During their chat The Bold and The Beautiful, Sunset Beach and General Hospital alum shares how his passion for making delicious meals and showing guys they can still be a "man's man" and a good entertainer at the same time, inspired him to write the tome.

Kanan outlines how confusing it can be for today's man when trying to navigate a post feminist society, while also being a gentleman . He also weighs in on the Metrosexual movement of the late 90's and early 2000's.

Of course, we couldn't have one of our favorite soap baddies on with talking a little suds. Melody Thomas Scott is back on a contract at Y&R, this has Luke wondering if we’ll see more of Deacon and Nikki in the coming weeks and months.
