didn’t take long working within the helping professions to experience crazy burn-out, realizing that it was more about policy, paperwork, and procedure then it truly was about people.
I find that most of us stay stuck, bored, and restless for quite awhile because we are often too scared to step into the unknown.
Can you relate?
Thankfully, in 2007 I was introduced to a business that would ultimately change my life forever. Slowly but surely I stepped out of my comfort zone and found a place where I could thrive.
I am so grateful that over the past decade, I have been able to impact thousands of people and actually help people change their lives and grow (which is why I got into the field of psychology to being with!).
After participating in our events and programs, people have told me that they have the courage to take action on their God-sized dreams, they have healed thru past hurts to feel more free than ever before, and are now so clear and excited about where they are going that they can’t wait to get up in the morning to accomplish these dreams.

Frank began learning about high performing teams while serving in the Navy on nuclear powered submarines during the Cold War. There he experienced the effectiveness of high performing teams and some of the leadership principles that help build them.
