We’ve had an episode on having a recycling holding zone as some of our listeners and clients are passionate about diverting all they can from landfill and feel a significant burden to find the right solution for all of their consumption and decluttering efforts, so this week we have created another bonus episode where we chat to Charlotte from 1800-Got-Junk.

This week we are giving you an episode of Slow Your Home Podcast, one of our favourite podcast! In this episode Brooke interviews Kirsty, just a few months after we started our own podcast. We love Brooke so much that we had her on to celebrate our 100th episode so make sure you go and listen to episode 100 & 101 as well (we will give you a link to those too in the show notes).

Kirsty shares with Brooke the misconception of decluttering being the solution to every problem when really it’s often just one of the steps in creating an intentional life. She shares her history of being a messaholic and how practising grace with yourself will help you to declutter. Brooke described it as ‘big, honest and vulnerable chat that definitely peels back a couple of onion layers around decluttering and professional organising’.

We know so many of our listeners have come to this podcast via Slow Your Home, so we hope you enjoy this conversation again with Brooke McAlary!
