Peter John Peters has gone by many names. In the late eighties London, Ontario, locals knew him as the Tattoo Man. After his sadistic 1990 crime spree he should have become something more permanent. A dead man.

But this is Canada. So now, in his mid-sixties, he’s already back out there… under his new name. John Ross Cody.

154 • The Clean Freak Mar 29, 2026

Show notes

London, Ontario, Canada had the highest concentration of serial murder back in the seventies… though I doubt many people know that.

This episode’s subject, from that time and place, certainly wouldn’t ring a bell. He would, however, climb up to your balcony and walk in through an open door.
