Today we are joined by Jeremy Hills, former Texas running back, and top athletic trainer. Jeremy is known best for his work training athletes in the NFL, MLB, and NBA. Jeremy had a dream of making it to the NFL, but after sustaining an injury at the University of Texas, reality kicked in and he had to think about a complete career change.
