Police Accountability is an important topic not only for law enforcement executives, but the community as a whole. I want to tell you about an amazing company that can help your organization in this area. Officer Survey.
They help your organization build profound relationships with your community by allowing community members to provide feedback after every dispatched call. Plus, an early intervention system to identify issues at the earliest possible stage so that intervention and support can be offered before it’s too late!
96% percent of respondents in a Gallup survey support changing management practices to increase police accountability.
48% of Americans said they have a “great deal” or “quite a lot” of confidence in police, down from 53% the previous year according to the latest Gallup poll.

We are so honored to be partnered with an amazing and innovative company like Detectachem. They are helping keep our brave first responders safer by offering mobile threat detection that fits in the palm of their hands. Detecting illicit drugs, explosives and now COVID-19. This app-based technology is a MUST HAVE for law enforcement organizations. Check out their link at www.cjevolution.com
Ever since my next guest was a small child, he was surrounded by law enforcement.
His childhood started out with constant daydreaming of becoming an accomplished Police Officer. Tony Malik accomplished his dream and so much more.
He is passionate about his job, which makes it hard to put into words for him. He can’t begin to describe the meaning behind the moments on a shooting call, when he had to save his partner’s life, but he has done it. The training and sacrifice all first responders make daily, is selfless and brave. These impactful occasions have led him down a path to create, "The Badge Life”. A very popular apparel and fitness gear company for first responders.
Tony was taught to have a "Never Settle" attitude and to push yourself for what you believe in. With the right tools and mindset, it's amazing what you can accomplish. Success is a long journey that begins with a decision. In everything we do we must remain true to ourselves and respectful of others.
Encourage others by starting with yourself. Be all that you imagined you could be. Never Settle.
In this episode, Tony talks about his career, the environment of law enforcement, recruiting, The Badge Life and so much more.
A great show.
