Often times, there is so much more to a person than what you see. I've noticed doing these podcasts is that most, if not all, of the amazing friends and guests that have been part of the show have very humble beginnings. It's difficult to imagine that these super successful, Jedi masters of business didn't always have the golden touch.

Today's guests are my great friends Flynn and Teri Paulson. Flynn and Teri formed Integrated Solutions in 2000 to create a platform where businesses are able to utilize a "one-stop shop" for all of their PEO & Insurance needs.

Integrated Employer is a professional employer organization that streamlines payroll, taxes, and compliance for over 400 client companies and 4,000 worksite employees.

Flynn and Teri created Integrated because they observed a need for an organization that specialized in the complex aspects of having employees; from payroll services to managing workers compensation benefits, as well as forming effective HR procedures and materials for small businesses.

He is Chairman of Colliers International, the number one real estate firm in the Intermountain West. Recently, Brandon was named CCIM Utah Agent of the Year and 2019 Broker of the Year, for which he has been recognized for the majority of the past decade. He has sold over $6 billion dollars in real estate. Just in the last year, he has leased over 1.6 million square feet and negotiated over 150 major transactions. Reorganizing and Re-Energizing Internal Affairs with Sean Reyes May 03, 2019

Today I'm proud to have Sean Reyes a great friend for many years and is Attorney General for the State of Utah.

Sean took over an office racked with scandal and inefficiency in the midst of some of the most significant constitutional issues in state history. Within a year, he reorganized and re-energized the office internally and recaptured the trust of the State with striking leadership, innovative programs and historic wins against drug dealers, human traffickers, child predators, and white collar criminals.

Sean's unique approach has made Utah a leader in utilizing new technology to create more efficient and effective law enforcement systems. It's brought national and international recognition. Law enforcement agencies from around the world come to Utah to train with Sean or hire him and his team to come to train them. He's full of surprises, wild stories and did I mention that he raps?

What he is doing is truly amazing and a benefit to people all over the world. Thank you, Sean, for having our back out here in Utah and in every other community you touch.

This week's guest is Stu Stanek, president of the Great West Region for iHeart Media, the nation's leading media company. With 41 years of experience, he's done it all. Stu worked his way up from a salesperson to region president for two public companies. You'd think he would be burnt out after this much time in the business, but I swear this guy's energy level just keeps going up. He's brilliant and never stops learning. He masterfully designs and executes marketing plans for countless successful businesses, mine included. Seriously, Stu is no joke. Working with him has brought us millions in revenue. I'm not exaggerating. The return of investment with him is amazing. A lot of that comes from the two main topics we discuss on this week's episode - learning to shut up, listen, and hear what is on your customer's mind, and being consistent and balanced in your marketing strategy. That all works into similar philosophies the two of us share when it comes to the key to success - finding out the pains people suffer from and figuring out a solution to solve them and make them happy.

On top of that, Stu is a Utah resident like me and a friend. I'm constantly learning when I'm around him, he encourages me to be better and celebrates my successes with me. I'm excited to introduce you to one of the most successful people I know, Kirk Bengtzen. He is an entrepreneurial master in the auto industry and currently owns 3 dealerships in Tooele, Utah.

His automotive story starts in 1989. Not too long after, he became the youngest finance manager in the country at the age of 19 and was published in the Wall Street Journal.

Kirk also just purchased controlling interest in Twist Bar & Bistro - I've had food there and it's off the hook!

Today's guest is ultra mega, world-changing superhero Connor Boyack founder and President of a Utah-based think tank focused on property rights, personal freedom, free markets, justice and due process, and limited and open government called Libertas Institute.

Libertas Institute clears the path of opportunity for each Utahn by removing obstacles that limit freedom with an 82% record of success in seeing their policy proposals enacted into law. Since Libertas' founding in 2011, they have changed around 40 laws.

He is also president of The Association for Teaching Kids Economics. Connor is the author of 13 books along with hundreds of columns and articles championing personal freedom and free markets.

Today we speak with Ned Siegfried of Siegfried & Jensen. His advertising has been a huge influence on my advertising tactics.

Ned Siegfried and Mitch Jensen joined forces in 1990 and started "SIEGFRIED & JENSEN" a personal injury law firm. When Ned and Mitch started out they only had a small handful of clients. Their goal was to attract more clients and to become the best personal injury law firm in Utah. They began an aggressive advertising campaign. The campaign was so successful they couldn't keep up with the growth and began hiring like crazy! SIEGFRIED & JENSEN now employs 18 attorneys and approximately 50 additional staff members in handling over 1,500 new cases each year. Siegfried and Jensen is one of the most well-respected law firms in Utah!

Ned also greatly enjoys teaching classes twice a week at the Utah State Prison. He's have had the privilege of working with and teaching hundreds of men and women over the past 14 years. Ned finds it inspiring to see many of the inmates striving to make positive changes in their lives as they are preparing to re-enter society. Ned enjoys spending time with my family, reading, golfing, hunting, and rooting for the Utah Jazz.
