What is a Clarity Call? Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you exhale, imagine releasing any tension or negative energy from your body.

Imagine yourself surrounded by a bright, warm light.

This light represents positive energy.

It fills the spaces around you and covers you with a feeling of calm and peace.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine that this positive energy is flowing into your body, filling you with a sense of well-being and contentment.
